The service and staff were great and helpful. Went to rent a diesel generator.

I requested a 100’ power distro cable and got about 75’ at the most. The diesel generator I rented $600 for delivery and pickup! 30 min ride. I only used it like 8 hours for an event. Four to five gallons worth of diesel. Got charged $104 for diesel.

Total spent for a diesel generator, cable and 8 hours. OVER $1,400!!!

This location is VERY EXPENSIVE. The one in Chula Vista and Encinitas are cheaper and same service.

On the recommendations of two neighbors, we had Airmaxx install the A/C in 2019. It’s the first A/C I’ve ever lived with, and it sure is nice.
Vlad was extremely nice at that time, and I hope he & his family are okay in Ukraine.
Today Gilbert C checked everything for me and soon found cause of no cold air blowing. He also did a complete maintenance check and explained what he was doing and what I should be careful of in the future.
Gilbert C was excellent, as all the Airmaxx servicemen have been.

At my rental property the tenant said ac was blowing air, but the air coming out wasn't cold. Had Anderson come out to take a look. The technician told me that the ac system couldn't be fixed and that I needed to put in an entirely new ac system. So I asked him can you give me a ballpark figure on an installation of a new ac system and he told me 25,000 dollars. Even though I know nothing about ac systems I knew there was no way for a 1644 square foot house that it would cost that much. I said I will just pay your service fee and you can go. And on top of that he tried a pressure sale by saying there was a leak and it is dangerous for the tenants so you need to act now. From this dishonesty I will never use Anderson's again. I am thinking that's their angle they come out and will always tell you that there's no fix that you need the new installation to get you to pay the most so that way they can pay for their television ads. So after that I went online and contacted Airmaxx based on their solid good reviews. The next day their technician came out. He was friendly found the problem right away and was fast to fix it. He put in a new capacitor and a relay. The total cost was 495 dollars that also included a labor and parts warranty. I then asked him can you give me a ballpark figure on an installation of a new ac system and he told me 8,000 dollars which matched my research about it online. Based on their honesty and results whenever a heating or ac issue comes up or when it comes time to install a new ac system I will be calling Airmaxx.

I called Airmaxx for an issue for the unit they helped install a few years ago. As always, Airmaxx treats their returning customer with highest priority and came out same day I called in the summer heat of 100F. Mike came out and was extremely thorough, went through all the steps in figuring out the problem and made sure to stay for a good 30mins after everything is fixed to make sure all is good. Awesome fellow, and spent a good amount of time explaining to me while he was working on the job so I know what he's working on. Very much appreciated and super glad I got Airmaxx I can rely on always.

Cannot say enough good things about Airmaxx… we have used them a couple of times for our HVAC needs over the years and they just continue to be the best. Edgar is so helpful in answering all of our questions and explaining everything. We love him! Will continue to use Airmaxx and recommend them to everyone I know.

We recently remodeled our home and decided it was the right time to upgrade the HVAC system. The entire team was phenomenal. They worked with our contractor to make sure everything fit the design, recommended energy-efficient options, and completed the project on schedule. Highly recommend for big or small jobs.

Sad to write this review because the guys that came the first time were decent.

My husband wanted to get our AC’s yearly maintenance or whatever. So he calls this place, and an incredibly rude woman answers the phone. We got our ac a year ago and it’s just time to get it maintenanced again.

My husband wanted to get the AC maintenanced and honestly the heater at the same time. But the woman on the phone was CONVINCING HIM IT WAS WINTER, and all they do is heaters, but guys, it’s Southern California, he said it is currently 80 degrees and blue skies, what do you mean lady?

She goes on to continue to argue with him saying that it’s winter over and over again. And he says finally, so can you do it or not???? And she goes I guess we still can? WHY DIDNT SHE SAY THAT WITHOUT BEING RUDE? Anyways, I don’t recommend whoever that lady was that worked today and answered the phone. Wish I knew her name because I’m sure others MUST experience this issue as well with her. Incredibly rude, disappointed we supported in the first place 👎👎👎👎

Update 10/29: The manager, David, reached out to me two hours after this happened. He was incredibly professional. He offered to take care of both our services. I appreciate their commitment to their customers. Thanks David. And shoutout to the sweetest tech, Ilija!

When a repair man comes to our house you hope it will be someone like Mike Ball. Came across as very trustworthy answered all my questions honestly and with words I could understand. Seemed to know he was talking about. When you call Airmaxx ask them to send Mike for your repair

Had Thermostat no cold air...Mike was extremely helpful and professional! He not only gave me useful tips on how to avoid any future issues with my AC unit, but also ran multiple tests and walked me through his troubleshooting process step by step. It’s refreshing these days to find such an honest repairman who takes the time to explain everything clearly. On top of that, his great attitude made the whole experience even better. Excellent service and a job well done I definitely recommend Airmaxx!

We decided to turn on our AC for the summer only to find the ducts blowing lukewarm air and the outdoor unit fan not running. Reached out to Airmaxx late Sunday night and they were able to send someone to come inspect early Monday morning. Mike arrived exactly on time and he assessed and fixed everything that needed to be fixed (replacing 2 dead voltage distributors and a bad thermostat) in less than 2 hours! He even replaced our filter for us. I really appreciate how thorough Mike was with his explanation on what he was working on, and after he was done he showed us what we needed to do to keep our AC unit in good condition. He was also a very friendly and funny individual, it was a pleasure to have him at the house. Pricing was also very reasonable so they would definitely be the ones we reach out to again should we need service. Thanks for the amazing work!

We are so grateful to Michael Ball and the Airmaxx team for their quick response and the high level of care they provided to help us solve our air conditioning issue. Our air conditioner wasn’t working, it was short cycling and not keeping us cool in this warm weather. We called expecting to possibly wait a few days or weeks and Michael came out immediately (literally within an hour and 15 min) and when he got here he was incredibly kind (greeting all of us with a smile, even our 6 year old) and showed genuine concern for our comfort and wellbeing. He got straight to work and diagnosed the issues within 10 min, taking time to help us understand exactly what was needed, without being condescending or short, even at the end of his workday. Michael is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. He had everything fixed within the hour and our air is running BETTER THAN EVER! Super fast service, very competitive pricing. The Moldovan father-son team who installed my furnace on Saturday did excellent work.
I’m hoping for no further HVAC issues, but if I do I would use them again. Look no further!

First Rate Experience. Alejandro came out and identified the problem. He spent a good amount of time trying to fix it (no charge), but ultimately found there was too much damage in our close to 20 year old unit to fix. Wrote proposal for new Furnace/AC Unit which we went with. Installers Alex and Roman did the installation. Their English was a bit limited, but we were able to communicate with no issue. They did an outstanding job! They were professional, hard working, neat, and friendly. Top notch installers. We had excellent experience with Jordan and other office staff as well. We are very pleased with the whole process.

Called AirMaxx to come inspect our system that was causing a musty/mildew smell when the AC would kick on. Our technician Mike Ball was on time and identified the problem within 10 minutes as our condensation lines were not draining properly. He provided a fair quote and was able to perform the fix immediately, returning our system to prime operation with video explanation of the work performed. Could not recommend them enough for any HVAC needs and I will use them exclusively moving forward.

Our old HVAC has been used for decades. We want to replace it with a new one. We found Airmaxx as a Carrier authorized dealer online. Their service is great, Alex as the project manager is awesome, the price is reasonable and the installation is fast. Anyway, we are very satisfied! Highly recommend!!

My A/C stopped working suddenly during the heat of the East County summer. AirMaxx was able to send somebody out the next day (even working around my insane work schedule). Mike Ball came out and diagnosed the problem, provided the estimate, and repaired it, and cleaned up all within 45 minutes! Mike is an absolute delight! He's friendly, funny, quick, respectful, and communicated very clearly and transparently on the mechanical details of what he was doing and what needed the attention.

I highly recommend Airmaxx. I really highly recommend Mike Ball from Airmaxx. He came out today to fix our heating system and basically saved the day. Mike was professional, courteous and knew what he was doing. When you call Airmaxx ask for Mike.

We needed replacement of furnace blower motor. The two techn-nicians arrived exactly as scheduled at 9 AM. They began work and installed a new motor on the blower and a new thermostat by about 10:30 AM. They double checked to ensure the thermostat was operating the furnace and air conditioner. I would rank them as among the best service technicians I have ever seen. The price was reasonable, heating is on again, and i highly recommend AirMaxx.
