Bryan patiently listened to our crazy wish list, suggested a high efficiency combo system, and emailed a transparent quote that beat two competitors. The install team laid drop cloths, protected our puppy from the door, explained the thermostat, and followed up the next day to be sure everything felt perfect.

Fast, friendly and had more competitive pricing than the national chain that came out for first quote. Our tech Tyler was on time, thorough and kind.

Tyler arrived to complete an assessment of my AC unit. On time and very professional. To my surprise the unit appeared to be working properly. Where there could have been an opportunity for high pressure repairs or upgrades because of the aging system there were none. Tyler provided advice on how to maximize use of the system in place based on house size in extreme heated temperatures. I obtained an estimate for the work from 5 different HVAC companies with similar scope of work.
The scope was quite ambitious and it involved the replacement of the conventional compressor and gas fired FAU in the hall, the relocation of the FAU to the attic and installation of the 2 zone Heat pump.

Brody the project manager spent an hour in the attic and took pictures and videos to share with the installers. He seemed like a very competent and detailed person, and most importantly he struck me as an honest person in the first encounter.

My Guys estimate was the lowest. I compared estimates closely, and found that they have included permit charges, extra electrical and duct work in their price. Others proposed $2,000 for permit applications which normally cost them $150.

Despite encountering some unexpected circumstances during installation Brody and the installation team provided viable & acceptable options/alternatives and helped me to make the best choice. They were honest and flexible.

I realize I might be a difficult customer to satisfy, but My GUY passed the test with flying colors.

Tyler came to my home to repair my air conditioning unit. He is so respectfully explained the issues and fix it right away. On our conversation he called me “ mam “ just in respect. He was able to direct me to the unit and other issues and recommendation just in case if this issues happens again. I like this guy Tyler, very honest , precise and caring. Ryan did a thorough inspection of our old heating and air conditioner and found that much of our old equipment was still in good shape. He came back with an offer that was entirely reasonable. Sam and his brother Noi were the installers.They were absolutely outstanding workers. You will not be disappointed if you choose My Guy for your cooling and heating.

We have been using My Guy for a number of years, first to maintain our old heating/air conditioning system and then to maintain the new system we had them install (at a fair price). We had a little issue come up with the a/c and My Guy had Tyler out to check into it the next day. Tyler has helped us before and, once again, he was able to help. My Guy is solid, and Tyler is the best.

The 5 star goes to tech Josh that did our AC/furnace diagnostics. He was very informative and professional. Even though we didn’t agree on price with the company, it had nothing to do with tech. Good company it seems.

I have used My Guy for 3 years now. I have found them to be an excellent company. Scott just came for furnace maintenance and did a great job.

Beware of deceptive practices and unprofessional behavior. I called for a leak repair, and the technician tried to lie about my water pressure to sell me a $700 regulator I didn't need. He claimed the pressure was 90 psi, but when I grabbed their gauge and checked it myself, it was within normal range.

Even worse, the technicians spent time taking photos of my house that had nothing to do with the plumbing. Just to ghost me while pretending they were coming back later that day. It felt like they were casing the property rather than working on it. I also used them last year for a full AC install, which has since had major issues (unsecured blower, low refrigerant). I do not trust this company in my home. PS My Guy and Personal Plumbing is the same company.

I had an exceptional experience working with My Guy. Bryan Seshun was my design consultant. He went above and beyond to make sure I had the right layout and AC model for my home. He was available to answer all my questions and was personable and professional. The crew that installed my AC unit were nice and very respectful of my home. I would highly recommend My Guy. You'll be in good hands.

I was very impressed with the service. My appointment window was between 10am–12pm, and I honestly expected them closer to 12pm. Instead, I received a courtesy call at 9:30 letting me know they were on the way. Ernie arrived promptly, explained everything clearly, and got right to work.

They performed a flush on my hot water heater and said it was actually in pretty good shape. He also asked to see my main water shut-off valve, inspected the backflow valves, and checked that area as well. He noted that my water pressure was too high and made a helpful recommendation.

Overall, it was a very good experience—professional, thorough, and reasonably priced.

If you are looking for an affordable, honest, and amazing HVAC company, look no further than My Guy. They were the first to come out and give us a quote on a new furnace, AC unit, and all new ducts in the attic. Victor was fast, efficient, and COVID safe. Because I like to be diligent, I proceeded to get 4 other quotes. And I kid you not, three out of the four told me something different about the way it would work. All three tried to upsell us or overcharge us on expensive systems that we didn't need. Victor's quote at My Guy was the cheapest and felt like the most honest. He was there to answer all my questions for two weeks up to when they actually installed the equipment.

Installation was a breeze. Victor and Andres came out to my property and finished the job in 2 days! They included a nice upgraded thermostat, replaced all of my registers at no extra cost, and even fixed a ventilating issue that was not their job to fix (thank you!). They were courteous to us all working and virtual learning from home. They were even patient and friendly to my overly affectionate and excitable dog.

At the end, Victor walked us through everything. Gave us a tutorial about the thermostat and helped us understand our systems. These guys are experts and professionals. Long story short, hire them. You and your wallet will not be disappointed!

Our air conditioner is an old system that just stopped running. Tyler, our technician took 20 minutes to diagnose a bad coil which he removed & replaced. The system now runs great. A very professional company that contacted us before they arrived and made sure they answered all our questions. They did not try to sell us another system, but told us of the possible risk of repairing a system as old as ours. We highly recommend My Guy Heating, Air & Plumbing.
