Throughout the whole process, they kept the workspace exceptionally tidy and organized, which I truly appreciated.

Communication with the owner, Alex, was outstanding from start to finish - clear, responsive, and professional. They are very competitive in pricing and, unlike many others in the industry, they’re not the typical sales guys trying to upsell you on things you don’t need.

Called for a system check. Mike Ball showed up and was outstanding. Professional and informative. Told us what repairs we need and explained everything that was going on. It was a lot. And yes I fact checked everything and he was spot on. Set up an appointment same day for a quote for a new whole house ac/furnace unit. Ended up getting one and it’s being installed less than 24 hours later. Probably the best overall experience with a company so far. We’ll see how the install goes….
Installation was outstanding! Got a whole system and relocated everything to the attic. Added new ducting. We’ve had 4+ homes and a lot of work. This project was seamless. Created a lot of stress going in, it couldn’t have gone any better. From the initial maintenance call, quote and installation, it could not have gone any smoother. Cleaned up my attic. Trust me it never looked like this. I forgot to add a vent in a small room. Quick text and they came same day to add it. Can’t imagine a company that can match this experience.

Airmaxx is awesome. Our repair guy Jeff arrived at the scheduled time, and he diagnosed the AC problem quickly. The required parts were in the service van. We were up and running in less than an hour. Jeff is very knowledgeable and we would recommend Airmaxx to family and friends.

Outstanding heat pump installation with new registers upstairs and new ductwork in the attic. It was amazing to see them work together as a unit. They arrived at 8 am and completed everything by 2:30 pm on the same day. They laid out big drop cloths to protect the floor, stairs and carpet. Everything was cleaned up before they left. Salesman conferred with the owner and the owner was able to make a few modifications and lowered the overall cost. They even gave me a rebate for paying by check along with a manufactures and dealers rebates and finally a managers discount, over $3,000 off. Price included City permit and HERS compliance. Now I need to learn how to use a Smart Thermostat and the accompanying app. I texted the salesman to ask him a question and he stopped by within the hour to show me what to do. The equipment is great but the people are even better.

Airmaxx is an extremely reputable and trustworthy company based on my experience. My HVAC system was installed 2 1/2 years ago by a different company. I dutifully have them come out every 6 months to change the filter in the air purifier and to check the system. Recently I called on a Monday and was only able to leave a message After a week I had not gotten a call back. The next week I called on Monday and Wednesday again leaving messages with no response. Finally Friday I called Airmaxx and was able to set an appt for the following Monday. Mike Bell came out and I explained the system and my difficulties with the installer. He got on the phone to their answering service and was uncompromising in his instance they come and service the unit. He told me if his company serviced it the installers 10 year warranty would be voided and he did not want to be any part of that. Within minutes of him hanging up I got a call and a service appointment with the installer who said my call fell through the cracks. I am now am skeptical of the installer going forward but know after the warranty or if I have problems Airmaxx is the place to go. You can tell Airmaxx cares about their customers and is a very moral company when they don’t take your business because someone else should be handling it. Mike could have serviced the unit charged me and I would have been happy unless I needed warranty work in the future and discovered the problem. Mike was making sure that didn’t occur. I cannot say enough about how high a regard I have for a company that demonstrates its commitment to people.

Both technicians I have worked with from AirMaxx have been courteous and professional. Today, Ilija provided in-depth analysis of my system and informed me of all I need to be aware of and what I should not worry about. It was a perfect inspection and I very much appreciate the support AirMaxx has offered me for very reasonable prices.

Jesus from AirMaxx gave my furnace a tune-up. He was thorough, very polite, professional and so nice! He recommended the correct filter for my system so that my system would have increased air flow and a lower electricity bill! He kindly provided me with a washable filter that was the right kind for my system. He even was able to help me get rid of the filters that I had that were Merv 11 which were too fine a mesh for my system! I got my new AC from AirMaxx a few years ago and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my AC and furnace needs! The furnace tune-up was a great price - $49.95.

AirMaxx delivered outstanding service—diagnosing the problem and solving it on the spot! Our old furnace had stopped working, and the AirMaxx technician, Jesus, gave us an excellent deal on a new furnace. He even went the extra mile by temporarily fixing the old one—loaning us his own part—at no charge.

The following week, the installers, Vladimir and Alex, did a wonderful job installing the new furnace and addressing all of our questions and needs.

We’ll definitely use AirMaxx for our HVAC needs again!

Great company to do business with. Alex, the owner, was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process. He took the time to review our estimates from other companies and saved us from overpaying for inferior and potentially code non complaint furnace and duct work. His crew arrived promptly, were professional, and efficient. The new heat pump, blower and duct work all work perfectly and we are so thankful for the service provided to us. The price was excellent compared to all other estimates. Highly recommend Airmaxx.

I went here to get freon lines for my mini duct system. I bought $1100 in materials. While I was up front I asked if I could see if an adapter fit onto a drain line and it did not fit. The jerk of a sales guy forced me to buy the drain hose and adapter because I opened the package. Before, I asked if I could open the package and he did not warn me that he would force me to buy it. I would have left the warehouse right then if I didn't need that $1100 in materials. I will never go back here. That was dishonest and shitty and I never plan to get materials from at such a place in the future. Congratulations on losing thousands of dollars in business over $25 in parts. This place sucks and that was shady and not cool.
