Five-star service! Our dryer vent was in a very tough-to-reach spot, but the technician was a total pro. He was communicative, friendly, and went above and beyond to navigate a very cramped space. It took multiple attempts and a lot of effort, but he got the vent spotless and put everything back exactly where it belonged. Exceptional work ethic!

Chary did a great job with our maintenance. He worked very quickly and efficiently, took photos of everything and clearly explained everything to us. He was the best HVAC technician I've had in all my years as a homeowner.

Oleksandr Pecherytsia and his team did a stellar installation of my HVAC system. I had scheduled them for two days and three days prior, had a water leak. I contacted the office to make sure I didn't need to reschedule and they said, no problem. They navigated and completed the service despite leak and in the midst of that great rain we had. They all were very hard workers and made little intrusion while working from home. I had a consult with Mike and I choose West Coast because he was extremely thorough and provided me options to meet my needs. No pressure but a fair price with all the bells and whistles I needed. I am loving my new system and would highly recommend West Coast Heating and Air. Thank you to each from the consult, office staff and installation team!

Had a semi-annual checkup on my HVAC system. Uriel took care of my house this time. He was a very friendly, polite and professional person. I really liked the work he's done to my place. After the maintenance is done, he showed pictures he took and explained throughly. Willing to answer all questions. Their maintenance plan is very good. The price for visit is reasonable and that regular checkup can minimize the cost of repair. So happy to choose West Coast Heating Air Solar!

Great personable service from Jessie. He came out to make a repair to our solar box and helped me by applying the charges for the repair to an annual service agreement that covered all our systems, including heat, ac and solar. Saved me a lot of money and now we are covered for service calls for annual inspections, cleaning etc. I did not realize that all these systems required regular service besides changing the filters and solar panel cleaning. Also helpful, they track your systems service and contact you to schedule service appointments.

I have been impressed and thankful I was able to connect with the West Coast team. They were honest transparent and communicative at every step of the way. From the moment they started the estimate process, scheduling and the crew arrival for installation everyone was professional polite and courteous. They left our home clean as if they had never been doing some improvements in the home.

I highly recommend West Coast. I had a new HVAC system installed last year. I was having problems with the system working properly. There were multiple visits to fix the issue and a special shout out to Sam, the service tech, who worked so diligently and professionally in making sure that the problem was fixed. Also thank you to Chris, in management, who made sure that the issue was promptly addressed and resolved. And the office staff deserves praise for their courtesy and service. I highly recommend West Coast for their reliability, integrity, and professionalism.

I contacted Westcoast to overlook an AC that hadn’t been serviced in a few years. We had a different company come out to overlook the outside unit before. An older Rheem unit. Sam came out and was very detail oriented with his initial inspection to ensure me I would be making the right decision. After showing me proof photos of issues and concerns with the outside unit and the furnace in the hallway, we decided to go with his recommendation. The other company didn’t exactly show me what I needed to know about all the dust that was caked up inside the furnace unit and the fan and motor. Honest work from Sam. Pricing would be considered competitive considering all of his work today was labor only. He showed up promptly and communicated with me about his arrival and respected our home as I was not present(but my wife was). Sam did a full service work up minus Freon since I had Freon redone a few years back. Washed condenser coils, removed the electrical unit from the furnace, vacuumed the dust, dismantled the blower and motor, washed the housing, overlooked the condenser coils in the furnace, washed the Rheem unit after putting some condenser cleaning solution. The rest was history.

We will be requesting Sam for the future as he would be familiar with our unit. Great job Westcoast HVAC.

West coast heating air solar did a great job on a small commercial heat pump job for me today. I had to get a coi done for my landlord which they manage fast. I’m waiting on the report but I have high hopes the tech will provide the detail I need because communication was excellent. As of now the fix is working. They were also reasonable with pricing.

Our heating system wasn't kicking in everytime we turned it on. Since we've used West Coast heating Air and Solar before and we're very pleased with our last service, we decided to call them again. Our technician Tanner arrived 30 minutes later and inspected our furnace. He diagnosed the problem and immediately worked on it. He was very knowledgable and explained everything that he was doing. Tested the air temperature and made sure everything was working properly before he left. Very professional and did such a great job! Will definitely keep coming back to them. The entire staff, from the receptionist to the installers, were all very pleasant and professional. We needed to have our Tesla Powerwall replaced due to a factory recall and the great people at West Coast spent a lot of time and effort coordinating with Tesla to get our new battery shipped out and installed. They were always pleasant and professional and got us up and running. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Friendly and knowledgeable service throughout the full process of our full up AC, furnace and duct work replacement/install! Sergio provided our consultation/inspection and was very thorough and informative of our options! Glen and Vacil (foremen) and their installation crew were super energetic and efficient. We were even able to arrange a pause on installing the outside AC condenser till we got our concrete side path redone! They also relocated our attic access panel to the hallway for more convenience… free of charge! You could tell they enjoyed what they do and did a great job of hauling out our old system/ducting and cleaning up their work area when done! As for post follow ups, Thomas, the tech, was also friendly, informative and quickly resolved some minor issues w our thermostat settings and troubleshooting/replacement of a faulty gas valve! (yah this occurred on our new Goodman furnace not even a year old but Thomas says you can get a valve that sticks below a certain cold temp due to variations in the valve… good thing it’s still under warranty). All in all, West Coast provides great customer service and you should consider them for your AC/heating needs!

West Coast Heating, Air & Solar is fantastic. This is the second time I’ve used them for mini-splits (they installed two units downstairs a couple years ago, and just installed three more in the mid-level of my house), and once again they were excellent from start to finish.

Rocky did a great job getting everything set up, and the installation crew led by Dominic was professional, kind, efficient, and extremely respectful of my home. They communicated clearly throughout the process, explained what they were doing, and even let me watch and ask questions so I could understand how everything worked. The team took great care with the work and the space, and the whole experience felt smooth and trustworthy.

We had to have our Tesla Powerwall replaced due to a factory recall and our original installer was giving us the runaround, so I contacted West Coast to see if they could help us. They were great! They worked with Tesla to get a new battery sent and arranged an installation appointment quickly. The crew did a great job and the battery is back up and running great. Everyone from the front desk to installers are very courteous and professional and their service cannot be beat. I would recommend West Coast to anyone who appreciates quality service and friendly staff.

Call connected to an actual person who was informed and followed through on getting resolution. Appointment scheduling was flexible. Tech arrived promptly for scheduled appointment. We discussed the solar issue and he set about his work. He reported his results and asked if there was anything else, I asked him to check the panels on the roof for any obvious signs of damage. He said sure and quickly reviewed the system. Provided his analysis and we have actionable documentation and next steps to take.

Service, knowledge, communication skills are all excellent. Would happily work with West Coast again. Highly recommend.
