I wanted to get the HVAC cleaned after purchasing my home and make sure the system was good to go. Anthony came right on time and was very courteous and professional. He cleaned the condenser and filters, made sure the pressure and fluids were correct and then checked the furnace. I highly recommend this company and ask for Anthony if you get a chance.

Anthony came to our apartment to help with a leak between the washer and the drain pipe. He was on time, courteous, thoughtful (wearing a mask without being asked to do so), and very efficient at identifying the source of the problem. He completed his work quickly, but was careful to double-check that he had truly fixed the problem (which he had). We really appreciated his work, and hope that if we ever need service again, we are fortunate enough to have Anthony again!

I lucked out and ATS had an opening to install my new HVAC 3 days after the equipment arrived from the manufacturer. Josh and Aiden showed up on time, answered all my questions, walked me through the install process. I work from home and they were incredibly professional and courteous as i worked and they went about doing their amazing job. You could just tell that they take great pride in the work they do. Super engaging and nice guys who work hard and fast. I'm super impressed with ATS, Josh and Aiden. Would recommend them to everybody!

i just would like to say for all the years i have been working with ATS , My go to guy is Shawn, he is always there when i need service, and if not during busy season he always makes time to help resolve the situation for me. My HVAC was behaving oddly, pushing out heat when I set it to cool. David from Air Temp Specialists visited and determined quickly that the issue was an old faulty thermostat. He advised me to buy and install a new one myself If I thought I was handy enough, and that he would help me over the phone at no additional cost if I ran into issues. He taught me a lot about how my system worked, and let me know the most cost effective ways to update my setup. I installed a new thermostat myself, and was able to call David a few weeks later to help me get all the settings right. So helpful and respectful of my money. These guys are great!

Anthony was the technician who came out to service my AC and was awesome! He is very knowledgeable and friendly! He walked me through the things that need to be done to keep the system working properly and I would definitely recommend Air Temperature Specialists to anyone. We had a really great experience with ATS. Living in a fairly large condo complex built in the 1990’s, most owners have been replacing the original ac/heatpump units as they failed. I got a great quote from David (best of four different quotes) for my unit and he extended the offer to two of my neighbors. So, we had three units replaced on the same day. The crew started at 9 and were out by 2 in all 3 units! The on-site supervisor, Mike, and his 6 guys all knew their stuff. They are all true professionals, we couldn’t be happier and recommend them highly. We got a great combo deal with an established company that installed name brand quality products. Anthony and Nick came to my apartment today to fix my HVAC unit and they were GREAT! They followed all COVID safety guidelines along with ensuring that their work space was clean and well kept by covering all the floors and cleaning the work areas. They were professional, informative, and exceeded all my expectations. The thermostat that was installed is incredibly easy to set, thanks you Nick for showing me the simplicity in setting it. I am truly blown away by the time it took for them to complete the job, they were fast!! Thank you so much for the superior work ethic.It was a pleasure doing business with you both!

We just had AC installed in our home. Josh and Travis were the techs that did the work. The job was done and done well. They placed floor coverings down and were very polite. They were just pleasant people to have in our home for a few days. We just had a heat wave and were super happy to have AC and pleased with how well it worked.

Jeff and Dave did a wonderful job at my house, they installed a new ac unit and change the whole installation inside and outside. They didn’t leave until everything was working perfectly and left their whole work area completely clean. I couldn’t believe that someone had been working at my place hours before. Jeff even took the time to explain how to work the new thermostat. It has been a week since their great work and I’m so happy with it. I will definitely recommend them.

Cooper and Anthony came to our home to replace our A/C unit today and they did an amazing job. They were very polite and respectful of my home and my family. They were very professional and friendly. I have a two-year old who talks a lot and ask a lot of questions and they both entertained his every question and comment. These guys are awesome and I highly recommend them. Anthony came to assess our heating/cooling unit. He was very professional and courteous and did a thorough diagnostic assessment.
When Nick and Leonard came to replace the heating unit they were friendly, efficient, competent, and worked well together as a team. They had drop clothes to contain the mess, and cleaned up after the work was done. It was a great experience! Fast, efficient and great customer service not to mention quality workmanship. I highly recommend this company!

Anthony and Stephen were amazing. They greeted us warmly and introduced themselves. Before they entered the house, they put on booties to make sure they didn’t bring dirt into the house.

At the beginning of the service call, Anthony asked me about the issue. They laid out a couple of potential root causes and then began the service call. Throughout the service, they kept me up to date of the progress.

In the end, they delivered the service in a way that made me feel confident that it was done right. I would recommend Air Temperature Specialists to anyone that needs an honest and transparent service call. Will definitely call them again when I need a/c service.

Update 8/30/23:
The air conditioner kept shutting off due to a failed shut-off valve, and Anthony came out and replaced the device and improved the drainage so I would not have a future issue. Exceeding your expectations, honest and fair pricing is what we want in a service provider, and Air Temp Specialists should be your first call.

2019:
The professionalism and courtesy from this company is five stars. Same day response and Robert was very informative about our system and why the heat pump was functioning as designed.

I have continued to recommend this company and you should consider them as a valued service provider.

All together we had 4 techs come to out house to install our system. The project started with Thomas & Armando who were both great to work with. They were great at communicating with my wife and I about all that was going on and all they had to do. The genuinely cared for us. On one of the days we reached near 100 degree weather in our area. They stayed at the house late because they wanted to make sure we had air conditioning so we could have a restful sleep. I don't know of too many companies that do that anymore. They made sure and cleaned up the work area before leaving.
The work was finished by Anthony and Jason. After they were done the two cleaned up and took pictures of the work that was done and made sure we knew how to run the system before leaving.
Altogether it was a great experience. We were so glad that we hired this company to put the system in out house. I would highly recommend this company.

We had Sean come out and give us a quote on a mini split system for our office, once we signed he set a date and the guys were there for an install within a couple of weeks. Once summer hit my new unit had an issue I called Sean and he immediately had Joel aka the wolf and Jeff out to fix the issue. Between Joel and Jeff they decided it was best to get rid of the unit I had and actually upgrade me to something better, at no cost. Joel Jeff and Enrique came out and reinstalled the better unit and we were good to go. Ownership should be super proud of their crew. I can’t say enough good things about how well these guys worked around my schedule, my office, our staff, and our tenants in the other part of our building. Thank you Sean, Joel, Enrique and Jeff.

I am very satisfied with the two different Technicians involved; one made a survey of the work; another performed the requested service. The service was to disconnect and reconnect the condenser, original connection was a poor installation. They did a fine job; I watched the entire process the piping lines were shortened, alone with associated wiring, reconnected everything securely, and in the process the unit was properly repositioned. The system was purged with nitrogen to clear any impurities that may have been within the system, recharged and successfully tested. The condenser runs smother and quieter than it ever has, the air conditioner is running very well. The Technicians were courteous, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. During this process I spoke with three of their dispatchers who listened well, were polite, cheerful and understood my request, they kept me informed by phone and text message. Great Company!

We had had the pleasure of having Thomas and Anthony out at our house to install our new furnace. As home owners we want to trust the company that comes out to our house and do a great job. It is so refreshing to have true professionals in our home - on time, meticulous in their workmanship, competent, professional and pleasant crew - they arrived early and stayed late!
