SAL IS AWESOME!!
i was looking into solar for about 3 months before a friend recommended Sal.I meet up with Sal and felt the honesty right away. We discussed the my solar plan and gave me options on panel manufactures and panel positioning on my roof. I wanted extra panel for future home addition, therefore decided i wanted 34 panels on one side of my roof as we get sun on that side of the house all year long. We pulled the trigger and installed shortly after in January 2018 and only took a few short days. I am very happy with service, the installation and the aesthetics of my 34 LG panel all on the backyard side of my roof. He even included a variable speed pool pump with the installation!! I have to say, I have saved so much money this summer I am truly impressed. Not only am i saving money, but also making money with Edison credits, the system is paying for its self. I definitely recommend Sal without hesitation. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!! THANKS SAL!!

Micheal came with a great attitude and good work ethics. Have never had issues with him returning my call after I leave a message. Problem was fixed as soon as he identified it.

This has been a very unpleasant experience. We have tried to resolve the problems with the company to no avail. We even sent our text messages to refresh Sal of the time line. Basically they told the finance company they had installed the system in full, a month and a half before they did, just to get paid earlier. They said the system was installed when 14 panels were still sitting on the ground and they had not even contacted any tree company to cut the limbs off the tree to be able to install the system. This was part of the contract and we even offered to find someone for them.

Because they were greedy and wanted to get paid early, it caused the finance company to demand payment before the contract stated, which is 60 days after the system is installed, not turned on, but fully installed. They said oh the guy in the office made a mistake. We ask them to fix it, we ask for a correct letter and they would not give us an accurate letter based on the evidence that was provided. If you have nothing in your life better to do than try to get your solar panels installed with panels just left all over your lawn and boxes of equipment just left where they drop it. Give up 3 months of your life to these guys and don’t have a job at the same time, that allows you to pay for it.

I highly recommend Underline Concepts. Jesse and his team were great. Always available if I had any questions. They took care of every aspect of our solar project. I was very busy at the time we installed our solar and they handled everything professionally and in a timely manner. Everything went perfectly and we are very happy with our system.

Extremely satisfied with my purchase. I recently purchased new solar panels from Sal and his team and overall I am extremely happy with both their pricing and their service. From the beginning I was a bit of a challenging shopper, however Underline was able to provide me with a great product at an amazing price. I highly recommend Underline Energy. We have had the best experience with them from day 1. Best pricing and best service. We had our panels installed by them a few years ago. They are always there to answer questions. Last week before even we find out that there is an issue, Michael from underline energy contacted us to let us know that there is an internal error with inverter. . He came and fixed it today at no charge. He was on time and very professional. He followed up to make sure all is working well.

Sales: I had shopped for a long time trying to find a solar company I can trust and I was not going to be ripped off from. I probably did more research than most to find a company. When I spoke with Sal from Underline Energy Concepts I was relieved that I finally found a solar company to go with. Sal was very straight forward, honest, and made me feel comfortable about my decision going with Underline. Sal understood my concerns with price, warranty, and instillation of my solar. Install: Jeff the install manager from Underline Energy Concepts arrived to do the install. What a great guy Jeff was! Jeff was very professional, thorough, clean, addressed my concerns on how the install was done, and paid close attention to detail on the entire job. Jeff and his crew was the best. They took several pictures for me to show the install on the roof, attic, electrical, and keep me informed on each and every step. I would recommend to anybody looking to get solar to call Underline Energy Concepts, you will not be disappointed.

We used Underline Energy Concepts for a new roof and a solar installation. The roofing part was the most professional and efficient that I have ever seen. The roofers wasted absolutely no time at all. The solar installation part was also great. It was a relatively large system, it was installed very cleanly, and it is producing more than enough power for our high energy needs. The Underline team was very knowledgeable in the subject matter, and always responded to our technical inquiries.

James and his crew did a great job installing our solar panels and wiring in our new panel and a few upgrades along the way. James was very knowledgeable and did. It cut any corners. I would recommend them for your next solar project.

The pain of talking to solar sales guys was enough for us to be careful and cautious on who we chose to install our solar panels. Once we talked to Jesse at Underline Energy Concepts we didn't want to deal with anyone else. Their prices, and lack of gimmicks and pushy sales tactics was what we were looking for. Underline was an easy choice, and they followed through with great service and install. Jesse answered all our questions and treated us as normal people. He didn't push us to do more than what we needed and helped us find the right fit for our house. So helpful. The install was painless and was done within a couple of days. Great work guys!

Bought a house that solar already installed. We found out the hard way that the solar was not functioning. Michael came out and diagnosed the problem and was back in 24 hours to install a new inverter. He followed up to make everything was functioning properly and was very thorough thru the entire process. I would definitely recommend Michael and Underline for any new or existing solar needs.

Underline Energy is in a class by itself!
They have installed two systems for me. Our home and a rental property. Both were installed over 3 years ago.

My neighbors who got solar from other solar companies tell me all the time about all the problems they have with installation and maintenance issues. And how whoever they used is out of business or will not return their calls for help.

UNDERLINE IS DIFFERENT! They continually monitor both my systems and know when something is wrong before I do. I even came home one day and there was an underline guy on my roof. He said he was fixing an issue with one of my panels. Underline sent a guy all the way out to my house to fix just one small issue with just one panel out of 50! Now that is customer service!

Please think long term when picking a solar company. Things will break over time and you want a company like Underline there to help.

I cannot say enough good things about the team at Underline. The customer service and follow up are unmatched - not just in the construction/building sector, but in customer-facing business as a whole. All of our expectations have been exceeded, from communication, scheduling, install, system performance and follow up. The care they take in the service they provide goes beyond our understanding - it would be easy to cut corners or skip steps since my husband and I aren’t familiar with the ins and outs of solar but we are still experiencing and learning the benefits almost a year after install. I’d be happy to go into the minutia but at the risk of challenging someone’s attention span, just know Jesse and his team are the real deal and we could not be happier. 10/10 and 100% would recommend.

We purchased our solar panels from Underline. It started with Jeff and his install team. They did a very good installation of the panels without breaking any of our tiles and they cleaned up everything. Then we waited for Edison to install the Generation Meter Adapter to be installed which it was finally installed. Then we waited for the city inspector to come out and approve the system which they did and it was approved. A Underline tech Brandon came with the inspector. But, Through the entire process I have to give huge kudos to Michael Simms. Michael kept us informed and any time I had a question or concern he was there to resolve it. If he didn’t call/text me he would drop by. He is a very professional individual and most definitely is a huge asset to Underline.

Michael at Underline Energy Concepts did a fantastic job! From handling our initial call to install, job was handled quickly and efficiently. You’re missing out if you don’t give these guys a chance to handle your solar!

Unit broke down, underline monitored it, ordered new inverter, installed 10 days later. Happy camper, didn't know inverter went south until they told me about the problem. Great solar company and repairman. Highly recommend this great company.

Sal at Underline Energy Concepts saved me. I signed a contract with company “T”and all they did was keep changing the install date for months. So I had to cancel the contract. Then I signed a contract with company “3”. That company came out right away started installation and then told me they needed to increase the price by $5000. So I had to cancel that contract. I then contacted Sal. Sal, his crew and the office personal were excellent to work with and I highly recommend them. The solar panels have been on my roof for seven months now, and are working great and producing what I was promised.

Be warned... PLEASE do yourself a BIG favor and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I do not know how they have good reviews.

This company installed our solar at home and we are stuck with their horrible customer service.

Leonardo and Miranda presented such a great sales pitch to us (which obviously, we believed and put a lot of confidence in all the promises this company presented to us).

I do not have any regrets in life but I do now.

It took months for them to install our panels with NO communications or updates at all. I thought talking to Sal will help elevate any of the issues we have but nothing. Our projects have been passed on to a lot of people namely: Dana, Damien, Tanner, and Michael but they are all the same. They don't even have the courtesy to update you or contact you. No matter how many times you email or call them. Their technicians don't even arrive at a scheduled appointment.

From the beginning of the project until now, I have had no great experience in dealing with this company. We have been more than patient enough of them trying to fix the issues we have with the panels to no avail.

I am still trying to get our issues resolved as of today.
