Jared came out to assess our home warranty claim with our garage door not working. He was very honest and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, our home warranty company wasn’t able to approve the fix due to the propriety system the home developers installed. So we have to convert systems to a more universal system.
Johnny came out the next day to quote us a new system and door, which we decided to replace at same time. Johnny very kind, and efficient. We would have called around to get other quotes but we really liked Elites customer service. Looking forward to seeing the quality of the completed work!

Holy Smokes..Batman! They were the most expensive Gate Operator & Labor cost estimate by couple grand! Their answering service was horrible..:but it gave me time waiting to eat my lunch. Found local company that I’ll hopefully work with…

The technician has come now three times as this second remote I was wanting does not work to close the door.

I should mention I needed a second on short notice or I would have bought one at hardware and programmed had I had the time. While they came promptly the tech Johnny Sanchez first did not test it at all except standing in driveway. His second visit after it working was for me to stand in front of door out of car and while it was still problematic it did work once so within five minutes he was gone.

I once again called elite garage and door as I have been without an operable new opener now for one week plus.

Johnny Sanchez returned to trouble shoot, had to call their tech and his final statement was that I could either have light sensor work and no opener or he could take bulbs out.

As far as I know he didn't troubleshoot in any other ways as google suggests. He was gone in fifteen minutes. His statements about this when I said if it had been stated from outset is that I wouldn't have paid for the new remote and programming (it's a time and convenience factor I'd think to call them as opposed to doing myself) for it not to work for over a week.

His response was that he would not take new remote nor could he refund and said company would not do this.

I then called the office to just update that service was not rendered in manner that proposed a new or working solution. She 'retorted' ( yes nasty tone) 'well, we've been out there three times and can't refund.'

I wouldn't recommend. David does the Followup calls and if he does call and address these problems then I will update this review. Very disappointed. Fast efficient courteous!!

The company came out to replace my garage door and the installer put some boards off to replace them and he wrecked My stucco, with holes in it, nothing was done the way it was supposed to when you review the pictures I’ve attached. His suggestion was just to put a little caulking over it, as if no one would see it I would never ever ever do business with this company again

Ray worked with us to extend our driveway, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. He made sure to understand what we were looking for, and followed through on everything he said he would do. The extended driveway matches the original and was completed in just 2 days. Will definitely work with Gratitude Construction on future projects.

Ray and all 3 of his sons are awesome! If something isn't right, they will fix it. They are working on my master bedroom and bathroom and they've done a beautiful job. The towel bars were not tight to the wall and they fixed all of them with the correct anchor bolts so they are now tight and not loose at all. One of he floor tiles was damaged and they replaced it. All 3 of his sons remind me of my late husband who made sure everything was right and would not come apart. I highly recommend Graditude Construction for all your remodeling needs.

Unfortunately I had to rewrite this review since the punch list from final walk through was never completed. Quality of work, clean up and professionalism were excellent. The countertop and tile crew were 5 star. Our kitchen remodel was estimated complete in 12 weeks but it took double that. Whole weeks passed by with no work and no communication. Poor communication and follow up.

Gratitude Construction did our kitchen remodel, everything from demo to preparation of the space (remodel of walls and drywall, electrical, plumbing, flooring, painting and granite countertops). They did a great job! Quality work and very clean about it (cleaned up every day). A family business that takes care of your place like it was their own. Very thoughtful, courteous and friendly.

They also did a number of other smaller projects for us, like installing ceiling fans, upgrading bathroom fans, and repaired a number of areas where the drywall needed repair and did a top notch job of matching the old knock-down wall finish!

We also had an air conditioning related leak in the wall of a bedroom that abutted our garage. The guys at gratitude jumped on it that day found the problem and repaired it including remediation, drywall painting and carpet replacement.

I highly recommend the guys at Gratitude to anyone!!

I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND Ray Leon with Gratitude Construction recently helped my mother remove and replace a tile job gone wrong. My family was very impressed with his team, from demo to completion of the kitchen floor they took great care of us and all in a timely manner. 1 by 1 Roof and Solar has been professional, tidy, well organized and their follow up has been excellent, making certain everything was completed to my satisfaction and always ready to answer any questions I had.

I shared 2 years that we had our solar installed and everything was great, 2 years later and our system has not worked since June and when I called and asked for the concern to be addressed was told I had no warranty… they are scam artist!!!

The crew finished an amazing job!! All was completed in one day. Thank you for an Awesome Job!!!

I called and set up 2 appointments, no one ever showed up. I called a third time and was guaranteed a call back that day to find out what happened and never got a call back. I don't recommend as punctuality is not thier strong suit, nor follow through.

My roof was leaking into a wall even after a supposed repair 5 years ago. Detailed repairs and silacone sealing was done carefully by 1 by 1 roof & solar. It was a great crew!

The workers were polite and unobtrusive. They finished in a timely manner. The salesman was honest and provided all the information I needed. Their price was competitive but their edge was the 10-year warranty and the yearly inspections.

Chris and his team did amazing painting the interior of my home. He went out of his way to fix other items, and gave great advice. If I ever need another paint job, I know I can count on Chris!
