I have now owned Solar Panels for more than 5 years. Sal continues to be my point of contact. I have had no issues with my panels. SolarEdge recently chose to switch away from mobile service and Underline was quick to help connect my SolarEdge with my home Wi-Fi. They continue to provide excellent service even after 5 years.

Jesse from Underline Concepts was prompt dealing with my concerns and patient as it took almost 2 yrs for me to proceed. This company provided fast, quality install including engineering and permitting in a timely manner.

Sal and his team did a great job from start to finish. I went and researched many different companies across yelp as well as getting quotes from them and by far they had the best deal. I went with the purchase instead of lease option for the tax credit. Every step of the way, Sal was walking me through what was going to happen. The process happened very quickly and within a month or so our entire system was functioning and we were seeing how many trees we’re saving on our fancy pants app. Overall a great decision on our part and we don’t regret our $10 Edison bill one bit.

I had my doubts about solar, Jesse eased my mind and answered all my questions. He gave us a personal quote for our family and home needs. He was there step by step and answered any questions we had. Underline energy concepts will never disappoint. My daughter's panels all went out, And on my house one panel was out. Called Sal, He sent someone out right away, Ordered a new converter for my daughter's house, They came out and installed it, and came by my house and fixed my panel as well. Underline energy cares about people. They know how hot it gets in san diego, and AC being used all day. They made sure the solar was up and running in no time to help save on energy. Sal also cares Because he fixed the solar on my daughter's house that another company installed, but went out of business. Underline energy took over to make sure everything always runs smoothly for us. Thank God for people like sal and underline energy Concepts, The company that cares. I highly recommend!

Professional, timely, clean! UEC assessed our needs, gave recommendations, communicated regularly. The Quiet Cool installer was professional and left everything clean. They followed up to be sure everything was satisfactory. I definitely recommend UEC!

We are very happy with our installation from Underline Energy. The crew did an excellent job especially being careful with the tile roof. Nice , clean electrical routing and handling of SDGE permits and paperwork. Our Bill went from 1400 dollars per year to an average of $375 per year.

The staff at underline energy was helpful and extrémalo receptive to all my questions. The process of getting solar is complicated and complex at times with so many moving parts. Every time I called underline they either answered or got back to me with answers and or updates. That seems to be rare these days with contractors. I would definitely recommend them.

I’m reposting this because I’m not sure I sent my first message correctly. Jeff and his crew did an outstanding job on our solar system. They were polite, professional, and hard working even in this heat. They did an excellent job and our project is beautiful. We could not have asked for a better experience. The same goes for all our contacts with the main office!

My husband and I had been researching solar for a while before selecting Jesse and his company. We ended up choosing Jesse to do an entire solar job and add central to the entire home. What set Jesse apart from all the other companies, was his straight forward approach and no hidden cost plan he presented us. He gave us a clear timeline, clear understanding of the rebates included and did sway us the way other companies were by saying “they’ll give us a, b, c for free” We really appreciated the honesty. The crew would come everyday on-time and work quickly and neatly, they were in and out within days and we were completely satisfied. We refer them to anyone looking to do solar in their home.

Highly recommended. Excellent customer service with good communication. More affordable than competitors. Very time efficient and gets their work completed rapidly. Clearly more knowledgeable about solar than the other companies that gave us a bid. I have been nothing but pleased with the service I received from this company and couldn't recommend it more highly.

Most recently, I was working outside and noticed that my inverter was stuck in 'night mode' (about a year after my solar was installed). A quick look at the SolarEdge app revealed that the inverter hadn't been generating power for several weeks. I contacted Jesse via text and he logged into my account online and was able to immediately confirm that the inverter was broken. By the next day, he had contacted the inverter company and had a replacement part shipped out. However, before that replacement inverter even arrived, they had replaced the inverter with another and completed the job very efficiently. No bill, no hassle, minimal wait...just results. Solar is working well once again and I'm ready to blast the A/C for that summer heat - Bring. It. On.

Micheal was a pleasure to work with! He maintained communication in a timely manner and got the job done right away. I’m very pleased with his services.

When my inverter broke, they notify me right away and they immediately order a replacement for it. I didn’t have to call them. Michael came to replace and fix it as soon as he got the part. I did not have to dial anyone’s phone number just to get technical support. They’re the one who made sure that my solar is in good and running condition. Ty!

Underline energy found out that my system is not producing and they promptly called me to let me know about it . They said there was malfunctioning part that need to be replaced. Michael called me and fixed an appointment with me for replacement. He showed up on time and was very courteous and fixed it for me .. now my system is back up and running .. thanks Michael for your help ..

Awesome team from start to finish! Jesse answered all my questions before the install started, Dana and tanner helped guide me through the paperwork. Chris helped with financing and made it super smooth. Answered all my questions about energy plans and dealing with my new bill.
