To often we are quick to say something bad and to slow to say something good. My recent dealings with Supreme Air Systems had them come out and check and repair the blower motor in our system the same day back in December. The first company I called said 2-3 weeks before they could get the part, and then they would work us in.
Tried the AC when things warmed up. No cold air. Kevin came and checked the system and no freon was present. Next day another tech came out and checked the unit in the attic and found the evaporator was the point of the leak. With in a few days the replacement evaporator was installed and the system leak checked and blowing cold air. The AC repairs were done without charge. There was no forth about cause and who was responsable. Kevin felt it was their fault the evaporator got damaged and fixed it.

My experience with Supreme Air Systems went really well. The maintenance person found the issue and I was nervous about my older system actually getting repaired, but he got the job done! He was also very respectful of my space, wearing shoe coverings not to get my floor dirty, and made sure my vents were all open before leaving. I was thrilled! Everyone I talked to on the phone along the way was also very friendly, keeping me updated on the replacement part I was waiting on. Highly recommend this company.

We have been a long time customer of Supreme Air. We are now a part of their maintenance service plan and are very happy with the service they provide. Darrece is our technician and he always does a great job. He was professional, personable, and wore a mask. We also think, Stephanie, who call us about scheduling appointments, is wonderful too.

I have been dealing with Supreme Air Systems for several years. As a follow-up to my last review, Raul did a thorough cleaning and servicing out HVAC system. He was polite, efficient and did an amazing job. Stephanie always handles our HVAC business and takes excellent care of us. She is extremely thorough and handles all of our HVAC maintenance and problems quickly. I highly recommend this company.

Arrived on time, several competent, courteous, friendly installers took reasonable time, answered all my questions patiently- I had a lot - and did great clean up after carefully testing everything even called the next day to make sure the new furnace was working correctly. Their bid was easy to understand, provided a set of options and while not the cheapest, was also not the most expensive. We had experienced Supreme Air’s excellent responsiveness at the small office building we have, which led us to go with them for this new furnace.

I witnessed a representative of this business blare his horn, roll up on an older gentleman, and verbally assault him in what I assume was road rage. He used homophonic slurs and got out of hit vehicle to yell at this man. Extremely unprofessional in my opinion.

I had service done on my air conditioning unit yesterday by Darrece. This is not the first time he has serviced our furnace or Air conditioner and he has always been on time and has always done a great job. He explains what he did and how everything was working which I appreciate.

Very polite and professional.

I also appreciate Stephanie for making sure our maintenance checks are scheduled on time and follows up with a call to let us know when we can expect the technician to arrive. She has been such a professional in the many years that I have been working with her for maintenance at my moms house and now at ours.

I have done business with Supreme Air for many, many years and they are consistently the best company I have every work with. Stephanie runs the maintenance department like it is her own company. You just have to love her she's old school and makes sure the job gets done the right way. She is on top of every situation and follows up every time to make sure I was satisfied. Raul, was at my house and did an excellent job cleaning all four air conditioners and left them looking like new. Raul was knowledgeable, polite, professional and friendly with my mother.

Supreme Air installed a new HVAC system at my condo. Alan was responsive and made sure everything was done right, and everyone was friendly and easy to work with, from the administrative team to Humberto and the other installers. The price was fair, and my system has been working perfectly. Highly recommend!
