They cleared it out and rebuilt it with a long run of lower drawers instead of shelves, plus a small island that doubles as prep space. Counters were measured and cut to fit tight against the walls, and the backsplash was kept simple so it doesn’t look busy. They also moved a couple outlets so cords aren’t stretched across the counter. Nothing flashy, just a layout that finally works.

The bedroom update was pretty straightforward, just needed a refresh. They took out the old carpet and put in new flooring, patched a few spots on the walls, and repainted everything. Once framing started upstairs, it moved quickly, and then they tied the new roofline into the existing one so it doesn’t look separate. Inside, they added bedrooms and a bathroom, all finished to match the rest of the house. It’s hard to tell it wasn’t part of the original build.

We took on a full basement dig out and conversion, which was a lot more intense than a typical remodel. They started by excavating to lower the floor so there’s actually full ceiling height, then poured new footings and a slab before rebuilding the walls with proper waterproofing and drainage. There was a period where it just looked like dirt and concrete, but once framing went up it started to feel like real space. They added a bedroom, bathroom, and a larger open area, along with new windows cut into the foundation for light. By the end, it doesn’t feel like a basement at all it feels like another level of the house.

Had the garage cleaned up and finished a bit so it’s not just a storage dump anymore. Better lighting, flooring, and walls. It’s actually a space now, not somewhere we avoid going into.

The attic conversion surprised me the most. It used to just be storage with exposed beams and insulation, and now it’s an actual room. They reinforced the floor, added insulation, and finished it with drywall and flooring that matches the rest of the house. They also added a couple windows so it doesn’t feel closed in. It still has the same shape, just way more usable now.

We converted part of the basement into a small living area. It wasn’t just finishing the walls they insulated everything, ran proper lighting, and put in flooring that can handle a little moisture without warping. They also added a small bathroom down there, which made the space way more usable. It still has that basement feel, but it’s comfortable now instead of just being storage.

I cared more about cleaning than design, so we picked materials that wouldn’t be a pain later. Large tiles on the walls so there’s less grout, quartz for the counter, and a basic but solid vanity. They also sealed everything properly around the edges so water doesn’t sit anywhere. It’s one of those things you don’t notice until you use it every day.

I can’t express how happy we are with not only the work but the service! We had a small project but the attention to every detail was amazing! We were kept up to date with every aspect of the work. I want to give a shout out to the entire team for all the planning, hard labor, they went above and beyond what we expected, they worked late nights to get the job done, even came on a Saturday to finish the job so we could use our shower earlier!

We had a window replaced that had been leaking for years. They pulled the old frame out, found some water damage, replaced the bad wood, then installed the new window and sealed around it before putting trim back. You can feel the difference already less draft, less outside noise. They sprayed texture where they had to open the wall and painted over it after. If I didn’t watch them do it, I wouldn’t know the wall had been opened at all.

Quick review because this was a small job but done right. They replaced three interior doors that never closed properly. Frames were adjusted, new doors hung, hardware installed. Everything shuts smoothly now and the gaps around the edges are even. Small fix, big difference.
