I used Blalock to have my solar panels installed and I had a great experience. Communication was easy and was handled promptly by Sara, the office manager. Everyone showed up on time and was very polite. They were able to answer my questions and address my concerns. I would use Blalock for any electrical needs.

The whole process is a big mess. I’m the middle person between edison and Blalock. Blalock does nothing but give me headaches! Wrong address in application(pay extra), delays(almost 1 yr), work quality is horrible. Over a year now and no solar! I’m playing blame games back and forth with both companies!

My wife Kim is the owner and we paid in full with a check before project was done. Edison said there’s no application submitted by Blalock. I paid extra $250 for the application with address correction mistake by Blalock. Blalock use my main house address instead of the adu!

Blalock came in and installed 28 panels in one day including new panel box and left the place clean. I was impressed with their hard working team and they were always available to answer questions. I would highly recommend them.

Blalock recently completed my solar panel installation. They were very professional in communications and providing service. They showed up on time and completed the entire job in only 5 hours. The following day they met with the city inspector and the installation passed. We got permission to operate from Edison just two business days. The system is working great. From start to finish they were first class.

The office is very responsive. 5) William and Kaven came and installed my system in one day. They are courteous, very professional, did a neat clean installation and respected my property. I worked through SCE to get quotes for my system. Blalock had the best pricing overall with the best quality panels and inverter. They did an outstanding job all through the installation. They scheduled appointments promptly, their installation team showed up on time every time, ant their service and support was outstanding. I highly recommend them.

We started our quest for home solar systems in the middle of December 2023, working with Electrum, which quickly provided me three (3) competitive proposals for the project at our Tustin home. We ultimately selected Blalock Electric & Solar.

Blalock quickly sent a representative to confirm the selected location on the roof, the number of panels, etc.

Electrum, then Blalock, began the work, with two installers taking less than one full day to complete the installation.

Communication with Blalock throughout the process was AMAZING. I always got very quick replies to any emails that I sent. It took 2 inspections by the City of Tustin building inspectors, a week apart, and both went well, though an adjustment in the location of an electrical box had to be made.

It was a total of 4 months from the time we reviewed the proposals and the system was operational. We highly recommend both Electrum and Blalock Electric & Solar.

I highly recommend this company. I prefer family business and not giant corporation because I am treated as family. This is exactly how they have treated us and continue to do so. When we were building a house we opt for off the grid system and they delivered. Though there were some issues they were resolved very fast. We never had this system before and it was a learning curve for us. We would constantly message, asking question, but we never felt like a burden to do so and all of our were answered and not only that we were met with compassion and empathy. They also took the time to teach us how it works and any further question we can always ask. They take pride in their work and strive being amazing.

I would highly recommend Blalock Electric & Solar, who was the installation company associated with Efficient Solar Services. Victor's Crew installed my 8 solar panels in about 4 to 5 hours, but they were professional and thorough. They arrived on time and completed the installation in about 1230 after completely checking their work to ensure safety and quality. The next day, a different representative came from the company to reinspect the work, and he made sure everything was ready for the city's inspection later in the afternoon. After over a month of having my solar system in place, I am very happy with results.

Exceptional Experience from top to bottom. I started off talking with Luke and I originally wasn't 100% sold on solar. He walked me through the advantages and then what purchasing vs leasing looked like. He was never pushy and didn't try to oversell. He addressed all questions I had quickly and professionally. I fairly quickly after looking at the pricing and options, went with Blalock. I made the right decision number one, going with Blalock and secondly talking to Luke. I then talked with and emailed with Sara and Maegan in the office, they as well we're exceptional, super fast to respond and also helped guide me through the next steps- permits, utility company, etc. Once the panels arrived the exceptional service continued. Victor managed my installation which was super fast, and very thorough. He told me the next steps and ensured the job was completed to perfection. His crew was also fantastic; professional, thorough, and really made sure my home was taken care of. Next up Jose came to my house to verify everything was good to get inspected and he also met with the inspector, which of course everything passed with flying colors. My solar is up and running, app works great, and the communication with Blalock is still fantastic!
