I am Very Impressed with AC Pro.....It is a little tough to figure out where to actually park in the back of the building...However the customer service makes up for the first time visit confusion......Dan helped me out and went out of his way to help me put a Line Set cover on the top of my car....Nice job....Dan and AC Pros!

Clean and professional job including new duct work that had deteriorated some time ago. Very pleased with their work, service and price.

Glen did a great job installing furnace and provided additional services as well. And Max Air had the best prices too! They are very professional and follow up timely.

Top Shelf service!
No AC! Our AC fuse blew out, and the box ended up torching itself! ( A little scary to see that.) The repair man came out and replaced the fuses which got the AC running, and cleaned up the box, offering to replace it, and also said if you are handy this is what you need to do…. My husband IS handy with things like this and so he is over at their shop right now getting the necessary parts. We appreciated that option and only having to pay the $75 service call/diagnosis.

Had a fantastic experience with Max Air and Glen after my AC stopped working. They responded to my request for quote within minutes and, were able to get me scheduled for the next morning. They notified me when enroute and showed up on time. Glen was quuck and thorough in diagnosing the problem and took the time to explain the repair and cost. Easy online payment and one happy customer, thanks so much Max Air!

They responded promptly to our inquiry when our heat stopped working, got us scheduled for the next business day, and was on time for our appointment. The guys got to work immediately, spent quality time troubleshooting our issue, and took the time to explain the diagnostic while also providing the best repair option for our budget. Not only did they quickly repair our heating issue, but they also offered us some tips on work we could do ourselves instead of up-charging us for the job. Dymtro is professional, friendly, and has fair prices. We will be using them for any future HVAC needs!

Now I know why this company gets straight 5 stars. You guys earned it. Dymitro was such a great person who assessed and evaluate the problem with our HVAC unit and made sure to give us all the things we should know, in detail. He gave us choices and explains its pros and cons clearly emphasizing the benefits we can get for long term. He meticulously check all the wirings, parts and extend a hand to fix things about a problem in our heater that we don’t even know exists for the longest time. He made sure to assists us in everything we needed which is a great relief especially for our mom. Thank you Dymitro and Glen for your great work! May your business be blessed always. :)

MaxAir is an example of why it is important to get recommendations when in need of repairs. They were recommended to me by someone and I fortunately followed up with a call for an inspection of our HVAC. Dmytro confirmed what we already knew, we were in need of a new system. Dmytro provided clear communication on what options were available and provided guidance on what was a good solution based on our needs. MaxAir was the most responsive company we reached out to. They were also the best value of all the price quotes that we received. I would absolutely recommend Dmytro and Glen to anyone considering a new HVAC unit or in need of servicing and maintenance.

F/u to original post, Excellent customer service. I needed troubleshooting on my thermostat. I reached out on Sunday morning and a representative from Max Air responded within the hour. They set up an appointment for the following day and were flexible with our availability.

Dmytro is very knowledgeable and and on time and nice. His inspection of our new house was great and we will be calling Max Air HVAC again.

Anyone looking for HVAC work should give Max Air a call 760-704-7046. Glen came to our rescue again Monday and we couldn't be happier. One year ago we had him come out and he spent over an hour tearing things apart, when it started working again without having to replace anything he said "no charge."
This time he found a problem with the heating unit, drove into Escondido to get the replacement part and got our furnace heating again within a couple hours. AND if we choose to replace our 17 year old system within the next year we will get credit for the work amount we paid Monday. Good guy, great service!

Dymtro and his crew were amazing. They quickly put in my new furnace for a great price. The work was done professionally, no mess or marks on any wall. I was able to get a site visit within two days and a new furnace installed just as quickly. I was selling my home so I needed a quick turnaround for a home inspection. These guys really came through for me. I would highly recommend them.

San Diego summer was getting the best of me, so I phoned a few places and from the get go, Dmytro was most professional and communicative. Very easy to schedule a consultation and an in person estimate. He arrived promptly as agreed upon, was very thorough in the evaluation of the residence and the unit needed for adequate cooling and ventilation. Price was good.
