Recently had a pleasure working with Ryan which was referred by a friend to Platinum home designer to remodel our kitchen. He was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He performed A to Z without being worry to deal with anything.

I found the company on google and sent me RYAN to get an estimate on my concrete work in the backyard. The presentation was great, he explained everything in details and I signed on the contract . Got a beautiful job.

Platinum Home Designers was the company I hired to replace my old HVAC system with Goodman and existing windows with Milgard windows. Ryan is a great project manager. He made sure my project was done in a timely manner. The guys who installed the HVAC and new windows are professional and courteous and informative. They got the job done right.

It was a great experience with Ryan and his team to work on my front yard. The workers did a Fantastic job from the start to finish. I will highly recommend them to all my friends and family for sure.

I found platinum home designers on the home adviser website and had them come over to give me an estimate for my front and backyard.
When I met with Ryan (the project manager) the first time, we went over all the details to instal new pavers and turf.
The same day I signed the contract and the following day they began working on my backyard.
I have to say that they were very professional, on time and nice. Any question I had I could call Ryan and he always was available.
I'm very happy with my landscaping and the pavers. I recommend them 100%. And I would use them in the future.

The end product was great. It added value to my condo, which I was putting up for sale. Ryan was responsive and they did the work in the time frame they agreed to. I would recommend them but you should be on top of the work. The painting job was a little sloppy but the contractor fixed the issues at the end. The floors are great quality but they didn’t clean the floors and it was full of dust and I had to hire cleaners to clean up.

Ryan and his crew did a great job on my Roofing.
For more than 5 months I looked for a roofer with good financing options and finally I found him.
He finance my roif with pace funding and did a great job.
I'm very happy with the quality, management and timing.

I was thinking to do my roof for a while, it was old already and started to notice some leaks after the rain season.
I submitted a request online and immediately got a response and they sent me a roofer the next day.
The guy name was Ryan. Very Knowledgeable and professional. He took a long video on my roof showing all the details about the damages and showed me after. He also had a great solution for me with financing so I was able to start the job right away before the rain was back.
Immediately after he made sure someone came to cover my roof, just in case to prevent more damage from the water.
5 days after it was all done and the roof looks great. A piece of mind for the next 40 years.

I had two beautiful patio covers done by PLATINUM HOME DESIGNERS. I had a great presentation with Ryan and we agreed on the price and all the details and I decided to do the second patio.
They install both patios in 2 days only. I'm very please with work and very professional. Job was complicated very nicely and done well. Thank you for your job I really recommend PHD. You should get your job done by them .

Wow, just had a bathroom remodel done by Platinum Home Designers and i couldn't be happier. After a few terrible contractors who promised the world for little money then either quit in the middle of the job or started raising their prices mid project, i started asking around for friends with recommendations. My friend recommended Platinum Home Designers and swore I would have a positive experience. They were absolutely right!

I met with Ryan who went through the entire process with me in detail. He has a great smile and a terrific attitude to follow. He answered all my questions with patience and always treated me with the utmost respect. I am also so pleased with the fact he was always available over text and phone. He truly kept his word till the end.

I am recommending him to the board of my HOA for work on our roofing project. Will update this review when that project is completed.

One of the best companies to work with. I and my husband did the roofing project with Ryan. He came overbay house, inspected the roof, gave us a very reasonable price and we signed on the contract. He worked really hard on the financing and got us the approval. I'm very happy with job. My roof looks amazing. After he left the house when the roof was completely done we decided to put nice reviews for the company. Use PHD Cruz they are the BEST.

This is the best Company HANDS DOWN! They pay close attention to detail and make sure you are completely satisfied with everything! Ryan was very friendly and David was very helpful with all my financing needs. He drove all the way out to my home to make sure I had complete understanding of all documents and everything. What a great company to work with. I had different estimates for my HVAC system and when I met Ryan he explained to me all the details about my package unit and very patiently answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable signing the contract with him.
The work was done up to code with city permits( He even included the air test for the city inspection). The price was very reasonable and the experience was wonderful.
Also they fixed the flashing around my chimney at no charge.
I really like them as a professional HVAC company . I highly recommend them. Thank you platinum home designers.

I met with Ryan and he was absolutely wonderful in helping me to figure out how to improve my bathroom and talked me into changing all of my windows which was fantastic. He and his assistant Lily were very professional and when they said they would come out to meet me they were always on time. It was a pleasure to work with them and I feel like got a great deal. I will use them for future projects for certain.

Affordable 4 U Construction overpromised and underdelivered. The crew showed up late multiple times, and parts of the job were incomplete or done sloppily. Their cost estimates proved misleading, with unexpected charges added later. I felt stressed and disappointed throughout the project. Definitely not a reliable choice for serious construction work.

I would caution anyone considering Affordable 4 U Construction. From the start, scheduling was chaotic, and materials were not properly managed. On top of that, their workmanship seemed rushed, and I noticed several flaws in the finished work. I regret hiring them and would suggest looking elsewhere for a trustworthy contractor.

Affordable 4 U Construction was a letdown. Their team was frequently late, unprepared, and sometimes left the site messy. Quality control seemed non-existent, with some parts of the project needing corrections shortly after completion. I found the whole process stressful and unprofessional.

Our garage conversion took a little longer than expected, but it made sense once we saw what needed to be updated. They replaced sections of the old framing, added insulation, and brought everything up to code before closing the walls. The unit now has a compact kitchen, a bathroom, and enough open space for a bed and seating. They also added windows to bring in more light, which made a big difference. It’s a straightforward setup, but it turned an unused space into something practical.
