Max Air came out, gave us a bid and completely replaced our entire air-conditioning and heating system. We got multiple bids and it was a difficult process to sift through all the details and I couldn't be happier I chose Max Air. They had incredible attention to detail and did far more than I thought they'd do. They found and repaired damage to the vents, sealing, cleaning and insulating everything. They cleaned out clogged lines, replaced parts I wasn't expecting and even updated my water heater to bring it to code! The job was done perfectly and I couldn't be happier with it.

Recommended for excellent service and professionalism. Replaced furnace and AC in one day. Glen explained every part of the process and all my options. His team arrived on time and worked hard until the project was completed. First time feeling 100% confident hiring a company. Thanks again! 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ All Day

Overall amazing work and service!

The estimate: Dmytro came out, he was prompt and friendly. He really listened to what I was looking for and what really sold me was that he explained everything he was inspecting in detail and told me my options every step of the way. i had two other come out for estimates and they did not come close to the experience I had with Dmytro! We had a heater with all the duct work, but no AC unit, we needed an upgrade and an addition of the AC outside unit.

Installation: Max Air was very patient as I waited for HOA to approve the work, it took 3 months! They would check in from time to time and we were finally able to get a date scheduled. The day came and Dmytro, Glen and Alex came for the install and they were all so friendly. they went over the work they were going to be doing, they estimated a day and a half. Everything was completed beautifully, they had to build a little fence to hide as per my HOA and frankly mine looks better then all of the other ones in the community! At the end of the installation Glen went over everything they did and showed me how to use the system, he checked the the output for heating and cooling with me. they changed all the vent covers which helped the output a lot and let me tell you the whole unit inside and outside only hums, compared to the air jet turbine we used to have!

I am so happy that I went with Max Air HVAC, from beginning to end I am completely happy with my experience and the work that they did!

Max Air has won our business for life! About a year ago, they installed a heat pump to replace our failing furnace. The heat pump gave us air conditioning in addition to heat - a welcome bonus. Recently, we started hearing a whistling sound and worried that a bearing or other component was going bad. Max Air came out, examined the system top-to-bottom and determined that the ductwork in our house was too small and that the force of air through the ducts caused the whistling. They adjusted the fan to blow more gently and that took care of the whistling. Max Air could have told us we need to replace all ductwork. Instead they found an easy and practical solution for us. We highly recommend them.

It was a pleasure to work with Glen and team on the purchase and installation of a new HVAC system. The entire process was easy and speedy (agreed to terms on Saturday, install complete on Tuesday).

The team did a super clean installation in just one, very long, day. They ran into a couple issues during the installation and were quick to explain and get an okay for resolution. They really take pride in what they do.

Recently had Max Air out to diagnose a potential efficiency problem with our system and discovered that we had a dual zone capable system that was completely disconnected and never utilized. We were thrilled with their thoroughness since two other companies never informed us of its capabilities let alone offered to do anything about it. They were able to reconnect everything, add another thermostat to our upstairs, and test it to make sure it was working properly. It works great and solves the problems we were having without having to add anything new, saving us money in the process. They were super honest and transparent from the start and they will definitely be our go-to team in the future. Thank you Dmytro, Glen and Joe for taking care of our home as if it was your own.

Dmytro Korkh from MAX AIR HVAC was the technician who came to take care of my HVAC issues. I liked his honesty, professionalism and over all his attitude very much. He was very thorough with his work, explaining every step of the work so that I understand what exactly he's doing and why he's doing it. He pinpointed the problems by taking a trial/error approach to identify the faulty parts of the system.
I must say that after over 20 years residing in my house, yesterday I learned a lot about my HVAC system. I guess it was about time.

Glen was very professional and fully checked my hvac system. He gave me a heads up when he was on his way and placed protective cloth in the area he worked on to access my attic. He explained everything on what’s about to happen, took photos, gave me a report of his findings and recommendations. This process set the stage for his outstanding professional service as well as cleared my expectations. I highly recommend the furnace-evaporator coil-AC or HP Annual preventative maintenance services by MAX AIR HVAC to every household. And Glen is your guy to make it happen. We are beyond happy with our new Daikin HVAC system. Stealthy silent, WAY more efficient, 1/3 the footprint of outdoor unit and has performed flawlessly, past our expectations. The upgraded thermostat and full online/app access is a game changer.

We were very happy with the Diakin Heat Pump HVAC system that Max Air installed for us. Throughout the entire process, they were communicative, respectful, and highly professional. They wore protective booties and put down a mat to keep our house clean; asked us about key decisions and fufilled our wishes; accommodated our work from home schedule AND a different home improvement project; and worked extremely hard on the days that they were at our home. Our system works well and we are very happy with the quality of the service for a lower price than other quotes that we received.

We truly cannot say enough good things about this HVAC team. From the original installation of our system to every service visit since, they have been nothing short of exceptional.

i was recommended by a friend who has been going threw this company for years and im am very happy with my serves this is hands down a great company!! i would deff recommend using this guy!!! he was very informative about all of my options!! and very reasonable in price!

Not recommended for sub-par post sale service. I received RC AC's name from my realtor for new AC installation in the Spring of 2015. Aside from RC AC, I also interviewed two other vendors. I awarded RC AC the bid because they seemed to know AC very well. Due to cool weather, we didn't test the AC extensively. The issue started to show up when the temperature started to hit the 80s in July. First the AC stopped working because my ductwork failed, we called Richard for a quote for duct replacement, but this time it took him close to one week to create me a quote which contained no statement of work; all while my tenant roasted in the 90s. We eventually hired someone else because the lack of statement of work made us nervous. One month later, our condensate pump failed and we called RC AC for repair again; he said that he will come the next day (Friday) between 9am and 10am and I passed this message to my tenant. The poor tenant took time off from work to sit at home waited and waited until 11am for the repairman that never came. I texted RC at 11am only to found out that he can't make it on Friday and he wanted to reschedule the appointment for the Monday after. We would have been less angry should RC had notified me the cancellation prior to 9am, but it seemed like he rather waste the customer's time instead of taking a few seconds to send a short text about the cancellation. So in additional of having an AC that needs work, I have an angry tenant. If I knew that RC had such horrible post sale service, I don't think I would have hired them in the first place. Big Big mistake on my part.
