Dan Rostantzoglou with Anderson Plumbing heat and air came today to do a regular furnace check up. Dan is a very professional and gentle service person to work with. He thoroughly checked the furnaces in attic, carefully examined and make sure they are all in a good working condition. and I recommended me to replace all the return filters. Kristina was awesome! Down to earth and very knowledgeable, easy to talk with. She walked me through the process from start to finish. I stepped outside for 5 minutes and she had the drain removed and open to start work. Great customer service and phenomenal technician. She did a thorough job of removing my clog exceptional! 10/10 would recommend for all your problems!

Excellent Service. Ryan was professional and courteous and went out of his way to help us with discounts to make our work more affordable. We had an electric tankless water heater installed. Ryan arranged, performed, and oversaw the work subcontracted to an electrician they work with. Ryan went out of his way to professionally install the new unit and remediate past plumbing work to make the space tidy with the new installation.

If I had a question you were patient and took the time to explain and I was satisfied with all your responses. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with Anderson Plumbing. I called them late at night with a major issue, and they were at my home first thing the next morning ready to work. From beginning to end, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free.

The job was a big one, but they handled it quickly and efficiently. By the time they were done, we had full use of our showers and toilets again. Their pricing was fair, and I really appreciated that they gave us several payment options to choose from.

Overall, the team was timely, respectful, and truly committed to solving the problem. Anderson Plumbing delivered excellent service when we needed it most. I highly recommend them!

We had a leaky shower valve at one of our rental houses and called Anderson Plumbing. They responded quickly and sent Miguel Arechiga out the same day to assess the problem. Miguel was professional, explained the repair clearly, and provided a quote on the spot. He returned as scheduled and completed the repair efficiently. We had a stopped up bathroom sink. We tried to fix it ourselves but it did not work. We called Anderson and within a few hours we had Kristina at our house to do the repair. She explained what was needed. We liked what she said and agreed to the price. Kristina was very knowledgeable and professional. She cleaned the area afterwards. I would highly recommend Kristina for any of your plumbing needs.

I recently had an HVAC Service home appt with Technicians Joshua and Raul. Both young men were professional, friendly and very respectful of my home. They spent an adequate amount of time with me, listened to my concerns and explained the next steps. I loved that Joshua took photos of my furnace after he inspected it, pointed out and explained the problem areas of concern. He also provided me with solution based options. I felt like they understood my concerns and Joshua went as far as to reach out to his superior who also scheduled an appt to come out to my home the following day. I appreciate that Anderson has been in business for many years and have employed many skilled technicians with expertise in various specialized fields.

We had our HVAC tune-up service today. The tech left greasy finger prints all over the access panel (see picture). All he did was take picture of our system and said we needed to get it replaced. He called a project manager who arrived within 30 minutes and gave me a quote for 42k to replace our current system with a heat pump system. No need for new ducts or electrical panels, so this price was just for labor, permit, and two 4 ton heat pumps. The quote was not itemized and this was after a $2k ‘discount’ for being members of their annual maintenance plan. The project manager then proceeded to tell me that if I waived the 3 day cancelation they could install on Monday and he could reduce to $35,980 because he had a job that they finished a job early and needed to get the crew on a project Monday to fill a scheduling gap. I felt pressured and the lack of transparency on the breakdown of cost of labor and the heat pump system made me feel really uneasy. I don’t doubt that we need a new system but the sales tactics and pressure was very unprofessional and I can see that a lot of vulnerable people with good credit ratings would end up using their financing option and just going for this type of sales tactic. Be careful and make sure you ask for break down if cost of labor vs equipment.

Fernando Garcia provided optimal customer service. He conducted a thorough inspection of my air conditioning unit and figured out what was causing the circuit breaker to trip. He explained what he was doing each step of the way and what the numbers, that were coming up on his gadgets, represented. He provided me with detailed recommendations based on his findings and a clear explanation so I could understand why these recommendations were needed. All in all I am very satisfied with the service Fernando provided. I would definitely recommend this company!
