Great service! They were prompt, reasonable and knowledgeable!! Our repairman went the extra mile for us and was very caring! I would recommend this company 100 percent!!!

Made appointment on Monday and the tech Yuri was at my house early the following morning. He diagnosed the problem on our washer and had the part with him. He was very knowledgeable and a personable. He went to work and was finished quickly. Just did a load of wash and everything seems fine! Very professional! I would use them again if we have any problems with our appliances. The price was reasonable and we are happy with the service.

The gentleman that came out was knowledgeable and prepared to get my fridge up and running. I called him out on Christmas eve and he was able to take care of me very quickly. I had another completely unrelated issue shortly after new years and he got me back up and running. I would recommend to anyone.

I called on a Friday morning and they sent someone out same day. David was very polite and explained thoroughly the problem and solution. Parts were received over the weekend and my washer was back up and running on Monday morning. I would use them again.

Amazing service!! My 90 year old mother's six month old Samsung refrigerator stopped working on a Friday evening. Samsung doesn't offer service on weekends, but 7 Days Appliance Repair stepped up and helped us out within two hours.

The technician came all the way out to Green Valley on Saturday and in no time had the refrigerator working again. He was on-time, knowledgeable and charged us a reasonable price.

I wouldn't hesitate one second to call him again if an appliance needs repaired.

Waited almost 4 hours (noon to 3pm during a work day, took time off) for them to no show after texting them at 2:50pm to see if they were going to make it by 3pm and then text me at nearly 4pm they would "come back" in 15min service me. No respect for a customers time tells me a lot about this company. Now I am waiting till Monday for another company to come (I scheduled on Wed. with them for Friday). FYI, this was a dishwasher repair, reading the other review, maybe I got lucky they didn't show.

Refrigerator stopped working, not a good thing in Tucson summer. I phoned and Lazar was there in one hour. Because coils were frozen, we had to defrost and he returned the next day and completed the repair. Very responsive, very reasonable price.
