Extremely unprofessional. If you can’t follow through on a commitment, the respectful thing to do is communicate that promptly — not disappear. Just because my job wasn’t “big” doesn’t mean it wasn’t important or time-sensitive. Everyone’s project deserves basic respect and honesty.

Asked him to give me an estimate on putting up a wall in my loft to convert to a bedroom. In person he quoted around $7000. I met with several other contractors and they quoted between $3500 and $4000. Said he would send a breakdown later that night never received. Text later in the week he said he would send shortly still have yet to receive.

Ray was very prompt, friendly, polite, knowledgeable, respectful and reasonably priced compared to others. He arrived on time and had the job done within 40 minutes which included removing and hauling away old wrong and pipe that had become an eyesore and potential hazard. Will be calling him again in the future.

First off started weird starting at noon on Friday, then a two hour lunch at 5. Shocked himself pretty good. Then around 10pm he stated he’s ganna have to come back Sunday or Monday to finish. Which whatever. We paid him out in full with two more outlets to address and then a switch plate cover he cut backwards, so now it’s reversed on my wall, will attach photos. Tape left on walls. I’ve contacted him a few times since, with a “ let me check my schedule” beware, reading comments I’m not the only one.

I had an electrical issue at home today Wed,Jan 22 2025, Kenneth Ciminski took my call, and I told him I had an urgent electrical problem, Kenny arrived at mi residence within 20 minutes of my phone call, he then proceeded to solve my electrical issue and found out that SCE company had shut down the electrical power due to a fire hazard, Kenny explain the situation and why he could not restore power, I then asked him to charge me for his service call, he refused to charge me, he said since he was not able to help with this electrical issue, he will not charge his fee, Im very grateful to Kenny for his action on not taking advantage of this situation, I urge you to call him anytime you have electrical issues knowing he will take good care of you, and will not take advantage of your situation, Kenny, thank you very much.

I reached out for a quote to add/install two wall plugs on the walls for wall mounted TVs. One in living room and one in the bedroom. I was able to send pictures and was quoted. His price was good, and we set up a date. Even though Ken was evacuated because of fires, he still showed up and did the work on time. He was friendly and fast. Promised myself I would shop small more often due to inflation so we decided to try legendary.

Kenny helped us install a charger for our new electric car. Works great and he charged less than the other quotes he received. We would have paid more just because the process and experience was really easy. We ran late for our appointment but he was very accommodating, friendly and made sure many times we were happy with his work.

Fantastic work! My father had his whole breaker panel rusted out. Ken at Legendary Electric was great! He took the time to help us understand what needed to happen, made all the necessary arrangements to do the work (including pulling permits and scheduling inspections), and completed the entire process in great time, with high quality work and craftsmanship and all at an affordable price. In the end, the work Legendary did for us, was complete, well done, professional and Ken followed the entire process until the end, ensuring everything was done perfectly and up to a high standard of craftsmanship.

Ken is a professional, hands down and does a professional job, I was impressed with the level of understanding and grace Ken was able to provide and I would recommend his services to anyone needing electrical work. Although we had a panel replacement, there were other factors to manage, during the permitting process. If you’re looking for great quality electrical work, Kenny is your man! I had a room with very low lighting and I wasn’t sure how to remedy the issue. After a few drywall cuts and in just a few hours, Kenny installed 7 can lights, a ceiling fan and everything was on its own switch and dimmer. He even helped me troubleshoot an unrelated electrical matter. Great quality, fast work, and extremely reliable. I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking for electrical work!
