David and his employee repaired a complicated breaker / electrical problem at one of our commercial properties. Professional, ethical, timely, courteous, affordable and a genuinely good guy. He will be doing all our electrical work from now on commercially and privately.

We’ve used them for years. Dave actually used to do a lot of the work for us until he started growing and customer service went out the door. We call and leave multiple messages and no one responds. We’ll be moving on. Dealt with Theresa (the receptionist) a few times and she’s clueless.

We have now used Anson Electric twice. They have always been wonderful with communication and are very knowledgeable. We will definitely use them again if we need anymore electrical work done!!

Prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. I inquired with multiple companies/people. Anson quoted me a less expensive price and an earlier time to get the job done than all others. 2 men showed up on time and finished the job quickly. HIGHLY recommend.

Chose this company to do some new outlet installations in my condo based on a positive yelp reputation. They weren't able to come do an estimate for 2 weeks but I scheduled it. Day of they don't call and don't show. I called them an hour after my appointment window and they lied to me telling me they called and texted to confirm the appointment and that maybe they had the wrong number. They read back to me the number they had and it was correct. They just didn't show. I don't like companies who are unprofessional to not show up and then have the nerve to lie to me about why.

Had ar outlet to my laundry room go out and I tried all the basic troubleshooting before calling a electrician. Jose M from Anson electric was so quick
to fix the outlet as well as another outlet that went out (GFCI switch wasn't working). He was fast and very respectful! Will use them again for anything

They were great at discussing the work that needed to be done and providing ballpark estimates for time and cost. The electrician that was sent out was very attentive to detail and did a great job including cleanup and patching up areas where we had to fish a new line. I will use these folks again in the future and recommend them to others.

Dave was exactly what we were looking for in our search for an electrician. We had a few things that needed attention around our house, some of it involving the undoing of a previous owner's poor workmanship and making it right. Not only did he do a great job and came in on time, his estimate was fair and he stuck to it. We are definitely going to call him first when we need more work done. Good guy, reputable, skilled.

Used this small business in the past so we scheduled them again. We booked an appointment a week out and sat waiting for over 2 hours waiting for them to show. We had no communication of any kind for updates. When we called to notify them they didn’t know where their tech was and acted as if we were bothering them. Were told we would get a call back with an update but they never did. I texted the owner directly and still received no response. They completely ghosted us and the work we needed was time sensitive so it was a MAJOR issue for us. Things happen for sure but all they needed to do was apologize and communicate. Customer service is the basics and ignoring someone after you accept a job is unacceptable. You’ll find the other negative review is the same situation.

I have already recommended Anson Electric and David Dawson to several friends and most recently to my neighbor - who was very pleased with David's help with her electric Issue.

I couldn't have imagined anyone else doing the job better and with the same level of kindness and professionalism. Even better, Dave gave a very competitive offer that beat out the other 8ish offers I received from others. I highly recommend giving them a call and I will use them for any future projects.

They installed ceiling fans in both bedrooms with wiring, and since we didn't have an attic opening they did a very good job not being intrusive in the drywall damage, which they had repaired very well. We are very pleased with the work done!

Great install and service today by Matthew. Arrived as scheduled, walked through work to be done, completed work in the most professional manner. Cleaned up everything before leaving. Great company for your electrical needs! I had researched a lot of companies. Anson installed 3 light fixtures in my home. From the first phone call to Anson Electric, they were knowledgeable and were able answer all my questions. The installers were on time,
Profesional, and cost was reasonable.

Anson came recommended by a friend. David was prompt to give a quote, gave a great price, and accommodated my schedule. This was to replace all my kitchen outlets and switches and install a couple pendant lights. Matt came out on the day of work on time and did an amazing job. I had a couple extra things that I had questions about and Matt went out of his way to help, definitely above and beyond. I was super appreciative. Matt pays attention to detail and really cares about doing things right. It’s good to find people who take pride in their work. Definitely plan to use them again in the near future!

I can not say enough about the professionalism and quality of the work I received from Anson Electrical. My HOA is undergoing a massive project, and our Board negotiated rates based on the scope of work needed to be completed. These guys don't stray from those costs. The workers I had the pleasure of meeting were efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Thank you for making this project less stressful.
