Excel Air has been taking care of our home for many, many years. We have ALWAYS had over-the-top treatment. All the people from the office staff, to the repairmen, are incredible. We especially appreciate Chuck Leonard, our service technician. He is very knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, friendly, and kind. He went out of his way to help us. We HIGHLY recommend these folks to anyone who has AC/Heating needs!!

My grandmother called Excel services and Christian was her service expert that came out to help her. My grandma said he was so helpful and fully explained everything he was fixing. She really loved how communicative and understand he was. He did a great job with a friendly smile the whole time. 10/10 recommend Christian for your needs.

I had a seasonal maintenance performed today and the service was excellent. The service technician, Chuck Leonard, was on time and very professional.He completed a through system check, explaining each step as he went along, and suggested some hints to improve the performance of my system. He is very knowledgeable and I will definitely request him for my next service appointment. I completely recommend Excel Air Corporation .

My first time using Excel Services. I hired them to diagnose a heater that was not working. I was able to get a next day appointment. The service tech, Christian, arrived promptly, even a few minutes early, which was appreciated. After briefing him on the issue, he got to work. He located the problem (control board) and I approved the repair.

Christian was able to locate a replacement part, and performed the repair. He also serviced the filters and screens. All of this was accomplished in under two hours. The system is working properly now.

As for price and value, I have nothing to compare it against as Excel was the first company to come out. I did find the cost reasonable and am happy that my elderly Mom's house has heat once again.

I appreciated Christian's promptness and professionalism. He is polite, knows his trade, is personable, and made the experience easy to follow step by step.

I would not hesitate to hire Excel again for any future needs, and I would certainly request Christian as my service tech. Highly recommended.

Jared did a great job repairing our AC blower motor. He also did a great favor by giving his best assessment of the root cause of the failure and steps we could take to prevent a repeat of the problem. Been using Thompson since 2019 and have been really satisfied with their service.

Thompson did a relining of our main sewer line. They did a great job. They are professional meticulous and outgoing. I recommend them.

We lived in our house for 30 years without air conditioning and when my wife finally “convinced” me to get HVAC we only made one call to Thompsons … they had installed a new furnace for us several years ago and we were very happy with that installation.
So we knew they were the company we wanted for new HVAC and they didn’t disappoint … the techs were really informative and explained everything they were doing … we couldn’t be happier.

Recently did a powder room remodel, Thompson came in and removed the old fixtures and replaced them with new fixtures. They also replaced our HVAC system last year. Very knowledgeable and professional. They’re our go to from know on.

We rented a beach condo only to have our AC go out on us. However, we had the BEST service with Thompson Plumbing and their technicians! Angel, Cesar and Ricky were wonderful! They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. And clean! They spent two days here and cleaned up each day to where you wouldn’t have known there were workers here! That’s huge! We could not have had a better team than those three! Our unfortunate circumstance was turned around by these guys and I would recommend Thompson and their crew to anyone in need of service!

Thompson HVAC and Plumbing installed our Tankless Water Heater a couple of years ago. They were very professional and attentive to details and the service Techs were very nice. Would highly recommend them for your Plumbing needs!

Thompson heating and Air Conditioning were prompt and thorough. They offer a great service package where they come twice a year to service the air conditioning side for the summer season and the Furnace side for winter.

Originally called Thompson to install a tankless water heater, which turned out exactly as represented. Greg was professional, knowledge and very skilled. I highly recommend their work.
