Rafael was on time; very professional and easy to talk to; he took photos and videos of everything he did and walked me through all that was needed versus recommended, etc. He immediately went to work after giving me his estimate of the needs to update my furnace/AC and left things clean and in perfect order. Rafael came to our house, listened to my concerns, he made some adjustments to the furnace, thoroughly tested the system to ensure it was working the way I wanted it to and explained what he did. He arrived promptly as scheduled, was courteous, worked neatly and I am very satisfied with the service he provided. I've also had the pleasure of speaking with Amanda when calling the office. She's very pleasant, follows through with her commitments and let's the customer know that the company wants them to be happy with their services and will address whatever the issue may be. I'm very satisfied with the customer service I received.

Jason is very talented at making custom alterations to existing cabinet to accommodate our new heatpump. Today he modified our intake areas to fit the new vents he installed. Excellent work.

Replacing our 10-year old AC unit and our 30-year old furnace because it was having issues with the burners and was leaking carbon monoxide not to mention the constant condensation nearly flooding our garage during heating cycles due to being a 90+ system so we happened to find Jason’s company on Craigslist and set up to try and get an estimate on purchasing and installing a new system. He was super responsive and scheduled an appointment with us as soon as our schedules allowed. Matched a competing quote from another business and was super flexible with scheduling. We’re a military family so scheduling for us is almost always an issue but he was able to do a Saturday install and gave us a very nice military discount! Jason was on hand the day of install which we were able to schedule almost immediately after finalizing the contract and the installers were super professional and informative during the install! I’ll definitely be recommending him to any friends for all their HVAC installation needs. Great people, great company!

A+ Service! Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and professional. They were able to get out to fix my AC system during a nasty heatwave. Jason not only showed up on time, but asked if he could come out a little early and I was more than happy to hear that. They got right to work, climbing up in my attic and found the issue in less than a minute. They suctioned out some water and replaced some damaged parts very quickly. He even wrapped up the outdoor unit with some fresh tape at no additional charge. The price was great and it was nice to not feel like I had taken advantage of. He also gave me some tips to make sure it was running efficiently in the future. I highly recommend!

ACS was one of four bids I got to fix the situation with my house air conditioning. We went with Jason’s bid for several reasons. price, knowledge, professionalism, and yes, punctuality. When the job started none of those qualities changed. They were always there on time. I got a text prior to arrival. Jason explained what the plan was for each days work and stuck to it.
Our house presented some unique issues, being 3 stories with vaulted ceilings and no attic spaces. Our job was big. We tore out our conventional system and replaced it with two mini split systems with a total of 7 head units by Mitsubishi. Jason was very accommodating to our aesthetic concerns while making sure the units were placed for maximum effectiveness. The whole crew was very professional respectful, and took extra care when working inside the house. There were no negative issues with the entire project and I would recommend ACS to anyone!

The service techs did their best to solve an odd odor issue I was having, that seemed to only happen with the heater on. They worked hard to help me out, and explain the process as they went. We didn't figure it out, but did find a very minor gas leak at the water heater and replaced the valve and gas line. Overall, friendly service and really reasonable pricing. I'm just sad we didn't figure out the smell.

This truck was parked in my neighborhood with trash littered directly out of the driver side window. If you appreciate having trash thrown around your street, then this is the company for you.

Brian did a excellent Job diagnosing my AC and fixing the problem in a very timely manner. Very courteous. Definitely a great service tech. Would recommend this company for all your heating and cooling needs.
