We have used Supreme Air Systems since 2016. They installed our new HVAC system adding air conditioning to a house that previously only had forced air heating as well as a tankless water heater. They did a great job and stand behind their work. I can confirm they will not charge you for work not needed, and all the technicians that have come to our house have been both friendly and professional always explaining the work they are doing. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We have used Supreme Air Systems for years. We are signed up for their 6 month maintenance checks. Stephanie does a wonderful job of training the techs to be polite and to do an excellent job. We highly recommend them! Thank you!!

Gino, our service technician was friendly, organized and incredibly thorough! He explained each operation patiently, cleaned up after his work, tested and re-tested until he was sure everything was perfect. We will use Supreme Air again, and hopefully get Gino again.
one year later, 2020, different tech - Darreece - same great service! They now offer a plan with monthly payments that pre-pay the next service at a very nice discount.

Dorian took care of my new air filter installation and I'm good for another year! And as always Stephanie was wonderful in setting up my appointment and checking on me personally. I love my Supreme Air team!

Kennedy come today to service our heating system. We were very happy with his work and he arrived on time. He was friendly and respectful and wore booties in the house. We have been using Supreme air for many years and highly recommend them.

Responsive, professional employees. Neat, they wear shoe covers too! Haji did the cleaning of my furnace and dryer vent. Well done job. I have 2 properties signed up on service contracts. I trust them.

Update May 2024:
Service has deteriorated. We had 2 properties under service contract for a few years. Cancelled a few months ago. Staff were unresponsive and rude. Passing the buck when I was following up on a maintenance quote. I retract my earlier recommendation.

I have used Supreme Air for well over 10 years. Stephane calls every October to schedule my furnace cleaning. All of these years and she is just as nice as the first time I talked to her many years ago. Geno was my tech today and was great. He showed me and my husband what he did and what was needed. I highly recommend this company and have always had a good experience.

My family has used Supreme Air for well over 20 years. They service our medical center and mobile home park as well as all of our family members personal residences. They are fast, effective and responsive. Stephanie V. in maintenance is on top of her game and keeps things running smoothly. She keeps excellent records and helps me keep all of my properties straight and properly maintained. She is quick to respond and keeps me well informed. Dorain is a great tech. He is very thorough and efficient.

Gino showed up on time and performed our furnace maintenance within the scheduled time period. He was friendly, and courteous. He also reviewed with me the tune-up/maintenance report he wrote up. I've been a Supreme Air Systems customer for many years, and never once have I been disappointed their service and their service professionals.

I have been a customer for 16 yrs. Stephanie calls me to schedule routine maintenance twice a year, working around my schedule and even will reschedule at the last minute. Dorian was out today to service and check my AC system. Efficient and thorough, in and out in about 45 min. I had forgotten to get new filters so he reminded me that I needed to replace them soon. I love the service that Supreme gives me.

Writing this review on behalf of my mother who called Supreme Air Services the week before Christmas because her furnace was not working properly, Stephanie responded right away and was extremely helpful and scheduled a technician to come out that day. A technician arrived as promised, and Steven was wonderful, polite and professional, he explained everything he was doing so that my 87 year old mother understood, he was patient and kind with her and took care of the problem ( furnace fault code for failure to ignite ) quickly and it’s been working great since. Stephanie called the next day to follow up and make sure everything was taken care of and still working properly, an extra step most companies don’t take, but much appreciated! What wonderful experiences I have had and continue to have using
Supreme Air Systems. I just call that wonderful Stephanie at the desk
and I'm helped immediately -- as busy as they are. I called this morning
about a problem with the heater and Gino Fernandez was at my door
ready to work. As have been all of their help, Gino was neat, pleasant,
very caring , checked everything carefully, found the problem and soon
I had the heater working to satisfaction. I had the same excellent work
on my air conditioner last summer. In a week or so I will be having the
ducts cleaned and then I should be set for the year. Thank you Supreme
Air Systems.

Love this place... I am a busy working mom and I LOVE that Stephanie calls me and reminds me to have my Heater and AC serviced. I finally called them yesterday morning and she had a tech out that same day! The tech, Dorian inspected, checked, and cleaned everything and explained all that he did! He worked efficiently and was very fast! We have been customers for years... first at our previous house and now at our new home. Everyone is fabulous and I would recommend their company to ANYONE!!

Arranged for Supreme Air Systems to clean, check and service my furnace, AC, and tankless water heater. I had high expectations due to the outstanding job they did installing said systems. They met my expectations and more. Dorian and Kane were prompt, friendly and professional. They explained everything thoroughly, and were pretty quick as well! Highly recommended.

Art came to fix my air conditioner today.. He came early (which is exactly what I wanted), he was professional, friendly, fast, and was the perfect person that I would want to come to my home. He also wore a mask which I appreciated given the current medical situation. I spoke to Chris this morning and he was very polite, courteous, and managed to schedule me quickly today. I also spoke to Stephanie to schedule a follow up cleaning, and she also was very helpful, and honored an old gift certificate. Today’s experience with the team at Supreme Air gets 10 stars.

Have done business with Supreme Air for many years and they are consistently one of the best companies I have every work with. Stephanie runs the maintenance department like it is her own company. She is on top of every situation and never needs to be reminded of anything. I just had my air conditioning units serviced by Kennedy this week and it was a breeze. He was professional, competent and pleasant. He also happened to have worked at my 86-year-old mother's house last week. Having service people in is always a little stressful for her, but she actually described it is a "pleasant day"and him as a "lovely young man" - high praise from my mom.
