Have a good selection of rental equipment on the yard or nearby. They are courteous and helpful with the most questions you may have. Competitive prices. Not open for weekend projects but with a little planning ahead equipment is delivered or can be picked up on Friday.

My wife Sheila made a 7:00a.m. appointment to rent a drain camera with 200’ of cable to use on sewer line. She had reserved the item on Friday. She drove 30 minutes from Ramona to El Cajon where she was told to make the pickup. They wouldn’t let her in. They said because of the COVID 19 pandemic she would have to wait in her car and they would bring the item out. After sitting in the parking for an hour and a half and repeated phone calls getting put on hold, being told they couldn’t find the item and that she hadn’t reserved it, she finally just left completely frustrated. At 9:00a.m. They finally called her back and said they had found the item and she come back, after she had already returned to Ramona. The worst customer service in the world! Don’t waste your time!

Too bad zero stars isn't an option. This company has a very annoying alarm system that appears not to be monitored. It's loud and obnoxious! Imagine sitting in your home at 7:45 in the evening, trying to watch TV while listening to a security alarm. Imagine it's 11:45 pm, and you want a peaceful night's sleep, BUT you can't because Sunbelt's alarm is still blaring away. What is the sense of having an alarm system that doesn't alert an alarm company or Sunbelt's management? Its only function seems to be annoying the neighbors!! GET IT FIXED!!!!!!
