When Air Flex first started its business, we had them install a heating and air system in our son's townhouse. It is still working PERFECTLY. We were so impressed that we had them install a new central air heating and air conditioning system in our 1939 home, which required them to run ductwork throughout our ceiling. They did a fantastic job, and it is still working perfectly! They were affordable, they were pleasant to work with, and just did a great job! Highly recommended!

Setup of the new unit was done without any hassle. Everything was completed efficiently. It’s working perfectly.

We have used Maximum Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning for many years for annual maintenance; however, an old air conditioner stopped cooling and an installation was required. The explanation of alternatives to repair the old unit and the cost of a new unit were explained. We choose the new, high efficiency unit. With the heat wave we were hoping the new installation could be scheduled and working as soon as possible which worked out. These guys are good. Two days was required to install the new unit and the installers were friendly and answered questions. They explained what was being done and what to expect. The outside area where the new compressor was located had a better looking appearance than it did with the old unit. Inside they took care to make every thing right in the attic. It is an understatement to say we were exceeding pleased with the work and ceretainly glad to have the cooling again. The good news they were neat and took care of making certain the carpet was protected and all care taken to complete the job as expected. The bad news was as they left it was noticed the second air condition overflow was leaking water which indicated a clogged drain. Not to worry. Rather than leave they took time and quickly resolved the problem of the clogged drain and all was well. These are the things that resulted in our five start rating and probably the reason all their ratings are five start. We certainly recommend Maximum Comfort for routine maintenance as well as major installtions. They are great!

Chris was a pleasure to work with, he was very professional and he pays attention to small details. He and his team installed a mini split system here at the Wisteria Candy Cottage in Boulevard and I’m so glad that I decided to have this system installed. What a difference this system has made here.. I will always have Maximum Comfort take care of all our heating and air needs….

This is the most honest company I have worked with. I've had other companies come in the past and reccomend unecessary parts and want to charge ridiculously high prices for basic service.

Joel was knowledgeable and responsive. He called me during the visit to provide findings. His integrity was impressive as he explained a wire had come loose since the last eval and he would not charge for the visit. The AC is working perfectly now. Highly recommend.

Chris too great care of me! He replaced a defective Nest with a new Nest, and took the time to do all the updating of the new system on my phone too. He is super professional, responsive, and does an excellent job. And, the cherry on top - my defective Nest was under warranty, so it didn't cost me anything. Hire this company is you want excellent AC service.

True story. I called ASI first and they said I needed a whole new system. They said they could repair my existing system for $5,000 (and wait for 2 weeks for a new motor) but I should really replace the whole system for $18,000 starting price. I called Maximum Comfort Heating and AC Repair for a quote on a new system. I hoped I would get an estimate that was much lower. MC came in and asked, "Do you really want a new system? Because I think I can get you up and running right now". Joel figured out it wasn't the motor at all and had the simple part in the truck. The fix was $700. I didn't leave off a 0. It was close to 10% the cost of ASI's quote for repair. It was also working in 30 min not two weeks. I've never met a more honest business. I called them for a quote on a new system and they talked me out of it because it didn't make sense. They could have made $1,000s off of me. THANK YOU MC Heating and AC Repair.

On-time, clean, and professional services. Max Comfort came out for duct cleaning and filter replacement with floor coverings and professional equipment they knocked out the job promptly. I don’t think our HVAC has ever ran this good since the day it was installed. There was no pushy up sales and the staff was very knowledgeable. Easy choice for any HVAC needs.

Chris installed my mini splits 3 years ago! He also fixed all the problems I had in my 4 bedroom house that the contractor screwed up from the start. His employee came over for service and did a great and thorough job!!

First class customer service from top to bottom!! I had an issue with my mini-split. I contacted Chris on a Sunday and he responded instantly with troubleshooting advice that resulted in having to send someone for a more advance troubleshooting. Clayton (tech) showed up the next day and got the unit working in no time!! I highly recommend Maximum Comfort for any HVAC job that you may have.

had a new HVAC system installed a few weeks ago. It was unusually cold at the time so the install techs weren't really able to dial in the AC. After the weather warmed up the system needed some fine tuning. Joel came to service the system and seem to do a fine job making sure everything was working as it should be. He spent a considerable amount of time making sure everything was working including replacing the thermostat. I would highly recommend using this company.
