Gilbert came out and inspected our furnace that had been acting up.
He diagnosed it beautifully and explained what he was doing the whole time. He had all the tools to do the perfect job-he made adjustments and recommendations and fixed our heater. !
I highly recommend Airmaxx for furnace service - we look forward to using them to service and maintain our heater in the future, and also our central air conditioning system.

The AC in our rental property finally gave up the ghost, right as the summer starting getting really hot. I was worried that it could take weeks before our tenants would have a comfortable home again, but Airmaxx was very fast to come out and provide an estimate (which was significantly lower than the other estimate we got, and for superior products). They installed both a new furnace and air conditioner just a few days after I approved the quote, and the tenants are very happy. Airmaxx did a fantastic job keeping the place neat and their staff is wonderful to deal with. When the need arises at our own home, they'll be the only ones we'll call.

The Airmaxx team did a great job installing a new A/C unit in my 70's home. They shoehorned the unit perfectly into a tiny closet, fit the compressor neatly into a complicated area on a slope, and dealt with a particularly long run of electrical conduit. The guys were professional and cleaned up carefully after the job. I would recommend them anytime.

Fast scheduling. Able to get an appointment the very next day despite making request in the evening of night before. Tech/comfort consultant Mike Ball arrived on time for the appointment within the 8-10am block. Very friendly and professional. He was able to diagnose and repair my system in 30 min! He explained and showed me what part failed and replaced the needed parts. However, was as not able to warranty the part due to my system being around 20yrs old. Highly recommend Airmaxx for your home AC repairs. Thank you Mike!!!

Mike was very efficient in explaining the process of a new system and I was sold on the pricing.
I went from the old taller model to the more energy efficient shorter model.
The guys came in and quickly and meticulously set up, took down and replaced my heating system in 2 hrs. They swept, vacuumed and took the old heater.

We wanted to get our aging heater (gas furnace) replaced. We called Airmaxx and they scheduled an inspection promptly.
We were given a very reasonable estimate for a heater replacement. Moreover, Airmaxx did a price match to match another quote.

For replacement appointment, the technicians arrived on time and were very efficient. Replacement was completed within 2.5 hours even though it was expected to take 4 hours.

Overall, this was a really great experience and I would highly recommend Airmaxx!

I've found my permanent A/C support company! After a bad experience with another vendor, Vladimir came and fixed the unit in an hour for a thousand dollars less than the other guy who made me wait days for a part I didn't need. He had a complete understanding of how rhe system works and was able to explain his findings to me. It was a fantastic experience and I am so grateful. I have their number and they'll be my first call for all my heating and air conditioning needs from now on.

Refreshing experience with this HVAC company. After original installer provided an outrageous quote to exchange a faulty part on my heat pump (that was still under warranty) I happened to call Airmaxx among other companies. They responded immediately, provided a timely quote, and worked with manufacturer to get the part under warranty. No upsells, no BS - just what I needed. Also answered all of my questions and concerns.

I recently had a new central ceiling mini-split put into my garage. The installation went well, but there was some weirdness with the unit that to me didn’t seem right. I wanted a remote-control vs a wall control, due to lack of wall space to mount. Thought this would not be a problem, but Mitsubishi just changed and upgraded the controller, which we did not know at the time of installation. It took a bit, but that was figured out.
There were a couple other issues that also needed to be checked.
The reason for my 5-star rating is AirMaxx came through. They worked consistently to work out the problems and fix as needed. They never made me wrong for asking and checking if I thought something was not right. No bad attitudes, only great. Corey my contact, was awesome. He worked through the issues, and when he wasn’t sure, called in Mitsubishi and whoever he needed to understand what was needed to adjust. Corey was steadfast in getting it right. I really appreciated the work they did. Highly recommend.

Above and beyond! AirMaxx removed and disposed of my old house furnace and installed a new one which was recommended by them as one of the most reliable, and installed a new digital thermostat. They showed up right at 8am and were done in just over 2 hours. They left the closet that held my water heater and furnace much cleaner than when they arrived. Huge upgrade on everything. Very professional, personable, and answered each of my questions with a smile. They also had the best price out of the 4 estimates I received. I highly recommend AirMaxx.

This review is long overdue, but these guys beat out all my other quotes. The inspection for my quote was just okay and not as thorough as some others, so I was definitely a bit concerned regarding the quality of work, but then on install day, the team came through and did a phenomenal job.
Except, they dropped some things (both a knife like tool and a drill with a drill bit) from the attic and down my vinyl plank stairs that have caused some damage to them now. While I can't blame them with the exhausting work of being in the hot small attic and installing ducts and helping me get AC, the stairs were new so that kind of sucked.
But the install team was fantastic and I'd recommend them. Third party permit guys and others have commented on the quality of work done and said they did an exceptional job.

I was looking to replace my 20 year old heat pump and got 3 quotes. I decided to go with Airmaxx and am confident that I made the right decision. Ryan was very knowledgeable and went into details that the other vendors didn't. They booked the installation within a week and the team came and completed the removal and installation of the condenser, blower, and 3 thermostats in about 5 hours (wow). They also did a great job of cleaning up before they left. The new Lennox unit is super quiet compared to the unit that was replaced, and much more efficient.

After running the system for a few days, we observed that the air was blowing really hard in the master bedroom. I called Airmaxx to see what could be done, and they immediately scheduled an appointment for the next day. Mike Ball was the tech that showed up (on time), and he was really great to work with. He listened carefully as I explained the problem and then assessed the situation. To make a long story short, he came up with a solution to reconfigure the operation of the dampers that achieved the desired result. He was very patient in working with me and answering all of my questions, and he checked before leaving to make sure the problem had been addressed to my satisfaction. This kind of post-sales support helped reconfirm that I made the right decision in choosing Airmaxx.
