Chris and his team of technicians are not only friendly, they are really good at what they do. They approached every aspect of the job as if my home was theirs. Careful consideration of the placement of the equipment and registers, as well as cleaning up after themselves was appreciated. Don't hesitate to call Chris and expect a great product and service.

Our ductless AC/Heating system which was installed by Maximum Comfort couple of years ago seemed not be cooling as it was before. We filled out the online form requesting a technician visit. Within couple of hours, a very nice lady called us and followed up by text messages and confirmed an appointment for the next day. Joel was here right on time and quickly detected a small Freon leak and fixed the issues. Bottom line is that these guys know their stuff when it comes to HVAC, they provide the best service with a smile and always appreciate the business you give them to matter how big or smile. Take it from me because we have been a customer for almost 10 years (with multiple properties all over SD) and not once I have felt the need to look else where for any HVAC service.

Joel was able to inform us of what we needed at a fraction of the cost of mainstream competitors. We will definitely choose them to update our system throughout the year! I love that it wasn’t a sales pitch, and genuinely cared about the repair.

My experience was phenomenal. Cory and Justin were very professional willing to go above and beyond and take care of the customer. To them there is no dumb question and they gladly explain some of the silly questions I probably asked. Other companies seem to get irritated or don't like to communicate with the customer but I think that is one of the key things that turn me on to a company. I was a referral from a family friend and I wasn't too sure but now that I have had the service I will definitely refer Cory and Justin to all my friends, family or co workers that have air conditioning or heating need. Today I received a new heater and their work was exceptional. They came as agreed and did a very CLEAN, ORDERLY perfect job. Of course to be recommended as a reliable corporation. Work well done though it is noisier than the old one. How come?

I needed a compressor. The air conditioning unit I bought that was Innovair , which was a heat pump and air conditioner from another company. I had nothing but problems and was tired of dealing with tech support . I contacted Chris at Maximum Comfort, He is absolutely Great ! They installed the new unit for me very quickly and very professionally. Its peace of mind to know that they treat their customers very well . These guys are Great!

Maximum Comfort installed a new heating system today in my older manufactured home. My experience with them was wonderful! I am so pleased with the quality work they performed. Josh was the installer, assisted by Adin, and both were extremely professional, courteous and took the time to answer all my many questions on system operation. Their arrival was right on time as schefuled. They did an excellent job of cleanup, even putting all my throw rugs back in place. I will definitely be using this company again, and highly recommend them! So nice to find such competent and ethical folks!

Your technician Joel was on time, friendly and very experienced. We had another AC company come out to assess what it would take to repair our air conditioning and they said it needed to be replaced and quoted us thousands and thousands of dollars. Joel promptly found the problem repaired it and it cost me next to nothing. Your companies honesty and integrity has earned a customer for life as I will always come to you for AC and heating needs. Maximum Comfort came highly recommended to me. Timely response and friendly staff who are easy to work with. I have an older AC unit the techs felt reasonably confident could be repaired. After four visits I'm up and running. The cost was a bit more than originally thought but I am happy the unit could be saved. I'm thankful and
would recommend Maximum Comfort. in fact, I already have!

Absolutely loved Joel and the whole crew. Joel walked us through our options in our budget and didn’t just try to push the highest dollar systems the other companies did. Joel worked with us in what we needed for our project, was able to fabricate a vent for what we needed, cleaned our whole system and got us all new ducts. Great price! Great service! HIGHLY recommend!

Maximum Comfort was great! We had an issue with our office A/C and they immediately came out (I believe it was the next day after I contacted them) and checked it out, and gave me a quote. They were able to fix it very quickly at a very reasonable price. I would definitely use them again!

Chris gave us an estimate on what we thought we wanted (A/C for our bedroom) and one on what he recommended (dual fuel heater and A/C). We went with his expertise since our heater was 32 years old and are thrilled. We really thought we needed new windows but it was an old heater.
Our entire house feels warm instead of spotty areas. I’m sure we’ll love the A/C when needed.
The installers Josh and Quinn were great too. Super tidy and punctual.

Joel P helped me out and his service was great. He was accommodating, knowledgeable and pleasant. After testing a few things he got my AC running in 10 minutes. This is his second service call with us and I’m glad to know I’ve got a good company I can rely on.

Great experience. Very knowledgable, on time, professional, and kept us updated throughout the installation process. Ours is an older home so the process wasn't as simple or straightforward as in a newer dwelling but Chris and Joel were able to make the necessary modifications for a smooth and successful A/C addition to our central heating system. The model they installed is quiet and efficient and we are very pleased with it. They were willing to match any other price estimate we received.
