This company is legit. I have had a couple bad experiences in the past with other plumbing/ac issues. They were honest and fair and I would highly recommend. They just completed a new HVAC system and it went flawless.

These guys came in on installation day and worked with the coordination of a heart surgical team on our installation 5 yrs ago.

When I was in trouble from a flood coming from inside my bathroom wall my former plumber could not find the time for my emergency. Thompson was there for me and now they are who I call for ALL my plumbing, heating and AC needs. I totally trust them with advice and their workmanship. They have never let me down.

My AC stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year. I called Thompson heating and air late on Tuesday afternoon. They were able to get me on the schedule the following day. The HVAC technician, Ricky, was very prompt, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He was able to fix my issue no problem. He then directed me to a plumber because we thought there was an issue with the drains as well. That was all facilitated by the technician and dispatch. The Plumber, Jose, showed up very prompt, very knowledgeable, he was able to rectify the issue very quickly. He also was able to help out with another issue I had. Both Ricky and Jose are great at their trade, very knowledgeable, extremely friendly with positive attitudes, I appreciate both of them!!! I will definitely be using Thompson again, these two technicians were amazing!

I had 4 bids before deciding to work with Garett and his team. I’m very happy with the result and going with them from the outset is a good bet that will save you some time. New hvac system (furnace and ac).

The new years of heater needs went well, I was well satisfied with the inspectors knowledge of our set up . He had some ideas of maybe a new type of a thermostats, but our is so new we will wait a couple of years.

Installed a new thermostat. Great, but very expensive. Invoice did not itemize part, labor, & tax. 9 days later: Thompson's "does not provide an itemized invoice because we don't charge tax for part and don't charge labor. No one does."

I had a new water heater installed and the Technician from Thompsons Plumbing who came out was very friendly and explained the the work process he was doing.

I had previously used Thompson for my heating and ac and been very happy with their service and work. This was my first experience with their plumbing service, which was also top notch. Jose arrived right on time. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He provided a quote and completed all service (cleaning laundry drain and replacing main pressure valve) well and quickly. I’ll definitely use Thompson again for any plumbing needs.

The Thompson team was very thorough in explaining what went wrong and how we could fix it. Our blower fan died for our AC unit this year, sadly in a new build home less than 3 years old. Their team found a voltage mismatch and replaced the non functioning blower fan. Many thanks and kudos, would definitely recommend them for your needs.

Thompson has been my go-to company for heating and air conditioning needs for many years now. Not only for my home, but for my parents house in Rancho Bernardo. A few years ago my wife and I decided it was time to add air conditioning to our home and Thompson was our first and only call.
