Nashwan is like HVAC superhero. He came in and took the extra step to make things happen! before Nashwan I hired someone to install 3 zone mini-split unit in my ADU. The previous guy did a terrible job and didn’t even finish the work. The whole system was basically useless. Nashwan re installed the lines made sure that there is no leaks and offered to tweak the whole system. I am truly thankful that I found him. I had some issues with my house thermometer and thought it was broken which was not cooling or heating. I wanted to switch the broken thermometer which was about $400 To fix. Once the technicians assessed the problem they explained that the settings were not correct. After thoroughly reading the manual online the Thermometer was changed to the correct Settings And everything worked properly. The technician didn't charge me anything and saved me hundreds of dollars. Although they didn't do any work at the house, I really appreciate it their honesty during the assessment.

I am really thankful for the quick response that I received when I called them after hours. My AC unit stopped during dinner and when I called, he said he had just gotten home but would make a trip out and came within a half hour. He was able to diagnose the issue and fixed it quickly. Excellent work. They were able to schedule me in right away for a failed furnce. showed up on time, replaced it same day and heater was back on with no issues.
