Bare with me - Our AC recently went out and needed replacement due to the age of the equipment. (Santee CA & temps are currently in the high 90’s) 🥵 I called around to 3 companies - 2 of which advised they could schedule an inspection within about a week or less, however were likely a week + out before an install could happen. My 3rd call was to Air Temperature Specialists where I spoke with Chuck Gayden. Chuck was extremely helpful, provided me with a proposal within less than an hour with only a few specific questions about our existing equipment type, size, and square footage of the residence. We approved to proceed and he had technicians on site the next morning!! Here is where I need a 6th star. Enrique & Brandon arrived on time, had all the necessary equipment and went to work immediately! They quickly identified that the new exterior unit was bigger than the original one, and due to some retaining blocks. My wife was home alone and began to work to move them and when Enrique saw her doing this, he stopped her & grabbed Brandon and move all the blocks!! Above & Beyond!! I made it home just as they were wrapping up, and they stopped to introduce themselves to me and me to my new product. Equipment is flawless, works perfectly and I’m in love with my Nest WiFi thermostat!! 6 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent service from start to finish. Both Anthony and Cynthia were on time, courteous and professional. It was a smooth installation they even left the area CLEAN and made sure we understood how to use our new system!Highly recommend!!

I had an issue with my HVAC being unable to reach the temperature set by my thermostat. The initial assessment of the issue by Mike determined that I needed the entire unit replaced. He took the time to take me up to explain and show me what was going on. For the HVAC installation, Anthony and Adrian came and did an excellent and thorough job, ensuring that the system was working perfectly before wrapping up and packing up their tools. I also appreciated the care and respect they took in my home, laying out protective covers and cleaning up after the job. With the recent weather, I'm definitely grateful for the excellent job they did.

Riley is very professiona,l knowledgeable and honest. Riley explains in simple terms what was wrong and fixed it. Riley saved us a lot of money and time. I had another local, well known HVAC company that came out and quoted us 21,000 to replace a system that is working, and they try to scare me into the repairs with all kinds of "code violations" which are bogus. I appreciate Air Temperature Specialist and Riley.

Anthony and Charlie were great. They were on time, very professional, and knew exactly what they needed to do. They explained the process of dismantling and installing a new air conditioning unit in my apartment before starting the work. They were dog friendly and didn’t get annoyed by my clingy pup. The new unit is quiet, and most importantly, is not giving out a nasty smell anymore. Greystar called them Friday afternoon and they were here Tuesday morning. Awesome job guys! Thank you!

I am a long time fan of Air Temperature Specialists for plumbing and HVAC! Anthony was the technician that came to my condo to repair my HVAC today. He was great! Professional and definitely knowledgeable. He was able to get my heat/AC working again very quickly. I will definitely continue to use ATS and especially Anthony. Very happy with the service

If you are looking for a tune-up/repair of your residential HVAC system I would highly recommend Air Temperature Specialists. Anthony knows the systems and how to fix it all. He arrived on time, was professional, and communicated well. He spotted several installation issues (from 20 years ago) that had been annoying and fixed them during the same service call. Great job Anthony and ATS!

I’m parked in a public parking spot and blocked my car by 2 of their trucked. 😡

To respond to the owner’s comments: I did attempt to resolve this in real time. I personally spoke with a dispatch employee wearing your company shirt and asked if one of the trucks could be moved. I was told it would be moved after they finished, which ended up being well over an hour.

Regarding the yellow curb: the commercial loading zone is limited to 20 minutes, not 1+ hour. Your company had four trucks occupying the street, and my vehicle was blocked in for at least an hour and a half, which can be verified by nearby security footage covering that area.

The issue is that I was parked legally and prevented from leaving after making a reasonable request to move a vehicle. That lack of consideration and refusal to act when asked is why this experience warrants a 1-star review.

This review is not about the quality of your HVAC work, but about how the situation was handled on-site.

My A/C did blow cold air and I needed help ASAP, I called these guys and they were able to fix it the same day with a great price. Highly recommended
