I was not sure if I was going to get a new system but after speaking with John Schultz he informed me of the problems with my 24 year old system and I could completely understand why getting a new air and heating system would be the best for me. Everything was explained in detail and I would recommend this company to anyone because the customer service is great and you know everything up front.

Fine, hardworking, young men who did a great job adding solar to and replacing air conditioner in our home. Easy to communicate your wishes and concerns with. and good at explaining the process.

I can not believe this sexist company said, "Your husband has to be there to make the decision." They refused to even come out and provide an estimate because I am just a woman. The right choice here is to NEVER DO BUSINESS with these morons. Apparently they do not realize women have had the right to own property in CA for a number of decades now! Frankly, ever time my husband and I have bought or sold property, renovated property, gotten morgages or home equity lines, or even paid our bills - I did the work. A woman! Shocking as it may be, we work as partners who rely on each others expertise. I felt like I was trapped in an 1800's time-warp talking to those idiots. I can not recommend this company for anything but bankruptcy and potential litigation.

This company is unreliable and unprofessional. I had to make FIVE appointments for them to only show up to two at the time they said they would. The general manager Steve is the most unprofessional manager I have ever come in contact with. He was rude and constantly lied about them coming or calling me. Phone records and documented emails don't lie. Do not do business with them because they will not invest in you or your time.

I had them come out & give me a bid for replacing the duct work in my mobile home. Their bid was $13,800. The guy never crawled around under the home to really check things out and even said I needed asbestos removal, around $800 for that part.

We signed a contract, but ran into another HVAC contractor at church the next day. He crawled around under the home and really looked things over well, he quoted nearly a third of TRC's quote. The new guy also pointed out TRC's contract was questionable to Calif. code, especially lacking in a right of rescission, and also told me there wasn't any asbestos.

When we called to cancel the contract, they went as far as to tell me the unit in my house might be on a recall list, but I never saw him write anything down in his notes. I see this as just another way they were trying to rip us off. Avoid this company at all cost!

Had to call this past Wednesday as our evaporator coil that had been installed 8 months ago was leaking all over the place. They arranged to have a technician out that same day between 1P & 5P. Technician arrived a little after 1P and determined that the drain was clogged. He had the clog cleared and was on his way in about 30 minutes. I'm so impressed with this level of service! Great job Right Choice! Thank you.

They installed a brand Ac unit. 2 years later the unit caused multiple leaks but not before completely stopped working. After many conversations they attempted to “fix” the leaking AC. 1st time they said they ac needed new filters, 2nd time said they replaced the hose, 3rd they sent me a bill of over 1k to fix the installation.
I called multiple companies to inspect the unit all said the AC was not installed correctly. We are having the city come inspect the unit. This will cost us over 1k to fix. Unit caused water damage to my house. Owner called me to tell me to take down my bad reviews. He expected me to pay his company to redo a job I already paid for.

Right choice initially saved the day in the dead heat of summer coming out the same day and replacing the circuit board on my furnace to get the AC up and working (although overcharged-I paid around $800). Fast forward 4 months later and the heater is not blowing hot air. I call them to check it out and they tell me the circuit board THEY installed was not compatible with the furnace and a “part” was out. This was after 2 technicians inspected and a expert “district manager” came out. This made no sense and they offered to take $800 off the new furnace price but would still be $3300(wow con artists). Luckily I have some common sense and had another great company (David Phend heating and air) come inspect the circuit board. David was phenomenal with his communication and let me know that right choice left the instruction manual for the circuit board in the attic and Right Choice installed the wiring incorrectly on their own part! Needless to say -David re-wired it in 15 minutes and only charged me an hour of labor! Thank you David for saving me $3000 and to never use or recommend Right Choice for their shady business practices! Stay far away

David came to my house to give an estimate on my air conditioner not colling. He came right on time as promised and very quickly diagnosed the problem to alack of refrigerant. He was very polite and explained everything that he was doing during the diagnosis. he suggested what the alternatives were for me to fix it. I went with him to fix my air conditioner. Very nice person and very knowledgeable technician. I will ask him for any future work.

Everything is great with The Right choice. Works fast and accurate. John was calling me as soon as I put in a request. The next day he came over and explained everything that they will be doing. Very informative and knowledgeable. The Right Choice and John are personable and professional. We 100% recommend them for insulation. At the right time we will call them again for HVAC.

My wife and I just purchased our first home. We went thru a serious remodel and needed a reliable hoax contractor, I researched on yelp for HVAC contractors in my area and found the right choice. I had Steve come out and give me a proposal on replacing my heater and adding air conditioning. Steve sat with my wife and I and explained to us all of our options. We had a total of 4 bids and decided to go ahead with the right choice. The guys came in on our scheduled date and did an excellent job, protecting all of the furniture, and really respecting my house. The installers that came out were Rudy Esteban and Santiago.... ask for them!!! Excellent workmanship and really professional! Thank you Johanna the office manager for making everything easier on that end. Great job guys I will definitely recommend you to my close ones and use you on my future projects.

Our experience with The Right Choice was totally awesome. The workmanship was excellent and the customer service provided by Steve and Johanna was particularly noteworthy. The Right Choice accommodated a demanding schedule in an exceptionally timely manner.
The Project cost was definitely reasonable and a follow up adjustment, by Hector, was handled in a timely and totally professional manner.

I was very happy and pleasantly surprised with the professionalism and customer service of this company. Reuven was communicative, responsive, and knowledgable throughout my quote. He was patient when I was going back and forth on what option was best for me even when it kept him at my house past 8:00 pm. He gave me a great deal and extended the opportunity when I needed more time to decide, as I am a new home owner and finances are tight. Although I did not end up going with The Right Choice SOLELY due to my home warranty picking up some slack, I would highly recommend this company, Reuven in specific, to anyone who wants good service with no BS. I will be using The Right Choice for any HVAC needs in the future!!

First thing one day I recieved a large check in the mail that stated that it was for a class action lawsuit where as Right Choice had open up a credit account in customer names without their permission. Right Choice shouldn't even be in business now. Still having a three year contract I had brought for maintenance for the Air Conditioner unit they installed for me. They talked me into getting a UV air scrubber at a price of $389 and to replace the UV bulb at the cost of $89 when the UV bulb light went out of the scrubber. Now I needed to replace the UV light which they said they would service for the cost of the replacement UV bulb. I was informed that the company was under new management and would not honor the contract I had sign and paid for with them. They agreed to install a replacement UV bulb for $300. That $89 less than the price I had paid for the whole original unit plus $250 dollars for installation even though I had paid for a service contract. All I can said about this company is "Buyer beware". This is the most corrupted company I have ever dealt with.

Sal really goes above and beyond to get the job done right. Sal installed three heat pumps to date for us, all super high efficiency (high SEER) Fujitsu. I recommend him to friends regularly.

Trustworthy and reliable! My AC unit was installed many years ago by a different company. I called Air Flex because they were close to my home and I just wanted a service. They did a good job and I was happy. I then saved their number and called them when my unit stopped working a couple of years ago. They were quick and friendly and had it fixed for under $100. Last week my unit started smoking and for sure I thought I was going to have to replace the whole unit or at least be told it would be cheaper to go that way. Not with Air Flex. They came out and said they would try to find a new motor as the unit was older they didn't have any in stock. He took the housing for the fan and motor and said he will call me when he gets one. 2 minutes later he knocked back on my door and said they found one. He said he would be able to pick it up assemble it at his shop and then bring it back, this was around 8:30 in the morning. He was back and had it installed by 11:30. Awesome job! But, it gets better. The new motor/fan was louder than the old unit. It was noticeable that night so, I sent a message to the company expecting that it was just an issue of a louder dB rating. They should up the next morning took the motor/fan out and took it with them. They came back and installed it and now I think it is quieter than the original one. There was no charge for the multiple follow-up visits or work. I offered to pay and was happy to pay something, but they refused it. Not many companies will go to these levels to make you happy or make things right without making you feel bad or charging you more. I am a customer for life and will be sending something to their office to show my appreciation. And by the way, the whole job for parts and installation was cheaper than any generic motor I could find on the internet. Incredible! Thanks Air Flex!

Sal called me about 30 seconds after i hit ''send''button on this site! he also was the only contractor to ask if i minded that he come inspect my furnace now . enter the crawlspace under my house and see if any components needed replacing or the furnace needed to be rebuilt ( as another company had indicated). he he called me back within 30 minutes and told me my furnace was in good shape, but that i may need a new thermostat. he then proceeded to return to my house after i got off work, test the thermostat, which did need to be replaced, and completed the work in about 30 minutes. i found him to be very professional, and affordable.
