This past week was rainy and a bit chilly at night and in the morning. Our tenant called and said the furnace wasn’t blowing heat. Right away I called Anderson Plumbing and heating who understood the significance of the situation to get the heat back up and running for the tenant at minimal cost. But our Furnace had aged and not repairable. Time for a new one. Then Allison was sent to provide the various options and their price points. Given the sudden aspect of the expenditure so close to the holidays, I chose the least expensive but with a great lifetime warranty and that was in stock for immediate installation! The next morning the crew was there promptly and the new furnace was installed in half a day!! Anderson gives me peace of mind that I am getting quality workmanship! They had some great specials and discounts which reduced the price and great deferred interest financing which was a gift from above!! Allison was so responsive and answered all my questions. Extremely professional! Tenant is warm and toasty for the holidays!

Technicians arrived first thing in AM to help us get the water back on after our knobless wild spraying of our shower. Did a great job changing out the shower controls and provided a shiny upgrade shower control handle without needing to affect the tilework.
Helped turn off and on the tankless water. Pleasant and efficient.

In the last 90 days, I’ve had leaks and soon to be leaks form in the cheap copper tubing the builder installed 30 years ago. The leaks and degraded pipe weren’t all found at once because a mold remediation company started extensive demolition to dry and sanitize the ceiling cavity. They did this after Raul and Francisco repaired the damaged tubing and a leaking bathtub drain through the garage ceiling where a slow leak soaked through the drywall and damaged a sizable part of the garage ceiling.

The mold remediation guys informed me of the bad looking tubing they uncovered a distance away from the original leaking tubing so I could decide if I wanted them to reinstall new drywall over tubing that would likely fail soon. I decided to get it fixed and James then came same the same day on short notice and installed, like the first two plumbers, more “L” copper tubing instead of the cheap “M” type. I’m now on edge about potential failures of the cheap tubing all over the rest of the house and homeowners insurance won’t cover the plumbing cost of leaking pipes stating that’s just normal “wear and tear”.

James took a lot of time to give me a comprehensive estimate for a whole house repipe which I appreciate very much since it’s something that requires some consideration given the scope of a project that big.

About 8 months ago, Reggie came to assess and coordinate an installation of a tankless water heater and whole house filtration unit since the water here has a high amount of dissolved solids and other compounds that were wrecking the copper pipes. Both units were superbly installed by Alfonso who worked two days and stayed until 9 pm to finish these projects and relieve me of yet more problem plumbing.

While Reggie was here, I inquired about a washer and dryer installation (I’ve had awful experiences having delivery guys install major appliances). He assured me no job was too small and Anderson would be happy to do it. Prior to delivery of the machines, I set up an appointment for someone to check out angle stops, drainage, electrical, set up gas hookup (I had an electric dryer and switched to gas) and check venting.

Aaron was sent out and did a thorough assessment and determined my supply lines and angle stops were good to go, advised me regarding electrical supply and installed a valve on the gas supply line which the builder didn’t bother to do. He made sure everything was now ready to go and the remaining work to install the machines should be straight forward for the delivery company to do. He was correct, the machines were delivered today and installed with all the hookups in good order.

I feel I can trust Anderson PHA with competent care, professionalism and candid advice for both HVAC and plumbing issues. Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting many friendly technicians. This confidence is derived from using their services with three properties over three years and the replacement of four furnaces, three AC units, extensive ductwork, three filtration units, two tankless water heaters and repair of a third, flow tech radio wave pipe cleaners, leak detectors, extensive fixture replacement, eight toilet replacements, booster pump, underground water main replacement, duct work, mainline sewer hydrojetting, garbage disposal, pressure regulators, and I could still go on. Everything was always done competently, timely and professionally. I was always given realistic and candid advice on how to approach plumbing issues in a 25 year old custom home and two 30+ year old tract homes.

Anderson Technician Mr. Gary Gipson came out yesterday Nov 12, 2025 to troubleshoot and provide his technical expertise on how to go about cleaning our dryer air duct exhaust vent. Gary was friendly, polite, and professional. My Wife and I truly enjoyed our time with Gary and the advice that he provided to us. Gary is an honest service professional which is hard to come by these days. Thank You Gary! Base on the service call with Gary we will definitely be reaching out to Anderson Plumbing, Heating and Air for our service needs in the future.

Your technician Kristina Anthony went above and beyond to make sure that all
of my plumbing needs were addressed today. She arranged for us to get to the root of the problem of the clogged pipes by arranging for Anderson tech James Blacker to investigate with a specialized camera which determined that the root of a tree was the culprit of the drainage issues. Kristina serviced and corrected the initial issue and arranged for us to get detailed estimates from James for the additional work necessary to repair the compromised pipe. Kristina kept me apprised every step along the way. She was extremely kind and showed concern and great empathy having learned that I am recovering from surgery that I just had yesterday, the worst possible timing for a home repair emergency. Patiently working with my daughter and then having James thoroughly and kindly apprise my husband via phone about the tree root issue and repair options. I appreciate both Kristina and James and will call upon Anderson for any further plumbing needs.

Absolutely 100% highly recommend Zack from Andersen plumbing! He arrived promptly was professional, courteous, and willing to do whatever it took to fix our clogged sink. I appreciate that he watched a YouTube tutorial on how to remove our IKEA vanity drawers prior to arrival so that he came well prepared. Thank you so much, Zack!

Judd, and Sergio were Amazing! Judd had so many answers to everything and that made me feel confident in him and his work! The job done was spotless and he explained how everything works before leaving. He made a bad situation of a leaking water heater definitely better.

Excellent service and experience from Anderson Plumbing. I am a first time customer and Carlos Garcia came to service our two furnaces. He was very professional and thorough. He spent time with me explaining what he was doing and what I can do to keep my systems running well. He also went above and beyond to fix an issue with a new thermostat that we had installed. This was a great experience and I'm really glad that I signed up for their annual maintenance plan.

I had maintenance on my a/c last week and this week they came to clean a moldy part so I’m ready for summer. Anderson has professional, on time, clean employees that I highly recommend. Prices are good and work quality is great!

Our shower drain was clogged. Two very knowledgeable technicians tried to clear it, but it wasn’t an easy fix. James, whom we’ve worked with many times and has always done excellent work, came over and also tried to clear it, but to no avail. He recommended having the drain pipe replaced. Later, two techs came out, trenched, removed and replaced the old, clogged pipe. They were very professional, knowledgeable and quickly and efficiently fixed the problem. We are delighted to have our shower back in working order.

I highly recommend Anderson Plumbing! When I returned from a work trip, I found that both my master bathroom sinks were clogged and leaking heavily. I called Anderson & they were able to send technicians within an hour. Micheal Rose & Lincoln Santillan were amazing! They were courteous, clean, good communicators and technically knowledgeable. They unclogged both sinks & were able to fix something else in both of my faucets. The following day, the sinks were still leaking a little and when I calledAnderson, they deployed Mike and Lincoln to come back and fix the issue. The customer service and responsiveness was refreshing, especially for these stressful plumbing issues. My sinks are running perfectly now, thanks to Mike and Lincoln. We were so happy with Anderson for our dial system heat pump. It started with a service call to help with our broken thermostat. When it turned out that our furnace was 20 years old and the control panel had been partially burned from over use, the sales person came out quickly and explored all options with us in detail. When we made our decision to go with the heat pump for both heating and cooling, the install was scheduled quickly and completed in only two days. The team that completed the work was knowledgeable, clean, patient and informative throughout the process. Their slogan may be corny but in our experience it was 100% true, Anderson’s service is above and beyond.

I am very impressed with the service I have received from Anderson‘s heating and plumbing! Every person I dealt with, including Dan the first man who came out and looked at my system and explained to me all the things that were wrong with it and out of date. (The system is 25+ years old). I was also very impressed with Alison Romo, who helped me decide what I needed to replace, and how much I needed to spend.
