From the initial quote to the final install I had a great experience with Grogan Mechanical. Chris was great and provided a variety of different furnace + AC options to meet my needs and budget. I appreciate their system that sent me alerts to the status of my proposals and tech visit. Would definitely recommend and use them again for heating and cooling services.

Journey was the only A/C company I could get to come out on short notice on a very hot day (110deg) to help us in an emergency situation. Their dispatcher Jessica went above and beyond to find someone when they were already overbooked, and their tech Mike Morrison diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. If you're ever in a pinch, you can't go wrong by calling Journey.

I came home at 11:20pm to discover my a/c was not blowing cold. I had originally had service with Dynamic Air through my previous home warranty. I called them at 11:23pm so that they would receive my
request first thing in the morning. Arthur actually answered my call. He said he could be out the next morning between 9-11. He arrived about 10:15am. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Arthur, was knowledgeable, professional, polite, respectful, and honest. The repair was done correctly and the cost of the repair was very reasonable. I highly recommend this A/C company.
