Eight months ago or so, I contacted Precision Garage Doors as my motor was no longer working and the door was extremely heavy to lift. Johnny came out and replaced the motor and determined that the door was "heavy" because one of the 2 springs were broken. He replaced the motor and the springs with a single spring mount. He was friendly & professional and wasn't condescending in his explanations- I tend to get that a lot being an older female. Recently I noticed that my door was shifting to one side and was beginning to rub on the rail. I contacted Precision and they scheduled to come out at my earliest convenience. They have always been courteous on the phone and one of the first things they always ask is if the car is stuck in the garage. Shortly after the call I received a confirmation email indicating the tech would again be Johnny- which for continuity (and his professionalism) I appreciated. My availability had changed and I called to see if they could come earlier but the slot had already been filled. They did say that they would pass the info onto the tech. I received a call from Johnny 45 minutes before my scheduled appointment letting me know he was on his way. Once there he assessed the situation, explained what was happening, showed me how to fix it myself (it was going to continue to shift because I now had a single spring door). He inspected the rest of the door & the motor that he previously replaced. I expected that there would be a fee, trip charge- something, but there wasn't. Once again, Johnny was professional and friendly. He even asked about the outcome of a difficult situation I had mentioned on his first visit. He didn't just come out and just do a job- he took the efort to make sure that another human being, a customer, was OK without crossing boundaries. While I hope that I don't have to call Precision Again- I know that if I do, they will be professional, respectful and thorough.

My tech came an hour earlier than my scheduled appt and was quick to get my garage door back to working condition. He charged half of what he could have for the call out but didn’t and I really appreciate that. Will call them for any future garage door issues.

My garage door after 15 years blew out, The spring just snapped!! I called Elite they were very calming, and professional, within 1 hour I had a tech on site!! Nate was personable and professional. He assessed the damgage and saved me the expense of having to replace the entire door!! Thank you Nate and Elite for saving the day!! Highly recommend!!

Excellent customer service experience. Their representative Micah, was extremely professional and genuinely focused on providing best service possible. Their pricing for the repair and service was reasonable, and there were no extra charges on top of the estimate.

On time, did an excellent repair job, left the site in excellent shape, and they were pleasant throughout the entire process. I will certainly call them first and without hesitation when I need garage door service again.

Communication is great. Jared is noble, a professional and outstanding representative for the Elite Team. Gate hasn’t been installed. It would be nice to review when work is completed. The only snag is when Jared was trying to get financing approved, his cohort was unresponsive via phone, nobody could reach the woman Jared was trying to contact. Reminded me of when I was in the sandbox, and had to contact cohorts stateside, and nobody was around. The crew in the field(Jared), need garrison(admin) support, it’s imperative. Jared came by today for an emergency fix. I was surprised a technician could swing by on such short notice. Jared was professional, courteous, and got the job done to a the highest of standards in a quick manner. I highly recommend Elite Garage Doors

Update - I had Johnny here this morning for my yearly maintenance. His work, as usual, was excellent. Based on their work I bought a maintenance contract for 5 yearly tune-ups. Recently we planned to move. I contacted Elite to see if they would transfer the maintenance contract to the new house, or at least check out the new opener, also a Liftmaster. They said the contract would not transfer and they would offer no credit. To be fair it does say this in the terms and conditions. I was disappointed but accepted it. I'm not likely to use them for the new house as I bought a new opener and springs through Elite ($$) and had hoped for a little consideration.

Elite Garage Door came out when our garage door opener failed. We ended up getting a new opener and a new set of springs. More expensive that we expected, but the service and the end result were fantastic. I file this under "you get what you pay for". I love the automation and remote monitoring this opener provides. Also the new opener is so quiet that unless you are in the garage you don't even know it is opening or closing. The old opener you could hear throughout the house. All in all the service, the opener and warranty were all excellent and I would recommend them.

Our double garage door is beginning to fail and could get stuck or unusable. I called Elite Garage Doors Repair and Johnny S. was able to come out the next day. He quickly checked it out and gave us an estimate for the work. Completely satisfied!

Good service but overpriced. Our old garage opener failed and we were in a bind. Elite Garage was available for a same-day service call and quickly replaced the old opener with a superior unit. However, we paid about 30% more for the opener and installation than most companies charge for the unit that we had installed.

Johnny promptly showed up at the time of the appointment, and quickly diagnosed the problems, and gave me a quote for the repairs. He quickly repaired the problems in the meantime showing me some preventative maintenance tips, and discussing what he was doing, while repairing the issues. He was a great technician, and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends or other people if they are having garage door or other issues pertaining to the their garage.

Have nothing but great things to say about my experience. Called to get a tech out and quote me on a spring replacement, Nate Millyard came out and did an amazing job. Super knowledgeable and great at what he does. Garage door works perfect thanks to him. I don't know if you can chose the tech for your job but if you can I highly recommend Nate.

It was pleasant. It was quick precise upfront fee. They tell how much it cost and that’s what is the invoice no hidden charges that’s what i like the most straight forward and highly recommended anyone who needs their garage door fix.
