I’m still not sure what company we are using for our AC unit because of the different systems, rebates
etc. but Garrett who came out to look at our project and give an estimate was fantastic. Very professional and kind. I have had a few jerky salesman types in my home and Garrett was the exact opposite. He listened to what we wanted, he made recommendations and he wasn’t pushy. Baker put their best foot forward sending Garett to our house.

I did my research and got quotes from four different companies. Baker were not the cheapest, but I immediately felt comfortable after Eric visited us and talked us through the options. Frankly, he seemed way more professional than the other companies I engaged with. From that moment, the whole process worked very smoothly. Yes, being construction, there were a couple of hiccups, but they were always addressed and corrected promptly. You will pay a slight premium for this company, but they are worth every penny in peace of mind and professionalism alone. System works great - we are very happy.

Tyzell, the technician from Baker Home Energy performed the yearly inspection and maintenance on my two furnaces. He was very thorough in explaining what was performed and the condition of the furnaces. He was courteous and respectful of my property. I had a very positive experience with Baker Home Energy

I received a notice that my inverter for my solar panels wasn’t working. I called Baker. I received a call the next day after they thoroughly researched the issue to setup an appointment for replacement. I like that I can DEPEND on Baker to be there and honor the warranty. Our installation in 2019 was easy and seamless due to their ‘in house’ employees. And fast forward to now they are still here and reliable. Every person I have spoken with is so nice and explains things so I understand. I highly recommend Baker!!

I initially chose Baker Home Energy because their sales team was very professional during the contract process, and I was especially interested in working with a company that presents itself as labor-friendly. Unfortunately, my experience after signing the contract was extremely disappointing.

Communication throughout the process was either very poor or completely nonexistent. I repeatedly had to reach out myself just to get updates or responses. Even getting the system connected took far longer than expected.

Now that the system has finally been turned on, I’m still waiting—over a month later—for someone to walk me through the app so I can actually understand how to monitor and use the system.
Overall, the lack of communication and follow-through made this a very frustrating experience. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others to think carefully before contracting with Baker. The customer service has been extremely disappointing.

Hadleigh was extremely professional. He spent the time to explain exactly what he was doing and what was wrong with my system. He was able to troubleshoot the problem quickly and remedy it. After resolving our issue he took the time to fully explain the problem and show me with pictures what was needed replacing. I appreciate his helpfulness in explaining everything so that I could understand it.

Update: Jazmin was flawless in her assistance with the bankrupt and barely supported Sunpower system I purchased from Baker years ago. I sincerely appreciate her go-to attitude and she exceeded my expectations on this now defunct manufacturer.

Wow, these guys are true professionals! Showed up early, got started with the project while they waited for the rest of the supplies. I was blown away by their efficiency and professionalism. Bobby and Andrew did amazing work, installing our Franklin battery and a new electrical panel, which now backs up our entire house. The wires are properly labeled, and the cable management is incredibly clean. They were also very attentive and answered all our questions both during and after the installation. Great job, Team Baker Home Energy!

My Baker service technician Eric was knowledgeable, thorough and offered energy efficiency ideas beyond the regular furnace maintenance. He even helped me clean out my dryer vent which could’ve been a safety issue. Would definitely recommend him and look forward to working with him again in the future! Thanks!

Erik provided some of the best customer service I’ve seen. He was honest, informative and said great things about Baker as a company. We will continue to use Baker, requesting him personally when we have our clean air purifier installed.
