We are so happy that we found Thompson Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning. Over the past 4 years we have called them for several home repairs. Three years ago they replaced our air conditioner which was a big job. The new air conditioner is so quiet and uses less electricity. They have also replaced our bathtub plumbing, a toilet and sink faucets. Just recently it was so nice to call them to diagnose two slow draining bathroom sinks. All of Thompson staff are friendly and so helpful. It is a pleasure to do business with them

Fair price and excellent service! Our water heater went out the morning my in-laws were coming to stay with us for the weekend. Our technician was able to diagnose the problem, find a replacement that fit our budget and get it installed before our in-laws came. Now we can run the kitchen sink and take a hot shower at the same time. Very pleased!

We have two houses and both have new, replacement heat pumps installed by Thompson HVAC. They were installed in 2018-19. Seven, eight years later they are running perfectly. I utilized them at my business which had 10 rental units. They replaced systems and serviced many of them over the years with great service and efficient work. I was very satisfied with the multiple service calls that were made by me for plumbing repairs. They were very thorough and very professional. They were on time and did great work each time they came out. The installed a new HVAC system as well as repairing some leaks in the bathroom angle valves. Their prices were in line with what I expected. I would recommend them for any problems you might encounter.

I had HVAC and whole house plumbing pipe replacement done. Both crews were competent and quick. There was a minor issue with the AC system and a technician worked on it until the problem was resolved (this was a new model and both the technician and factory support were still learning how to troubleshoot it). Overall I was satisfied with the service and the price and am using Thompson for annual servicing of the systems they installed.

We discovered the waterheater was leaking on Christmas eve. Wasn't a disaster and it was on the list but figured if places were open I should give them a call and see when they could come out next week. An hour later a tech was at our house. About 3 hours or so after that we had a new water heater. No holiday upcharge and square in our estimate. Ramces Laris was fast effecient and funny. He explained the new heater and left a tidy work space. I would feel confident in him doing any future repairs and have already suggested the company to a neighbor looking for the same work.

I had done some prior work on selecting a replacement furnace. Garret was extremely efficient in matching my requirements. After assessing the space, he got back to me with good price and an installation plan. I approved it and the next day I had a new furnace installed. Overall, a great job and it is working like a champ.

These guys are great. They took care of my heating and cooling needs. I asked for cleaner air and they put in an air ionizer for me. They have a good deal on servicing my ac. On the service plan, I my system gets checked twice a year for winter and summer. That includes replacing the filter. Awesome deal. They installed my heat pump. Also, their plumbing department replaced all my toilets and fixed a leak in my ceiling and referred me to a good flood restoration service. Garrett and his team of professionals are polite and honest. I enjoy having them come and take care of my home. I highly recommend them. Thank you ago for all your help. I appreciate it.

During a hot spell in September, our problem was "Blower fan runs but A/C doesn't cool." I called several A/C repair shops in North County, but they all said "at least two weeks" for someone to come out. But with Thompson, they scheduled Technician Ty to come out next day. He notified us an hour out that he was on the way so we could hide our cat. Ty hooked up his gauges and showed us the problem, then offered 3 solutions, from (1) cheap, (replace with factory Goodman part and risk failure in another 5 years), or (2) replace part with upgraded Thompson part, or (3) the premium option, replace primary failed part plus related parts. With our budget, we chose option (2). Ty replaced the part and tested the unit in about an hour! With fast, friendly and very competent service, we won't hesitate to call Thompson for repairs in the future, and highly recommend them!
