All your service people are great on the phone. My problem is with your service turn around time . It shouldn’t take more than 48 hrs for a service call back. It shouldn’t take 2 weeks for a service technician to arrive. You need to to better for customer satisfaction.

We just had our AC unit replaced by Baker Home Energy, and I can’t say enough good things—especially about the techs, Nate and Daniel. They showed up right on time, were incredibly kind, respectful, and worked hard all day. You could barely even hear them while they were working! When they were done, they cleaned everything up so well you wouldn’t have even known they were here.

They also took the time to walk us through the new thermostat, helped us install the app, and made sure we knew how everything worked before they left. Just super friendly, patient, and professional guys.

Baker as a company has also been fantastic throughout this whole process. They send texts, calls, and emails to keep you updated—and I especially liked that they include a photo of the tech so you know who to expect at the door. Such a great touch.

This was actually our third experience with Baker: one tech came out to troubleshoot our old unit, and another serviced a mini-split system at our rental. All of them were amazing. Every single experience has been 5 stars!

All of the microinverters on my system suddenly stopped working and stopped reporting any of the power generation of the panels. Catalina was very helpful walking me through the correct re-boot procedure and it cleared everything up. Thanks, Catalina!

Baker does a great job troubleshooting, solar issues & their warranty service is outstanding! Both my inverters failed within months apart at the 10 year mark. Without hesitation, they replaced them both. Service is outstanding!

Baker came out on time did a great job. They all worked together as a team, answered all my questions to my satisfaction, cleaned up the place. Jose took charge of the whole job and led his team well from start to finish. I am very happy.

Baker Home Energy is an exceptionally large business with prices that are exceptionally high in my opinion. They are more interested in selling service plans and do not even quote an hourly rate.

Udate: Just had another electrician look at the panel upgrade Baker had done two years ago and was told it was not properly completed; specifically the main circuit brakers were not seated properly. Additionally, Baker installed a Siemens panel and repurposed Eaton BR circuit breakers which is against code and manufacturers recomendations. As a non-electrician I expected Baker to do work to code but apparently that’s not their responsibility. My call to customer service: “If the work passed inspection then it’s not our problem.” So for all thinking Baker did a great job, please ask yourself, how do you really know?

Beginning to end this has been a pretty great experience.

Matthew Copeland (site survey) explained my options thoroughly and answered all my questions/concerns. He was very straightforward with me.

Lauren Reagan (Project Manager) stuck it through with me while I battled getting the HOA to respond. My HOA gave us the runaround for several months. Lauren provided me with documentation stating if there is no response in 45days I am legally allowed to continue with the project. After almost a month past my HOAs set decision date, I forwarded Lauren's email and finally got a response.

John Turner, Isaiah Cruz, Jillian Hoffman (Installers). John communicated with me through the entire process and let me know of any snags along the way. All three of them were always on-site early, very respectful and got straight to work.

I was very pleased working with the team at Baker.

Assul clearly understood my inverter needs and provided multiple solutions. She was responsive and patient. I look forward to resolving my inverter issues and look forward to working with Baker Home Energy for my solar solutions, since my original installer went out of business. Thank you Assul! Chris, the Technician, was super-friendly!!! He listened and understood what I was experiencing immediately and patiently walked me through the required steps needed to resolve my inverter communication issues, which was a result of monitoring systems no longer being able to use outdated 3G services. I believe in less than an hour, the system was able to monitor with a newer communication card installed. Job Well Done by All!!!

Baker Electric is first class. They installed our solar system first. Then we started to use them to maintain our HVAC system. We finally replaced the old unit with an amazing energy efficient model recommended and purchased from Baker. The best part of using Baker is that we have the same service person, Eric Young, come to our home twice a year who is familiar with our unit and our family. We trust Baker and Eric is fabulous.

I’ve used Baker Home Energy to install my solar panels 4-5 years ago. They showed me the plan on how they would do it and the price was right. The process went as described and they did an excellent job with it.
I’m now going through a remodel and the walls are open, so I was hoping to move the electrical cables inside the walls before closing them again.
I called Baker to give me an estimate for the job. They sent David.He arrived even before the scheduled time, was pleasant and professional. Unfortunately, the quote was way too much and I had no choice but to decline it. My contractor offered to do it for 2.5 times less money, but I cannot do it because it would void my warranty. Sadly, feels like an opportunity missed. But if you’re reading this in hope to learn about the quality of work you can expect from this company, you cannot go wrong with Baker Home Energy.

We had David Johnson and his team Issic Jimenez and Christopher Flanagan over here installing our solar project for the last few days. They were very professional, knowledgeable and kind. They worked very hard and were very respectful of us and our property. I’d highly recommend using Baker for your solar install!

Just started the process of hvac replacement or enlarging my solar footprint. Selected three companies and requested quotes. Met in person with all three. I chose Baker Electric And Solar almost 10 years ago to install 26 solar panels so naturally, I was leaning toward Baker just due to my experience with them. Once all three meetings were complete I again chose Baker. From Baker, I learned a lot about my current agreement with SCE and what the overall cost of adding more solar panels could actually be. Baker recommended that I replace my 22 year old HVAC before adding additional panels. Baker was not the most inexpensive quote that I received, but the most trusted. looking forward to my install date.

Charles is a great HVAC technician. He’s honest and reliable and respectful. Baker Electric is fortunate to have someone like him on their team!!

Cameron and Miguel were awesome! They were courteous and knowledgeable but what impressed me the most of their ability to quickly diagnose the issue. They explained everything to me and had me up and running in a matter of hours.

They fixed my issue and even went above and beyond a check for other potential problems saving me future headaches. The workspace was left spotless and the job was completed faster than I expected. I highly recommend them and I would definitely use them again in the future.

Had Curtis Workman from Baker come out to give us an idea of pricing for a new furnace, water heater AND a/c unit. Spent a lot of time looking and measuring, and instead of him saying to us "I'll email you a quote" he sat with us as our kitchen table and put it together. INCREDIBLE professionalism! The prices were what I believe to be very competitive. I was very impressed!
If you are considering doing any of those items, be sure to speak with Curtis. Baker has really high customer ratings, and having met and discussed our project with Curtis, I now know why!

He arrived right on time and performed warranty work on my solar system after Baker proactively reached out to let me know it needed repair—which was impressive in itself. Bryan was courteous, efficient, and took the time to explain everything clearly once the work was completed.
What really stood out was his suggestion to add cellular monitoring to the system—something I didn’t even know was available. As a landlord, having real-time visibility into system performance without relying on tenants is a game-changer. Thanks to Bryan’s professionalism and insight, I now have peace of mind and a more reliable setup. Highly recommend both Bryan and Baker Solar!
