We are very satisfied with the service we received from Grogan mechanical. Our AC is working now!! Cole Hale was the technician who fixed our AC. Cole was knowledgeable, punctual, and professional. It’s the second time we use Grogan mechanical and we have been extremely satisfied both times. Thank you!

My home warranty set me up with Grogan and I had never heard of this company before. I am so glad they did. I was told two days to install a complete new unit. Well the first day this amazing crew stayed in to the evening to get me up and running as it was 105 in July to make sure I would have AC that night. They completed the rest the following day. This crew is amazing. As far as the owner he was also amazing in helping through the home warranty process. The unit I received is one of the best. Thank you all for your professional and honest work. I recommend this company to anyone.

I had a great experience with Grogan Mechanical. I submitted my claim with our home warranty company because of AC problems and they set us up with Grogan, I instantly went to check the reviews and was very pleased with what I saw. Sonia w/ Grogan called me several hours later and informed me they had an appointment open the following day which I was surprised about due to the weather right now and I said of course! I received a text saying Emanuel was en route around the time I was told he would be. He showed up and of course my AC was running fine and not shutting off like before. He stuck around for about 40 minutes waiting and as he was going to his truck to grab a temperature gun to check the temps inside, my AC shut off and he instantly knew the problem. He replaced the fan motor and has been good ever since! I'd highly recommend Grogan Mechanical!

First and Foremost Monique the receptionist/dispatcher is disrespectful. She needs to work on her customer service skills. She sounds annoyed every time I call when she answers and does not relay messages or does not care to call the customer back. I used Grogan for A/C mini splits and came across a couple issues, so I called them back to hold them accountable and Monique does not pass information to her supervisor and keeps the customer on the back burner. I would not rely on this business to get A/C up and running on time and if they do you may have to call them back. They don’t warranty or guarantee their work.

Nick was amazing, very polite and knowledgeable. An hour later, and our house is comfortable to be in. Thank you, Grogan Mechanical and Nick!

Cole Hale came out and handled his business. He was very professional and timely. Had our AC figured out in two seconds. Took him about an hour and he had us up and running before the heat really set in!

Service tech came in time ,very polite curious , did a clean job check everything on my heating and AC system and gave a clear explanation of my unit and thermostat.

The gentleman was respectful. But now my ac unit is louder then before. Every year they spray the AC unit out to get the leaves out. He didn't. Don't know why. Then he left my water hose on. The lady I talk to after he left. You can hear an attitude in her voice even though I didn't have a tone in my voice. You can hear it in her.... He wasn't even here is 10 minutes.. the fastest they ever been.. he didn't even let me know he was done with his work.. the people I rent from I guess has a contract with them the same company comes every year never have this problem I don't think the gentleman went to school for his job I really couldn't understand nothing he said.. and I can tell he didn't understand me..

First of all. Good business practices include having accountability & integrity for the work that is being performed. If the job is not complete, this company should make the customer the priority. Monique G (dispatch manger, I guess)….personally gave me the worst customer service experience I have ever had with any business. Did not acknowledge my issue I was having, got loud & annoyed with me, & basically shunned me. She is horrible. She shouldn’t bring her personal issues to the job. I will never use this company again & I encourage whomever is looking for this type of service to look elsewhere. I cannot believe these guys.

Great service I would highly recommend from the rep on the phone to the service man that came out. Very knowledgeable they came got the diagnosis fixed the problem and left.. I’ve also had other work done by them but every time they came out it was quik

My husband, our pups, and I are SO grateful for Grogan!!! Our AC went out on July 12th, and unfortunately, Fidelity initially dispatched another local company that had no idea what they were doing and ended up making things worse. Grogan had been out to our home earlier this year for a tune-up and capacitor issue, so I pushed to have our service request switched to them. After many battles with Fidelity and almost eight weeks without AC during the hottest part of summer, they finally agreed to let Grogan take over and our system was replaced. It’s now been running perfectly for two weeks!

I cannot say enough good things about the entire team. Lily was always so kind and patient when helping me schedule, and they consistently managed to fit me in same- or next-day, which was such a relief during this ordeal. Monique went above and beyond — always willing to answer my many questions and more than thorough in explaining what was happening behind the scenes. Darrin, the owner, quickly accepted the work when contacted by Fidelity, and his sense of urgency to get this completed for us was night and day compared to the initial company. And the techs who came out (Cole, Trent, Esteban, Chris, and Robert) were all fantastic, punctual, and professional!

I will never call another company to service our HVAC. And for anyone else using a home warranty: know that you can request your preferred company! As long as they’re contracted with your warranty provider, they should be dispatched. Lily and Monique both confirmed this for me, and I’ll definitely take the extra step to request Grogan directly in the future — hopefully saving myself the headache (and maybe the excruciating heat 🥴) next time.

This company gets an A++++ from us!! They not only responded to my email early Monday morning, but came and had our heat/air unit fixed before noon!! Chris was very knowledgeable and polite! We will be using them all the time! If you’re smart, you will use them too!!

Great service. On time and quickly diagnosed the issue with my heating AC. They found a loose wire tucked way inside unit in my attic. Not way to get to. Who use again.

Would not recommend! Had them come out to diagnose why my house does not cool efficiently and after the technician left at 3 the house remained in the 80°’s even until past 7! This is unacceptable as I am already paying a PG&E bill of $800-$1000 a month! Do not spend your money here !

Tent was very respectful and did an amazing job. We had a whole fan and Motor that needed to be replaced and he did his work in a timely manner and was very polite. Thanks so much Trent and Grogan Mechanical for keeping us cool tonight and having the repair done in the same day that’s what matters most in Bakersfied…

Chris P. just replaced our 22yr old, malfunctioning wall thermostat. He was punctual, SUPER friendly, quick, and very affordable! When I called to make the appt., the office rep was very sweet, too— I believe her name was Lily. Will def recommend to others!

My air went out on a very hot summer day! I called all around and wasn’t able to get anyone to come out! A friend gave me the number of the owner of Grogan Mechanical. The owner answered the phone and immediately sent one of his workers! My air was fixed and for a very reasonable price! I felt like the owner took pride in his work and his customers! I highly recommend this company!

I recieved excellent customer service for maintenance repair. Honest and quick fix from Trent. I alao appreciate the great customer service and professionalism from Monique. Again thank you it has been so cold and our heater in back in action!

I called Grogan Mechanical when my heater stopped working. The technician came out the same day and fixed my heater. He was friendly and knowledgeable of my heating unit. I liked how the technician showed me pictures of the repair he made. 5 stars customer service from beginning to end, I’ll be using Grogan moving forward for all my heating and cooling needs

Our technician, Jake, was super friendly and took the time to really understand our heating issues before diving into the inspection. He explained everything clearly, but sadly, he couldnt fix it on the spot since it involved some complex ductwork. Still, Grogan Mechanical has always been our go-to for HVAC needs, and we trust them completely. 👍

Oh my goodness, I am thankful for Trent at Grogan Mechanical. He was very informative, communicative, and punctual. He was able to fix the issue with my thermostat within less than an hour after a previous company took several hours with no resolution. He came on time and walked me through the steps needed for my new thermostat and heating system. Thank you, Trent!!
