JPM is my go to company for all my heating and air conditioning needs. The Bryant air conditioning system they installed A few years back cools my house so well that I have to turn the thermostat up a few degrees. I also used JPM for the heating and air conditioner at my third floor condo,. Jason and his crew always arrive on time, work quickly, and the guys actually seem to be having a good time & have expressed they like working for Jason and that he’s a very good boss:) additionally, JPM is Reasonably priced and also Honors a military discount

Jason's team recently installed a new A/C unit in my home! The team arrived on time, installed the unit, and cleaned up the areas! The team came in and went to work with no fuss or muss! Very pleasant experience and the unit is quiet and cools the house down very nicely! Pricing was very competitive. Would definitely recommend JPM Air!

Jason and his team are the BEST. Very knowledgeable, professional and customer service oriented. I would highly recommend (and have) JPM to anyone. When my AC unit gave out in the middle of the intense summer heat, Jason came out the very next day, even though I had not been a previous customer. He was able to diagnose and fix that problem quickly, but it was more than apparent that I needed to get a new unit. Jason patiently answered all my questions about possible replacement units and was able to make suggestions based on what I wanted. Although it was a very busy time for JPM, they were able to come out and do the work in a reasonable amount of time. The technicians were professional, courteous, and hard working.
Although this review is way overdue, I am very happy with my new furnace/AC. I know that if I have any trouble, questions, or concerns, JPM will be quick to respond. If you’re looking for a very reliable Cooling/Heating company, call JPM. Their customer service level is unbeatable.

WOW!! I'm thoroughly impressed by JPM and Jason(Owner). Originally, I had received a recommendation for someone else to do my home heating & air. They turned out to be either incompetent and/or careless. I was unfamiliar w/whole home a/c systems as I didn't grow up with one here in east county nor have I had one until recently. I had less than 24hr's of cool air and when contacted, the original installer became unavailable/too busy for WAY too long. Had I known what I know now, I never would have hired the original installer & I would have saved a TON of money. Thankfully, a neighbor of mine recommended Jason at JPM Heating & Air. Very soon after, Jason was out ready to go bright & early to fix SO much, as almost everything was done incorrectly. He had me up and running in the middle of the busiest time of year while showing and teaching me all of what was done incorrectly plus how he was correcting all. I've heard about a ton of only happy customers my neighbor had previously recommended JPM to & I wouldn't recommend anyone else. Their expertise, integrity, workmanship, punctuality, customer relations, and price make them #1 in my book where I'm recommending them to anyone & everyone.

I plan to have some additional things done asap as well as a relative's whole home heating & air bought & installed through JPM. Outstanding experience from beginning to end with JPM! They were the best! I found their name mentioned on a local neighborhood forum after our AC went out. I gave them a call and we were scheduled promptly. Their tech came out, quickly diagnosed the issues, located parts and installed, and had our AC back up and running in this summer heat in no time for a fair price too. Very happy to have found this company to install a mini split system in my home. Jason had his crew come out and the system was installed in 4-5 hours; I was so grateful as snow hit the next day - I live in Julian and having this system was a lifesaver. Would definitely recommend them!

JPM installed a whole system in our home. Great job, great people and a great price. Later we called them again to install a system in our guest house. Same great experience. We now have perfect heating and air conditioning throughout both.

Excellent service. Jason the owner came out to see how the process was coming along and called later after the work was completed just to make sure everything had gone according to plan. Alex, Brent and Rich all did a wonder job. I will 100% recommend this company for HVAC repairs and replacement. Best price I could find in all of San Diego County!

Rich came out to the site. He was very punctual, very professional introduced himself. Explain the situation he went up to the roof to look and assess it. Then showed me pictures of the issue and how to resolve it . Rich applied product to the AC unit on the roof.

I can’t say enough great things about Jason and his team. He is extremely responsive, efficient, and well priced for the work he does. We ended up getting a whole new heating system as well as some other little additions to the system and it was done in 5 hrs. He has done work for my parents and multiple neighbors- all of us have had an incredible experience! Don’t look at anyone else except JPM for your HVAC needs!

My experience with JPM Heating and Air Inc has been stellar. Jason, the owner, is truly a professional and kind person who values his customers and client base. He was transparent with me from the start and did not try to upsell me, even though I decided to go with a higher grade condenser. The quote I was provided was reasonable and fair. The HVAC professionals who came to my house to install the units were kind, knowledgeable, communicative, and attentive. They cleaned up nicely and made sure I understood everything they were doing. I will need to replace my ducting at some point in the near(ish) future, and I will return to JPM to complete that project. I value honest, transparent small businesses and this one is one of those. I recommend JPM for your heating and cooling needs.

I requested an HVAC/furnace inspection and was booked for a visit two days later. On the day of my appointment, the office called and said that "a technician called out," requesting to postpone my appointment until the next day. I agreed, but the office again called me the following day -- ten minutes after my scheduled appointment time and obvious technician no-show -- to tell me that there was "no way" a technician could "pick up" my job. After taking two afternoons off from my work to address this problem, I was understandably disappointed and asked what the office agent meant by "pick up" my job, as I believed that I held a firm appointment time. The agent proceeded to lecture me about ethics and tell me how important it is that the company prioritizes elderly customers and other more-emergent jobs. While I would agree that elderly customers and emergencies deserve the highest priorities, it became apparent, when pressed, that the agent had no idea regarding the nature or scope of my particular job/problem or understood the ethical consequences of me canceling two afternoons of work in a healthcare clinic. Unprofessional and unreliable - I do not recommend this company.

Richard just came out to troubleshoot a sticky issue we've been having with our Fujitsu wall-mounted air-conditioner --- and, wow, did he do a great job! There was a subtle leak of coolant, and after looking and verifying everything was okay within the condenser unit itself, Richard removed the vertical housing that contained the piping that feeds the condenser and discovered the leak. Amazing! He did what needs doing and now we should be good, hopefully, out to infinity and beyond! Thanks, Richard, and thank you, Nick, for recognizing and hiring competent people!

Everyone is polite and easy to deal with, as is the communication. The visit was easy to setup and they were flexible with changes the day before. The tech, Jeff, was quick, professional, and explained everything as he was checking out the system. I'll likely do business with them again if I need work done on my A/C or heating...

Our older house had the original in wall heaters with nothing else to build upon. This company wowed me by taking it's time to plan out each step of a furnace and AC installation. This was especially important since I had limited room for an installation. Even so it was completed on time and in working order for all rooms requested. I'm definitely satisfied with the in-house evaluation, the personnel that worked onsite and the end result (which is a happy wife due to home warmth!).

I called Pacific Heating and Air for a pre Summer checkup on my 18+ year old unit. I worked with their team on the pricing for my A/C and heating unit. From that point on I worked very closely with Adriana D to coordinate the install, and work through a couple hiccups along the way due to supply chain issues. Adriana was always 2 steps ahead keeping the project on course, and most importantly keeping me informed. After the install she followed up to ensure the install was complete and that it met my expectations. She was the conductor of the orchestra keeping the project on task. I am grateful to have had Adriana working with me through the project. Many thanks to her and the crew.

They’re great! I’m glad I have a good service that I can trust to keep my ac unit going. It was an expensive luxury and it’s important that the people that service it know what they’re doing. I’m selling my home, and I feel confident that the new homeowner will have a great unit. It’s 5 years old but still runs like it’s brand new thanks to Pacific Heating and AC!

The prior homeowners added a duct line and vent to the garage as additional living space which we asked Pacific heating and air to remove. Everything seemed to go smoothly with the exception of some insulation and dirt and the technician was friendly. At around 430pm we noticed the master bedroom was sweltering and called the company to send someone out immediately to see what he issue is. They aren't able to come out until the next day but I took a look in the attic and noticed that the duct line to the bedroom was severed. With proper communication this should not have happened.
