Happy to recommend JPM. Heating and Air. A few years ago they installed a complete new HVAC in my home, furnace, air conditioner and new ductwork . The price was fair, the work was done when promised, and the system has worked dependably ever since. I've since had them service the system, and their work was pleasant and professional. I will continue to call upon them when the need arises, and I am happy to recommend them to others.
2/2/24 - Cleaned to dryer vent they had installed. Technician arrived when promised, was very pleasant, and did the job quickly with no problem.
I am a satisfied customer, I keep coming back.

I had Rich come out. He was super friendly and efficient. He was done in less than an hour and showed me photos of what he installed and explained what had been wrong and how he had addressed it. I was mentally prepared for a big bill as AC repair has been for me in the past, and was pleasantly surprised with what I felt was very reasonable. Most importantly, I got my cool air back just in time for the weekend! I would most definitely recommend JPM to others.

First time working with this company. Good communication, technician was prompt & explained his findings during the requested maintenance check of my AC system. Reasonable cost, I was pleased with their service.

I called JPM again, as I had used their service before for my air conditioning repair. This time my heater stopped working because a part that is very old. It is questionable whether the part can be found, however Jason was able to get it working for now. The plus for me, was Jason's straight forward information and honesty and communication skills. My impression without knowing him personally, is that he is a highly principled character. Thank you Jason.

I recommend JPM for preventive maintenance of HVAC systems. They were recommended to me by family members for whom they installed a new HVAC system. I scheduled a preventive maintenance visit for my A/C-heat pump. Rich was the technician who did the maintenance. He was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. I liked that he explained the system to me, it was very helpful given that I had no information about it when I bought my condo. The price seemed affordable to me, money well-spent for peace of mind.

Rich showed me that its refrigerant filter is in poor condition and I plan to have JPM replace it.

As soon as it got hot this summer our motor in our air conditioning unit went out. Jason found the motor was still under warranty and before you know it Rich was putting in the new motor. Fantastic service and alway a pleasure to do business with them.

My husband and I had an air conditioner installed yesterday by JPM Heating & Air of El Cajon. When I first called them, the owner, Jason, answered the phone and was very sincere and helpful. Then I talked with Christina in their office and again was greeted by a professional and helpful person and was able to get a consult set up very quickly and sooner than expected. Jason came out and we both enjoyed talking with him. He is very knowledgeable and helped us decide which unit would be best for our home. Then, only one week later, Manny and a coworker came out to install the air conditioner. What great guys! They worked hard all day, were very professional, courteous, and conducted their work in such a manner that we were both impressed. They put down a protective cloth on our hardwood floors to protect it while working. We are very happy with JPM and all of their team! We highly recommend them to anyone who wants prompt response and a good value for your money, and professional and competent service!

Had three contractors assigned by my home warranty come out and fumble the repair of my two zone system over the course of six weeks. Called JPM, and Jason came out an immediately diagnosed the problem. A week later after parts were ordered, Rich came out and installed everything - my system works again! Highly professional, quality work, fully recommend!

Jason and his crew are excellent! He replaced an A/C at my old house a couple of years ago. At my new house, Jason and his crew installed an entire new heating and A/C system to replace radiant heating. They did an excellent job at a competitive price. Recently when my electrician was in my attic, he asked who did my HVAC and commented on how nice a job they did. Jason is very willing to come out personally as he did to show me how to program my new thermostat. I recommend JPM to everyone including my real estate agent whose passed his name along.

My technician was amazing! This man understood to take a look at the whole picture before he made his diagnosis. We discussed it briefly, and he was off. Within minutes he had the problem fixed and was loaded up ready to go. We have not had problems with our split unit since! Thank you for an amazing job. Well done!

I couldn't be more happy with these guys! I called Monday afternoon to inquire about getting a quote. Jason (the owner) answered my call and came out to give me a quote the very next day. He listened to my exact wants and needs, and was so kind and polite. We settled on the best solution, and less than 24 hours later, on Wednesday afternoon, the crew was back out at my house installing the new ductless unit. They were quick, and didn't leave behind any sort of mess to indicate that they had been there at all. They would have had it all done in one day, but the job they had earlier that morning ran a little longer than they anticipated which they communicated and apologized for countless times, which was very appreciated! They came out ASAP Thursday morning and only took a couple of hours to finish up the job and double check to make sure everything was perfect. We will 100% be recommending them to other friends of our in the area, and definitely be calling them out for future projects. Couldn't have asked for more friendly customer service, and prompt execution! Our house is officially ready for summer!

JPM installed my mini split system over 4 years ago and it has been completely trouble free. They installed three registers and the compressor unit in one day, it was done professionally and clean.

I had JPM replace my entire 30 year old AC and heating unit including ducting. It was completed within 2 days at a fair price and the installers were very courteous and professional. I highly recommend JPM

I called three companies for quotes on a new AC install and replacing a 20 year old furnace. The first two companies sent out salesmen that mostly provided annoying banter and exorbitant pricing - both companies that I found from ads on the radio. One guy was in our house for over 2 hours for a simple quote. It felt like trying to buy a used car. They both even put me on the phone with their 'manager' to see if they could get me a better price. Totally staged conversation and kind of sad, really.

The owner of JPM took a look at what we had already in place, how it fit with what we needed, and emailed over a price within a couple hours. Just enough time spent to know what they were getting into, none of my time wasted, and a price that was about 30% less compared to the other two, and with a higher efficiency AC unit too. They installed the next week, his guys went over everything with us after installation, answered questions, setup an easy payment plan with a third party company, and that was it.

Could not be simpler and we could not be happier. Call around and get some quotes if you want, but you will just end up going with JPM anyway.

They were great! I went looking for a professional, and went from looking to estimate to job done in about 48 hours. We installed a mini-split system a while ago, and needed to have our old central gas furnace removed. (It bit backwards, I realize, but that's the way it went.) Took out the old furnace, capped the gas pipe, removed the old thermostat, covered the now-unused vent stacks, covered the inside of the roof and now-unused main duct in the house, cleaned up the debris...and as polite & cheerful as you could ask for.

I highly recommend!

We contacted JPM after discovering one of our AC units was not working and the other was not pumping out very cold air, just as a summer heatwave hit. We got an appointment 3 days later.

Rich was on time, courteous, diagnosed the problems, replaced the needed parts,
and checked that both systems were working well before leaving. Took about 90 mins. We also talked about updating our 23 year old, inefficient AC units and hope to receive a proposal soon.

So I can only say good things about JPM. They are professional and do their job well.

Jason and his team are awesome. He worked on my old AC unit and helped me get a couple of extra years out of it. The time finally came to get a new unit and he was ready to do the install quickly. Everything went great and the new unit works like a charm. He was also very patient with all my questions and never made me feel like I couldn't ask something. I highly recommend Jason and his team at JPM for all of your HVAC needs. They have super fair prices and exceptional quality service.

My Daikin Mini-Split stopped working because it run out of refrigerant last month. After I called JPM office, Jason came to add more refrigerant the next day. My Mini-Split has been working perfectly since then. My wife and I were very pleased with the result. We recommend JPM and Jason highly.

JMP re-did the roof of my business building about 4 years ago while I was aboard. Without me in near by they did great job, fast and complete job!
Last year, the A/C on the roof had some problems. JMP came to repair right away and the price was reasonable.
I strongly recommend this company!
