Less stars for communication from the office and for ordering the wrong part which required disassembling and reassembling the fridge twice on separate service calls.

Mr Appliance of Scottsdale is “ THE BEST APPLIANCE REPAIR COMPANY” in Phoenix. They are cordial from the first answering of the phone until they leave your house from the technician.
Rachel is an amazing tech and gets the problem fixed. She is very neat in her workmanship and leaves nothing behind except her smile and your smile as you know you are in good hands with Rachel. She could write a book on Appliance Repair however one does not need to read it as you just need to call Mr Appliance of Scottsdale to get it done quick and efficiently. I’ve used this company for many years and have had “ZERO”
problems or concern regarding the company!

Kanoe was very knowledgeable and courteous. He explained what needed to be done and gave me good advice.

Our wine cooler and freezer stoped cooling. We have a Liebherr combination fridge, freezer and wine cooler. A technician determined what the problem was and ordered the required parts. Once the parts were available the technician completed the installation and the equipment is running properly.

Been using Mr Appliance to service my wine celler system for several years now (Tempe location, Rachel is the tech). They are honest and straight forward.

This is the second time I have used this company. Excellent techs who are very knowledgeable and efficient. They fixed my asko dishwasher twice, and I have been more than satisfied with their service and work ethic

Serena rocks. I would have given this a lower rating because after I told whoever answered the phone when I scheduled a repair for my wash machine what was wrong with it and then the technician arrived at my house without the part on the truck. That necessitated an order and another service call. Serena installed the part the next day and then discovered something else still was not working, After trying everything, she called the manufacturer who walked her through diagnostics and she had to do something else with a valve. An hour and a half later, it is working. Give Serena a raise. She refused to give up.

I tell my clients if they want their appliance repaired right, use Mr. Appliance! Rachel did an excellent job replacing a control board on a dishwasher today. She practically had to take the whole thing apart to get at the board. She was done and had that puppy humming in no time. Thank you for always being there when I or my clients need you! ☺️
