Miguel and his partner arrived on time, were very focused, performed the installation efficiently, cleaned up completely, and were very pleasant and respectful. We hired this company 4 years ago to install a Lennox AC unit. It was a no-brainer to hire them again. All good results, well worth the investment.

Would recommend Excel to anyone considering replacing an AC unit or service. Everyone has been professional and prompt and I appreciate that. Today we had Victor come out to do a routine check up. He was very thorough, polite and made sure everything was in working order. Great service!

I was able to get a same day appointment to repair my furnace. Christian diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to repair it the same day! He took the time to explain how the system works and answered all my questions. I'm very pleased with their service and would recommend them.

Chuck Leonard was very honest and didn't try to upsell me when doing the maintenance on my almost 10 year old system. He went over everything he was doing and the result of his inspection. My HVAC is doing great and I really appreciate his honesty and courteous attitude. I would definitely recommend Excel Air and Chuck!

My experience with Excel Services has renewed my faith in home service providers and contractors. I was extremely impressed by their professionalism and knowledge of HVAC systems. Alex, one of the company principles, spent all the time necessary to explain options, system advantages, tradeoffs and all other buying and selection issues. His attention to detail and engineering background gave me confidence in his HVAC solutions. His genuine concern for the customer was apparent in all my interactions with him.
I rarely provide feedback on services since experiences are subjective. However, in my opinion, Alex and his team will always provide excellent service for any HVAC requirements.

This company has exceeded my expectations. They replaced a burned out furnace in my older doublewide mobile last January. They couldn’t have done anything better with the installation! They were wonderful. Yesterday there was unusually hard rain and wind and a little bit of water was leaking from around or under the flashing on the roof where the heater vent sticks up. We don’t usually get wind and rain that hard, but I called them yesterday and told them there was a leak. They sent someone out this morning! Thank you Tony for being so experienced and conscientious about the repair.

I had my AC unit checked and some small duct repair done. Jason was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was on time, very friendly, and took care of all my concerns. Thank you Excel Air and Jason, for your proffesional and reasonably price service.

We've used Excel several times and finally signed up for a maintenance contract. The timing was good because the day before the tech arrived our A/C blower started making a terrible noise. The tech arrived on time and the company's communications were excellent in providing reminders and updates. The tech diagnosed the issue as a blown heater fan/bearing. We decided to replace the whole unit. When the work was done they team went the extra mile to make sure everything was done professionally and to our satisfaction. We had an issue with the install, but Excel came back the next day to resolve and get the system up and running. We would recommend Excel for overall HVAC work.

Excel Air came to our home mid July to remove our AC unit (so a contractor could come in and do repairs from a leak we had). Long story short, lots of problems with the other companies we had to work with. Our contractor sub-contracted a company to repair and re-install the AC. They did a horrible job. When they were done, they told me not to use the AC as it still was not working well. Never hear from them again.

I called Excel and they came out right away. Jason sent in a quote to the insurance that day. As soon as it was approved, he and his team were on it to get us back up and running. Juan showed up with another Excel employee and they spent 8.5 hours here going through everything to do with the AC with a fine-tooth comb. Juan would show me things he found. It turns out that the sub-contractors re-installed the AC until wrong and using a lot of things that were not up to code. The previous company used parts that didn't fit and taped them together. I don't understand the workings of AC, but Juan let us know that we were lucky not to turn it on. If we had, and we had gone into the garage, we could have died!! So Juan, and Excel Air saved our lives. Literally! They all deserve medals!

This group is incredible. Jason, the manager, is professional and responsive to calls. Juan is one of the most incredible workman we have ever had at our home. Cannot thank this group enough! We will be using them for all our HVAC needs.

These guys are great. They are efficient and thorough. My house did not have existing AC and it would get to 92 degrees inside my house. After they came and installed the Daikin unit, my house is sitting pretty at 75 degrees.

They are considerate of your home. They put on the little booties on their shoes as to not dirty your floors. They ask questions/permission before doing anything that would be invasive in the home. Any concerns I had they immediately addressed.

I am completely satisfied with choosing Excel Air as my HVAC experts.

Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy and Chuck, the technician, showed up fully masked and very respectful. Throughout the inspection and maintenance service he was friendly and thorough. I particularly liked that he went the extra mile and taped up all the leaks in the metal ducting to improve efficiency. He also explained all the details of what the service included and answered all my questions about the health of my system including some insights about efficiency and regulation of the fan motor. All things considered, the service was everything I could have expected.

I recently had my summer tune-up for my furnace and AC unit performed by Excel Air. I really like this company. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and friendly and they are always able to send someone out very quickly. Steven Medina came out to inspect and perform some maintenance on my system. He was very knowledgeable and took the extra time to explain the work he performed and he gave me some excellent advice on how to maintain my system and keep it running at optimal performance. I'll will be using this company again for my next tune-up.

Last year we had a new system installed by Excel Air and have been very happy. Today, as part of our maintenance agreement, Victor Perez came to do the twice yearly service. I spent many, many years in the customer service business and this young man is excellent. Professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

Excel Air is a reliable, professional and high quality AC business. I recently had my AC check up by Chuck and he was punctual, detailed and friendly. Chuck was very knowledgeable and passionate about answering any questions I had about the functions of the AC system! He was patient while checking everything and I appreciated how clean he kept the work area. I highly recommend him as a technician for quality work.

Such a great company from the sales representative to installation crew. Then the office staff coordinating service and the field technicians! We had our new system and full ducting installed last year. We shopped around and after a few quotes they represented a reputable manufacturer for a great value. The office staff have been so accommodating and punctual with scheduling our routine tune ups. The technicians that have come to my home have been so friendly to my family and animals! If I could give 10 stars I would!

We had our regular scheduled semi-annual maintenance done today, and our service technician, Chuck Leonard, was an absolute professional from beginning to end and was a breath of fresh "great customer service" air! He explained what all was needed and would be done during this visit, and let me know the status of my system and made the necessary tweaks to make sure everything was running at optimum efficiency. I very much appreciated his friendly and polite attitude and he was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely ask for him to come out to service our equipment for any maintenance or repair in the future. Thank you! :)
