Nathan was the tech who came to help is with a safety check on the heater in the house we just bought he was on time followed all Covid precautions and was extremely professional and respectful of our time.
We knew the heater was old and Nathan's inspection gave us a great idea of what we needed to do next.
We will definitely contact Pacific Heating when we are read to upgrade the system and look forward to working with Nathan again.

I had recently purchased a condo (first time) and was in the middle of the summer heatwave. Adrian came onsite to overview a few mini split quotes that our complex was considering at the time. Adrian overviewed my unit and noted that I was capable of doing something more than a mini split in my unit.

The initial process took a bit as I had to run everything by HOA, the team was there and waiting with any answers that I had to questions that were asked, or documents/specs that may be needed.

Adrian was very knowledge about the systems that were compatible with my unit, as well as how we could configure the unit to be tucked into the attic and hung onto our back wall (couldn’t do the floor since it’s an open alley and homeless people are an issue). There was a few delays with getting the product, which was communicated well by Adrian and his team, as well as a phone call was received by the owner.

Overall, Adrian and the team at Pacific Heating and Air were awesome! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to prepare for the next summer heatwave!

Pacific heating and air did my A/C installation a while in the past. The installation team and Adrian especially were awesome. Ran into an admin problem from the previous owner and the new owner contacted me to personally resolve it. It's clear there is more care and attention with the current ownership.

Nick is very knowledgable about equipment, and will take the time to explain pros and cons of various options. He provided professional and personalized service, and during the recent heat wave, he managed to fit me in to his busy schedule. He suggests recommendations on preventative maintenance to avoid costly repairs. This is a company I trust and will definitely call again in the future!

Pacific Heating & Air Conditioning was very professional. They made sure we understood what was needed and how things would go. We've used Pacific heating and air quite a few times now. They are always on time and can be at your house at a moment's notice. They have great maintenance packages that you can purchase as well and they call to set up the appointments themselves your heating and air conditioning maintenance. Nathan and Alex are both great technicians.

I really appreciated the professional and timely service. I liked the text notifications to tell me when the service technician was in the way to the house. I also liked the the review of the worked needing to be done prior to starting and understanding the fees up front. This is a very good company and would recommend them for your HVAC needs.

I cannot say enough nice things about this family company. Nick the owner went out his way to help us out. He explained everything he was repairing, taught us how to maintain our machine and managed to repair it one an already long and hot work day. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. My HVAC system was sorely in need of a checkup. Nick came by and dusted off the cobwebs and cleaned up the unit on the roof. He is kind and patient and he was responsive to my many questions. He explained everything he was doing and the reason why it should be serviced on a routine basis every year. He showed me what was important in the maintenance process. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I highly recommend this company for any of your heating and cooling needs. Fast, professional and knowledgeable! Nick came down day of, quickly traced the issue and got my unit working again, even with my Nest setup. The issue was quickly resolved and he charged me a reasonable rate for the work. After he left, he remained reachable. When I had an issue where I was only receiving hot air, I was able to send a picture and he offered advice that eventually fixed the issue. Would definitely recommend to others!

Nick came today to install the Halo-Led Home Air
Purification. He was very professional, courteous and efficient. He answered my questions and didn't waste any time getting started. Hearing about his past experience installing this system, I feel very confident and secure in my decision to have it installed in my home.

These people installed my mini splits. They messaged me every months to service them but after making the appointment they never showed up. I've even made the appointment with Nick who's supposed to be the owner still no show. Now my condensers are clogged and due to pressure build up it created a leak. Nick who is the owner quoted me over $6100 to come and repair it. I now know that these units have a 10 year warranty that Nick failed to tell me.
Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My apartment's central heat was not maintaining temperature so I submitted a work ticket through my property manager's website. Within in 24 hours Pacific Heating & Air called to confirm availability. On the same day the technician, Adrian arrived. He was very prompt, had great customer service and was able to resolve the problem quickly. Thank you!

Adrian was quick, efficient, and communicative during the whole process. Pacific Heating & Air Conditioning provide day of service checks and then promptly resolved the issues we were experiencing. Highly recommend them!

The last visit in September, they didn't replace the filters. But today David came out and fixed everything up for me!! Outstanding young man, with a good heart and personality. Thank you David!!😊

This company exists as a dichotomy- the actual, on-site service is fantastic; the process of getting scheduled was an absolute nightmare. I cannot speak highly enough of Nathan, the technician who came out to fix our thermostat. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and communicative.

However, this is how getting the appointment happened:

-Called to schedule, got setup for 10am on a Thursday morning. Repeatedly was told that the new software they were using for scheduling was "terrible".
-At 11am, no one had arrived, so I called the office. They said there was a mistake, and someone would arrive at noon. I told them I had a dentist appointment at 1pm, and was told "oh, then we'll just push to the afternoon, call us when you're home." Seemed like a reasonable solution.
-Got home at 2pm, called the company. Was told that there was nothing in the system (which I was told again, was "terrible") and that we'd have to get rescheduled. During the process of rescheduling, it was clear that all of my information had been deleted, and we had to restart from scratch. Got scheduled for 11am Friday.
-At 4pm (still Thursday!) Nathan arrived. I asked about the appointment, he said on his end it showed as being Thursday. Ultimately fine, worked for me. Nathan was super helpful, said he'd be back Friday at our scheduled 11am time to fix the thermostat.
-Noon Friday roles around- no one has arrived. I call, get told there was a scheduling mishap again, and that Nathan will arrive around 5pm. We have plans at 630pm, but fine, can make it work.
-530pm roles around- Nathan calls, says that he got sent back to a previous job, won't arrive til 6pm, we have to reschedule to Saturday morning.
-Saturday afternoon roles around, we finally get our thermostat fix.

Nathan was great, but the runaround and inability to actually plan my own work around the scheduling times I was given was absolutely a massive headache.

Very professional. We signed up for semi-annual maintenance service.. the tech was knowledgeable and efficient as well as curious and professional. Great hire! Could you give him a raise?
