David and his crew did an amazing job on our house. We were remodeling after a flood caused some damage to our downstairs. Friendly and knowledgeable!!

I contracted this company to do a major renovation in my house, which included the full demolition of my kitchen, one bedroom, one small bathroom, and laundry area (floors, walls, and some ceiling); the renovation of my master bathroom with partial demolition; the installation of new interior doors; the installation of an electrical sub panel for the kitchen, and the installation of new floors for the entire house. As a bonus, David kindly fixed and enclosed the area above the furnace, making the place safer and cleaner.

From the beginning, David organized the workflow to minimize our stress and discomfort while the house was still operational for my family. He was attentive to our needs and walked the extra mile to provide the care required.

By observing his work, I see David used high-quality materials and labor in this project. The white shaker cabinets and the quartz countertop are amazing, and the floor was installed perfectly with very little waste (I had many boxes left over). The plumbing and electrical in the bathrooms and kitchen were done beautifully, bringing the house up to code. The kitchen appliances are working safely because of the subpanel. The bedroom has new drywalls, ceiling, and lighting. The laundry area is functional and organized with new cabinets, and the small bathroom has a new window.

David is very organized and solution-oriented, always seeking the best for his client. He is honest, trustworthy, and reliable. By evaluating the work done in my house, I realized the price for this renovation was fair and affordable, considering the intense and specialized labor it required.

It was very enjoyable working with David. He has a cheerful disposition and is very enthusiastic about his work. He handles client overwhelm very well and easily manages unforeseen circumstances, such as the damage done by a recent tropical storm. Thumbs up for this business; I highly recommend it! Better Business Bureau Complaint Description:
Ryan Daryoush, Project Manager, License # 1033008, was contracted to do cement & paver work, as well as to repair steps. The contracted work with Mr. Daryoush was left incomplete. He and I walked the perimeter of my property and we came to an agreement to have work done at my home. The description of what I needed done was highly detailed and specific to particular areas of work that needed done. The agreed upon price was originally $13,981. of which we gave him $981. initially. At start of work, I wrote an additional check for $11,296., then another for $6,500. When I realized the math didn't add up, he informed me that the contract was modified to include additional work. The addendum accounted for the extra $6,500. which he collected payment in full for, from my husband. When I brought it to his attention that I was confused and unaware of the addendum, he became defensive, combative, and gave me the impression that he was not interested in further communication with me. He dealt exclusively with my husband from that point on, making it very difficult for me to communicate with him. He did not do the work as promised and comported himself very unprofessionally. When I tried to speak with him directly about my concerns, he said he did not want to deal with me or talk to me. He said "I was mean." Which is only the case as to the extent that he perceived my communication with him as offensive due to the fact that I ask for clarification and consistent, reliable, information and that his team of workmen do the work on the days he promised. Instead, he ignores my emails, calls, voicemails, and text messages. The incomplete work is sub par and was done in piecemeal form. A little here, a little there. There were at least two occasions when his crew did not show up as expected. Bottom line and my complaint is that he simply did not complete the agreed upon work, although he was paid in full on July 23rd. with a final payment of $1,500.
I don't want him near my home again and will not be recommending his company for future work or to my network of friends and family. I am extremely dissatisfied with this company.
Desired Resolution:
Although I need the work finished, I am not seeking he return to my home. *Truthfully, I am a little intimidated by this man. I believe it is a cultural difference that precludes us from working together. He is not receptive to a woman being particular or challenging him in any way. I arrived at this impression when he became terse and combative with me and refused to be cordial, considerate or professional with me once I called him out on his lack of diligence in completing the project as agreed.

This company is one of the best. They did my roof and the complete piping in my mobile home. The service was great and I'm very happy with them.

I had originally posted a positive review on this company. Iafter doing my homework, I realized they overcharged me at least a couple thousand dollars. They didn't even do the work. Instead, hired out a couple mexicans who did the whole job in 2 days. Also overcharged me for permits by hundreds more dollars. Work was good. Price was not. Fast talking sales man cost me big time.

After all the research I had platinum home designers to remodel my bathroom.
I met with the project manager Ryan and he was very detailed and showed me a lot of photos. I had a great experience and I really recommend them.

I had PhD install my solar system. After inspection we found out some leaks and had to replace the roof. Ryan was the project manager and he did the roof and the solar. I strongly recommend them and I’ll use them for future projects. Thank you

My schedule is a nightmare and could barely be home, Ryan and his guys worked so well accommodating me. Work done was top notch and very professional. HVAC, solar, concrete, electrical all done with Ryan and his guys, and all done to code. House is now more efficient than ever, cooler than ever, and has more parking than ever and I couldnt be happier. Trust that I will be calling them again for the next project
