I wanted to service my HVAC system and change the thermostat, so a friend of mine recommended Max Air HVAC.
They scheduled the visit and completed the job within one day.
They are definitely a 5 star service company!

Would highly recommend! Very knowledgeable and reliable. Dmytro came out the same day to diagnose the issue and gave us a reasonable price and timeline to order parts and repair. He was very communicative through the process. We are thankful to have our furnace working again.

I was so impressed with the service I received from Dmytro and Glen at Max Air HVAC. They were super professional, great communicators, honest and responsive. What more could you ask for? We had a complicated AC issue, and they stayed on site from 10:30am until 8pm, and THEN took the time to walk me through everything in depth and send me photos and videos so I knew how to operate our new system! I couldn't recommend them enough.

The team was very professional, polite, on-time, and worked diligently to get the job done.

Very easy to deal with. They are patient and work hard to answer all questions. Their prices are very reasonable compared to the competition and was no add-on BS. Install team exceeded my expectations. Very professional, clean, concerned for my home, and communicated with me for every step. They stayed 3-4 hours late to avoid coming back the next day. I am a real estate investor. I have used multiple HVAC companies over the years.

What a pleasure to have chosen this company for our HVAC needs. These gentlemen conduct business with the utmost respect, professionalism, and attention to detail. Forget the white glove treatment, we got the white carpet treatment. They covered everything in clean white drop cloths from the front door all the way to where the work was done. They did a perfect job with our repair, even tweaking a few things that that were not even part of the job because they could see they were crooked or faulty. It was so above and beyond! They were kind, quiet, clean, and did a perfect job. I will never use anyone else.

Max Air did excellent work. They installed 3 upgraded heat pump systems in my house. The price was better than most. They were on time, completely neat and professional and completed the job quickly. In fact, they worked long hours to assure they would finish quickly. The units looks beautiful and the workmanship is excellent. I’d highly recommend MAX AIR HVAC

Glen and his crew are THE best. Top notch customer service. Glen really took his time and care with us. Very professional, extremely knowledge, explained everything so well, had plenty of time to ask questions, friendly, spent a good amount of time looking over the whole system to properly diagnose our issue of poor cooling/heating in certain rooms (just to provide a free estimate mind you!), and really worked with us by providing three levels of estimates to fix our issue, so we can get it fixed within our budget. All options were very reasonably priced, no gouging here folks! We went with the middle option, and got a complete redesign and replacement/enlargement of our air ducts, including vents (instead of the entire system, even though we're about due for it, but we're crossing our fingers to try and eek a little more time out of them). The team uncovered some additional issues during the replacement process, and just fixed it for us, no questions asked, no extra charge. They showed up on time, protected our floors with drop cloths, cleaned up everything so well after they left, and really wanted to make sure we were happy with everything. These guys get it! Reputation, ratings, and referrals are everything. If I could give more stars I would. We knew who to call now when it comes time to replace the rest of the system when the time comes, and who to recommend to our friends and family.

Glen with Max Air was introduced to us by our Realtor. Glen came out to our newly purchased home late February early March; he was excellent, he explained in detail the system which he would install for us. The home needed a full remodel, it was a full gut job inside and out. 6-months later end of August I was finally able to bring Glen and his crew to start the install of our system. He met with our General Contractor and went over the plans. Glen in every step kept me informed, he consulted with us as the location of the Registers and returns; he was extremely careful and was aware of the fact that the electrician had to position the lights in the ceiling. There were 4-different trades working in the house, electrician, plumber, framing, and demo; Glen is definitely is a good team player. Glen has to come back in a few weeks to install the condenser outside, his work is clean and beautiful; we need to do our landscape/hardscape first. I am happy we chose Max Air.

Two years after our unit was first installed, Max Air's team is still the best out there. We contracted them to do our annual review and maintenance. Professional, thorough and the most courteous and friendly group we have ever worked with in over 40 years of homeownership. They truly are there for you....not what's in it for them. Still highly recommend.

Absolutely the highest quality customer service we have ever experienced! Dmytro's quote was thorough and detailed everything we could ever want to know. I had a question regarding options for the A/C setup in my garage (it was constantly blowing cold air) and these guys took their time to understand my problem and gave me a very comprehensive breakdown and recommendations! They are true professionals when it comes to HVAC industry!

They replaced my entire heating and air conditioner system with a DUAL-FUEL (HYBRID) SYSTEM INSTALLATION GE®. They had a glitch with one part that required modification or replacement extending the length of the job but they stayed to complete the install. System works well and is saving us a lot of money on electric with our solar system.
But maybe more importantly they have responded to our questions promptly. We could not ask for more.
P.S. Very competitive with the price. GOOD, DECENT PEOPLE!

Dmytro at Max Air HVAC provided excellent service replacing duct work and making sure the whole system was properly sealed and working. I wish I had better words to express his hard work and expertise in explaining the job upfront and everything to completion. Great communication. Believe all the great reviews! I will be recommending this company to my friends and using them for all my HVAC needs in the future.

Repair to AC condensing unit that was not running efficiently
I used the websites appointment booking option, this was great as it let me upload images of the condenser unit we were having trouble with. It was also easy to follow and book your time slop and the email communications from that were also a pleasant surprise as they gave you a link to a portal to monitor your account.
On the day of the repair once again their communication on when to expect them to arrive was perfect. Glen was very polite and easy to talk to and happy to answer any questions. He also explained what was wrong and probable causes of the fault to help prevent the same thing in the future.
After making the repair, stayed to carry out further diagnosis to confirm all issues had been fixed before leaving.
Payment system was easy to use and very clear.
At no point was there any up selling or scare tactics. Just a good honest interaction from start to finish. I would recommend Max Air HVAC to anyone.

I went through about 8 or 9 HVAC companies. Once I met Glen I felt like they were the ones to hire. He came out and did a great job showing me what and where the install was going to happen. I called them back, after getting a few more quotes, and booked it for the next week. 3 guys showed up around ish and they were done about 5:30 -
6. They showed me everything from the system to the new smart thermostat. They seemed to be proud of the job they did and that meant a lot to me. It's not hot yet but l'm sure l'll be thanking them in the summertime.

Did my homework and got several quotes from multiple companies and ended up going with Dmytro K. from MAX AIR HVAC, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the overall experience, start to finish. All aspects: from the options of equipment, installation, start to finish were super honest, thorough and workmanship was excellent. It’s hard to find a company so strait forward and willing to go the extra mile for their customer.
