Alex arrived in a timely manner, spent the time to do a detailed analysis of our issues. In coordination with Wayne a recommended solution was detailed and agreed upon to retrofit our plumbing to meet our needs. I am looking forward to completing the upgrades to our plumbing.

Julio, with Goettl, was very professional, patient, and friendly with myself and our tenants. He was thorough in helping me understand what the issues were and patient in discussing options for an aging plumbing system. Their prices are extremely reasonable for great work. I’m going to make them my go to plumbers from now on.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jordan from Goettl and I cannot speak highly enough of his professionalism and expertise. This was my 3rd maintenance experience with Goettl Air Conditioning and Plumbing. I already reviewed the Air Conditioning maintenance from Angel for July and August. Today I experienced the Plumbing side of Goettl with James Williams. You may notice I again gave 5 stars. The Goettl San Diego branch obviously hires excellent quality technicians. I am very happy.

James Estrada provided the great service to arrive very quickly after I called Goettl because of an emergency flooding. He is knowledgeable in the field to figure out the problems and give suggestions with detailed explanations. Anthony Cerda and Andres Garcia did a great work to replace the old water pipelines and install all the relevant valves and controls, and fix the water leakage issue. Anthony finished up everything and cleaned up the areas as the job was completed.

During my annual flood prevention inspection Hector was able to figure out and diagnose a leak in my water system that another plumber could not do for me in less than half an hour. He was very personable, took his time to explain what issues he found.he was very knowledgeable and personable and obviously values the way Goettl conducts business and is very loyal to the company. He was not pushy or selling anything but instead was educating me on the various issues he found and I was impressed at the way things are documented with pictures . Definitely one of your best employees.

Highly recommend solid company who booked me same day and had a tech out within 4 hours.

After it was all done I paid $80.00, the day before ASAP came and quoted us $250! They also showed up 2 hours late with zero communication.
Call these guys for your plumbing needs great service thats affordable.

In addition to the new water heater installation, I also had a whole house re-pipe. The gentlemen who came to do the job were all very professional, courteous and kind. They were responsive and did an excellent job. I feel very lucky to have found Goettl!

I must say the best part of all to me was working with Mike Ward. I can’t sing his praises enough for his professionalism and management!

Sadly, it is very rare these days to encounter someone like Mike who cares so much that the job gets done right, so I feel like I hit the jackpot with him in charge. I’m sure you’ve heard this about him from many clients before me, but it certainly bears repeating.

I was in panic mode in the beginning of all the chaos and Mike took great care to oversee that the job was performed even better than expected. To have excellent management is everything to a company! I know because I managed managers for 30 years and good ones are hard to find. He’s definitely value-added to your company so hang on to him!

Angel is amazing. Really respectful and he educated my mother and I very well on what was going on. One of the biggest things I absolutely loved about this service call, that he didn’t leave until we where satisfied with the job. Thanks so much Angel!

Terrible!! Absolutely terrible. STAY AWAY! I never write reviews, especially bad reviews simply because I don't have the time or energy but thought I'd share my experience with this company.

My family called them for an A/C vent cleaning. The technician showed up 3-4 hours late, spent over an hour in our attic then quoted us $5,000 for a whole house filter system and clean out. They also sold us on a $500 yearly membership for maintenance.

After they left, I researched and found a similar whole house filtration system online for $500. I called back to request clarification on pricing and the reason for the difference and the operator informed me "they are not allowed to discuss pricing over the phone" and that a supervisor would call me back. That was 2 weeks ago and I've called Goettl 5-6 times now with NO call back received. Today was my final call and I demanded to have our $500 reimbursed which they have yet to process.

What a waste of time and energy :/

12/08/23 We had James and Angel out to look at our water heater and inspection of faucets in our home. They were very insightful and a pleasure to have in our home! Everyone we've experienced with Goettl has been wonderful and professional.

12/07/23 We had wonderful service from Brian Aung in fixing our heat! My husband called to inquire about their services, they had an appointment the next day, assessed the issue, and had the repair done in less than 36 hours! We couldn't be more happy with Goettl and our technician, Brian! Highly recommend!!

The staff was incredibly professional and responsive, making scheduling easy. The plumbers were punctual, courteous, and highly knowledgeable, explaining everything clearly and fixing the issue efficiently. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were outstanding. I highly recommend for any plumbing needs.

Isaiah and Diego were extremely helpful and professional. They did a drain clean out for both my laundry and kitchen lines in an old house. Very knowledgeable and personable. I would definitely recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

Alex is extremely knowledgeable. We were doing so many different plumbing projects at once and he was able to advise the pros and cons of various options. And he is very personable too. Goettl is lucky to have him!

This time I had the pleasure of working with Bryant from Goetti Plumbing and I can't say I’m not surprised I had another excellent experience. Bryant was not only incredibly polite but also very informative. He took the time to thoroughly assess the situation and explain the potential causes and solutions in a way that was easy to understand.

What stood out the most was his willingness to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. It’s rare to find a professional who genuinely cares about their clients' concerns, and Bryant exemplified that quality. His patience and attention to detail gave me confidence that I was in good hands.
