Volodymyr Maistriuk (Vlad) was our technician for a biannual system maintenance and deep system analyzation appointment. Vlad was punctual, tidy, and very polite. He was super focused and very respectful of our home. Vlad is friendly and attentive. He took the time to do everything properly and communicated all the information to me accordingly.  Our experiences with West Coast and ALL of their staff has been nothing short of exceptional.  Everyone from the office admin/scheduling staff to the techs in the field, the West Coast staff have always met and exceeded my expectations.  We are more than satisfied.

Hey, listen up Captain 619 here. I can't tell you how much bad luck I've had with contractors in San Diego County. I've taken two to court over just doing their job. But let me tell ya, this company impressed me right off the bat with their Yelp reviews. And more importantly, they sent one of their top guns, Tanner.

This guy was not just any average joe; he was proficient, knowledgeable, and above all, he had integrity. That's the cornerstone of the kind of people I want to deal with. Now, let me tell you about the pricing--before I even asked, I already knew what the job should cost. Everyone else wanted to charge double or triple, but these cats came in with a fair price that was just right. I didn't have to negotiate a thing; it was perfectly fair.

I can't recommend West Coast Heating, Air Conditioning, and Solar enough. Tanner showed up, and it was clear he cared about more than just a service call. If you get the chance to work with this company, don't even think about calling anybody else. You heard it from me--I'm a straight shooter. If you're lucky enough to get Tanner, you're in good hands. Capisce?

We had our entire HVAC (system and ducting) replaced as well as solar installed. Glen, Airat and their teams were always on time and completed the job within the 3 days scheduled. I asked a lot of questions during the day, and they took the time to explain the details. I'm genuinely impressed by their professionalism, knowledge of the system and effective use of time. I highly recommend this company. (Aside from the attention to detail in their work, they were also very personable which made the process enjoyable)

If you’re looking for true professionalism, these folks are outstanding. I was genuinely impressed by their work ethic and attention to detail. I handle most of my home renovations myself, so I’m usually very particular when it comes to hiring others, and they exceeded my expectations.

They installed all the ducts with minimal dust and left everything spotless when the job was done. Communication was great, and the team was humble, respectful, and hardworking.

George and his apprentice where very professional and knowledgeable and respectful. They fixed our heater quickly, gave their professional recommendations, gave us a tutorial on our new thermostat and ensured all of our questions and concerns where addressed. Thank you George and team!

Awesome service!! 100/100!!! I had a clogged toliet/drain on a sunday. I was going to call a coupme places to get some quotes. Anderson was the first place and only place I called. They were able to get a technician to my home that day and they had a special offer!! I will only be using Anderson going forward!!

Plumbing problems is the worst kinds of problem for home owners. Of course, they always happen on Sundays. Luckily Anderson came to our rescue last Sunday. I was able to get someone on the phone and Anderson sent a tech out within 1/2 hr. Amazing!

Josh checked out our 40 year old heat pump hvac system. He gave us an assessment of our equipment and made suggestions for a possible up grade in an honest and respectful manner. He took time to engage us in casual conversation in addition to his professional duties. It was like having a friend over for a visit. Josh is a credit to your company.

Anderson plumbing continues to be the best around! Both James, the technician to solution our clogged drain was actually a pipe and plug replacement, and Joshua Liera Guillen, the technician to do the job, were fantastic. We felt lucky too because Joshua helped us with a huge plumbing job last year so we knew we were in good hands. Joshua and his helper fixed our drain efficiently and left the work areas so clean. I hope we don’t have to call Anderson anytime soon for anything else, but if we do, I’d request Joshua every time if I could!

Oscar and Christian and team replaced and rerouted cast iron under our slab. They were professional and skilled craftsmanship in everything they did. The entire process was smooth, the daily cleanup each day was outstanding. I recommend Andersen Plumbing to solve any plumbing issues from a clog to entire replacement and lining repair. 5 star service!

All associates I have interacted with at Anderson have been excellent communicators and have provided a five star level of service. I have used them for Heating, Air and Plumbing and I have the same experience. Richard Martinez completed my annual inspection today and was so kind and personable. Thank you.

Anthony Curry was polite, courteous, and took the time to thoroughly explain all of our options so we could make an informed decision on what to do — which we truly appreciated, especially since we unexpectedly had to replace our water heater right before Thanksgiving.

Miguel was prompt, professional and friendly and very ,very knowledgeable. He replaced water supply valves in our laundry room, put on new water pressure regular and recommended and installed several “helpers” to increase our water and energy use efficiency in our plumbing, as well as several “pro tips” to keep everything running smoothly. We would recommend him highly. Anderson had excellent communication with us.

I'm a repeat customer of Anderson and a VIP member. I've been using their services since 2022 and don't see myself changing to another company so long as I'm where I'm at. Technicians like Jeffrey Justice do the organization a service when they come out for plumbing calls. He answered all of my questions, explained how key components worked, reviewed options with me -- the whole approach was no pressure (and still quality) while he took care of my annual plumbing maintenance check on my tankless water heater. I'm considering Anderson for another upcoming project (preventive maintenance/enhancement) and interactions like these and the many others I've had in the past keep me coming back. Just wanted to drop a 5-star review because this company deserves it. There's a reason you see their trucks driving all around San Diego neighborhoods!

I just can’t thank our Anderson technician, Gary, enough! He was professional and kind from the start - such excellent service. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but he is also fast and detail oriented with the work to be done. Due to his superb service, we have signed up for Anderson’s AMP service … we were definitely WOWED!!

Thank you to the entire Anderson team. We have a funeral this week in our family. Relatives staying with us, a reception afterwards and wouldn’t you know it, the main line stops draining. Had to water jet the line to clear it. Anderson showed up promptly and took care of the issue. During this difficult time, the backed up drains were causing some unnecessary stress. Thankful, to sum up my whole experience in one word today with Colton Galindez from Anderson Plumbing, heating and Air, I would have to say I am extremely Thankful.
Colton is a very experienced and knowledgeable hvac professional at Anderson and he's been with them for years. I am so thankful that he was able to show me the problems with my furnace before I used it and turn off the gas for me, if i had used the furnace it could have been dangerous.
Colton even called Ryan Castro, a project manager, to come up later in the evening to take a look at my furnace and give me an estimate. Both Colton and Ryan spoke to me like family and didn't put any pressure on me to book anything right away, they just gave me the facts to make an educated decision. Being a VIP member with Anderson does give me quite a discount on the full job and I trust them.

Kristina was friendly, punctual, and a top-notch professional who’s excellent at her job. She took care of the problem quickly and was a joy to talk with. I will request her for all future plumbing repairs. I highly recommend that you clone her!
