I texted Curtis to ask if he could come out and fix our AC. He called me within 15 min of getting my text. Very responsive and very knowledgeable and courteous. He came out and diagnosed the problem and had all the equipment and replacement parts in his truck and was ready to fix the problems immediately. He was extremely thorough and very knowledgeable and was not trying to upsell us in anything. He did a fantastic job and made sure to explain to us what he was doing and then when the job was complete, he made sure we knew how it all worked. He even took the time to help me fix a non AC related task and was more than obliging to do it at no extra charge. He is very kind and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Curtis and will definitely call him again for any future AC or Heating needs. Thank you Curtis for a job well done.

When my AC quit during a heat wave and a holiday weekend, I figured no one would be able to come out for a few days...but Curtis returned my call promptly and promised to come by later that same day (4-6). He subsequently called and said he was finishing a job early and could come by at 1:30. When he arrived, he quickly identified the faulty part, replaced it and had my AC up and running within 20 minutes. The price was very fair. Air Benders is my new go-to for any HVAC problems! Highly recommend this company!

Curtis with Air Benders has integrity and a solid work ethic. He is also knowledgeable, honest, and fair. The weather was hot, and my AC couldn't keep up. Curtis came out, did everything he could to keep it going, but 30 years was the end of the line. He gave me a very fair price on a new unit and came back the next day to install it, staying until after 9:00 pm to finish the job. I never once felt like he was trying to sell me something or do unnecessary work. If you need HVAC repair or replacement, you’re doing yourself a disservice if you don’t at least get a quote from Curtis.

Curtis came out to service my CKD unit was honestly one of the realest, hardest-working guys I’ve met in a long time. Super sweet, respectful, and genuinely cared about doing the job right — something you rarely see today. Showed up, didn’t waste time, diagnosed everything fast, and handled the work like a true professional.
If every service call was like this, the world would run smoother. Highly recommended.

I had a small leak in the crawl space that created a mini lake of water! Curtis reviewed the system and determined that small leak was in fact the source of the problem. We discussed all the options from a patch to a full-on replacement of the rubber condensation hose with copper. We decided to do a hybrid approach after some deliberations and thinking. I love technicians who are knowledgeable, honest and THINK! Most importantly, Curtis shared his logic with me and discussed the prices associated with each options. It was a very nice morning spent with Curtis. He's a very nice person and you can tell he's got what it takes to continue building a successful HVAC company. Thank you Curtis! Curtis is an honest man and does great work. His prices are reasonable and he is very responsive. I have had him do a couple jobs for me and he is professional and quick. He’s willing to come help in an emergency or just schedule routine maintenance. He gives you options and opinions without a hard sell. Not often I can say that about tradespeople these days!!!! He’s a keeper!

Have had nothing but positive experiences with US Airconditiong Escondido! Customer service is awesome! The manager Eric Piercy and his crew are always willing to go the extra mile to provide my company what I need! and if it is not in stock he arranges for it to be in store or delivered in a timely manner.

Positive experience with employee but the Worst with manager.
A employee was polite and kind. I was very surprised that they was using 1970's small calculator for adding a number of items and then charged with credit card machine. I guess they could make mistakes easily with the calculator.

Manager called me 2 days later and asked my credit card number because I got undercharged about $99. He rushed and asked CC number immediately because he had to close weekly sales report in 30 mins. But I could not because I needed the time for reviewing the receipt, but he kept pushing me to share the CC with him in very rude.

I wish they apologized their mistake first and asked me to visit their store to make the payment.

Greg LeRoy arrived on time, was efficient, explained what he did, and was very pleasant to deal with while here on a routine maintenance call. I highly recommend Excel Air.

Excel air does a good job with installations; a poor job of customer service. They do not listen to their customers, do not respect their customers wishes, and seem to get enjoyment from harassing them with communications on phone and email. Beware and simply avoid them.

My tech Chuck explained what he was going to do, did the work and showed me pictures of the inspection and repairs. He was fast, polite and through. I plan to continue with the maintenance program and would to welcome Chuck back again.

I would highly recommend this company. They are so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. When you purchase a new A/C or Furnace they will keep you in the loop every step of the way including the permit process. Unlike the company we used when we bought our A/C unit who lost our permit.
