Nick was always accessible to answer and clarify any questions we had. Carlos and his crew were neat and worked efficiently. I’ve had only positive interactions with Pacific Heating and Air and highly recommend them. I took out a “big blue” contract and they delivered priority and excellent service as promised! I took out the contract because in addition to priority repair service, which I didn’t think I’d need as my unit is only 3-years old, it comes with tuneup and inspections. When my unit stopped working, I called PHAC and they sent Adrian out first thing the next morning to look at it, and he had my unit working again by 9 am! When it stopped again the next day, I called Adrian and PHAC and he was back out at my home the next morning again! This time he found a different problem that he was again able to fix, leaving us all cool and comfortable (for the whole summer I hope)!

Our service tech " ERIK" was awesome and punctual. Our appointment was actually at 3 p.m. and he texted my phone because he had a cancellation and was able to come earlier. That was awesome. He was very polite and very knowledgeable about our air conditioning unit, he cleaned it beautifully and even found that are capacitor to our blower was not working properly and fixed it. My husband and I were both very happy with this young man and signed up to have a checkup twice a year. I would imagine he'd be an asset to any company he worked for. I am very impressed with Pacific Heating & Air Conditioning. The response time it took for a return call (for an urgent issue) was very fast and they sent out Adrian that same day. Adrian was extremely professional & thorough and explained the situation in detail. He gave me an estimate on the spot as was able to return the next day to perform the repairs. Tech, Adrian, contacted me prior to appointment time that he’d arrive soon. He showed up timely, provided me a summary of maintenance service to be done then completed the maintenance quickly. He advised me of the status of our system and made some recommendations. Overall, very satisfied with the service.

Amazing service! Adrian was super helpful fixing the A/C in my classroom. He found the problem quickly and within less than an hour of him being there I had working A/C again, which was such a relief with summer coming up! He serviced two of our other classrooms that needed some work as well. This company is super efficient, reliable, and has great communication with their customers. Thank you!

RUNNNN! And I’m not even joking. I am a property manager now going on 20 years, and have worked with tons of contractors and handymen throughout San Diego. This is by far the MOST unorganized, unprofessional, unreliable, uncommunicative company I have ever worked with hands down. They’ve have canceled multiple times without the decency of even calling to communicate that or even reschedule, they’re almost always 1-2 hours late. They never answer their phone and are incredibly difficult to get a hold of. You will literally have to chase them down to get them to finish the job. You’re better off picking up a few workers at Home Depot. Not even kidding.

Came out quickly to fix an AC unit at work and did the work well. Adrian was great to work with for the project.

David was very professional and through he let me know what he was checking and what he was looking for to know the AC unit was running smoothly. Adrian, HVAC technician, did a great tuneup of my HVAC equipment. He clearly communicated what he would be doing and upon completion had pictures showing what was done. I am very pleased with the service I received!

Adrian came to repair our air conditioning issues. He was very professional, came with company’s uniform. He fixed our issues. If you are changing your whole unit, they do offer good discounts. Hope you don’t get AC issues on a hot day but if you do, definitely recommend this company. Thanks

We are first-time homeowners and therefore this was our first time having to replace an HVAC system. We had no idea what to expect in terms of pricing and workflow. Regardless we are satisfied with Adrian and the team. They worked three days straight to get our package unit installed properly and get it working. We were told we would not be required to be present for the duration of the project so we did not hesitate to schedule the install to be during the time we would be out of town. We had already rescheduled various times due to the availability of the crane so we just wanted to get any day that would work at this point. While we were out of town it was hard to stay in the loop during the duration of the project due to the time zone difference, but Adrian was able to make things work and get things done. I am giving 4 stars because my presence was actually needed for the duration of the project. There was some slight miscommunication which led to some stress during my trip. But kuddos to the team for being able to work with it and get the job done!
