Amazing service! Called around 8a and was able to have Sean out by 10a. Sean knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it quickly and easily. Will definitely be calling again with any AC (and plumbing) issues!

City Wide AC and Plumbing was very timely. With the Heat wave we just had, our 19 year old AC system failed. Dave and Sean responded by installing a new heat pump system with a Nest wi-fi thermostat in only 3 days. They cleaned work areas and their price quote was reasonable. They will be my 1st call for any future ac or plumbing issues.

The technician didn’t take long to get to us. When he showed up he was able to diagnose the problem pretty quick and give us a fair price. My wife and family are very thankful to have our house cooling down so quick. This will be my next call when I need it.

Sean was great. Very professional and quick! He came same day, which I was thankful for because it was sooo hot! We needed a new capacitor. He replaced it and went up to the our 130° attick to check out another concern I had. He thoroughly explained some issues he saw, quoted me and went on his way but as soon as he left we had another issue. He came back out in a matter of minutes. Im definitely keeping them on my roster lol Great customer service! We are very thankful 🙏🏽 May God bless this family and company.

Very professional and friendly family business. David and Shawn responded very fast to our call for a leaking water heater. Being our unit was already very outdated and lots of rust and sediment drained they gave us a very good deal on a high quality replacement. They explained and fixed the previous poor installation which was extremely dangerous as our gas valve was not shut fully due to a cheap valve breaking and vent that wasnt even fitted correctly and venting into our garage! Overall a great service that made us feel safe and comfortable with repairs that didn't break the bank. Thank you!

City wide arrived on time and was very professional from start to finish. We called on Friday evening and they were able to diagnose and fix my A/C next day. They even provided info on the type of A/C system our home had and how to maintenance it to keep it running efficiently . Thank you citywide

I will use Citywide’s services again in the future. Dave came and replaced the valve for my garden hose and was cheaper than other quotes I got. He came within an hour of me calling and didn’t take long to finish the job. He was very nice, professional, and did not try to sell me on any other non related services like other companies have done in the past. I am very satisfied with their services. 5 Stars and more!

Called Dave out again to give me a quote on my central AC. He took the time to explain my options and what each were and exactly how they worked. I really appreciated that because I like to know what I’m spending my money on and don’t want to later regret not choosing the right option. Some people won’t take the time but he spent a lot of time explaining things to me. I ended up going with the 2 stage system. Glad I chose Dave and Citywide. Professional and a pleasure to speak and do business with. 5 STARS service.

Called this morning and requested a technician to come out whenever convenient and received a callback within 30 minutes and was told Sean would be here within the hour. Sean found a leak in my system and repaired and got me up and working. Sean is a good and skillful worker and I would recommend him and the company for your AC repairs or installation. 👍

I’ve had to call Citywide twice for smelling gas inside my home. The HVAC isn’t a year old yet. This Thursday 6/19/2025 was the worst. I had the family over and everyone came in and said they smelled gas. I called Atlanta Gas and their tech came in with everything he needed to find the gas leaks. He found two leaks in the inside AC unit. He cut the gas off and fixed it so my hot water could work. Citywide Tech showed up with nothing in his hand to check for a leak. He wanted the Atlanta Gas tech to show him both leaks. The Atlanta Gas tech? only showed him the leak he fixed. He also showed him the area the other leak was. It was up to CityWide Tech to go back out to his truck to get his tools to find the other leak. He didn’t. He made a call to tell his Boss what had happened. I spoke to his Boss he said there’s no way the inside unit has two leaks. The problem I have is The Tech didn’t Check For The Leak nor did his Boss show up to check for the Leak. But I having to open my Windows to let the gas smell out. Woke up with a bad headache today. I’m tired of smelling this gas. It’s taking a while for the smell to leave. This is a bit too much to handle and it’s hot upstairs with all the windows open in Georgia this morning with the air on. I will have to pay this high Georgia Power bill not CityWide. I received no service from CityWide.

These guys are amazing! We have been working with them for about a week now on various projects to make our office/gym cooler in this heat. They were super quick to respond when we 1st inquired and got everything running the next day after a quick inspection.
We will be working with them going forwards! Love supporting their small business.

David is a really nice guy. He's really knowledgeable and experienced. He won't beat around the bush and will get your unit working right. My unit was somewhat of a once in a lifetime set up. Our AC wouldn’t turn on and during the IE heatwave we were calling around to get service immediately. I found a business card Dave gave me years ago when he serviced our AC unit. Thankfully he was able to come out the next morning. Our AC is up and running and works great. I highly recommend this company.

David and Sean were extremely helpful and professional! We woke up to a leak and they came urgently, the same day, within a few hours to help us. David and Sean are very trustful experts. They unclogged my kitchen drain after very knowledgable diagnose and very quickly resolved the problem. The day I called City Wide at 10:30am and they arrived to my house at 12:00pm which is very fast respond, I appreciated they are considerate of my concerns.

I called City wide Air Conditioning Plumbing & Heat to fix a leaking pipe and replace my hot water heater. David came out and made the necessary repairs along with replacing the drywall behind the water heater and repaired the platform stand that holds the water heater. They did an amazing job. I'm extremely satisfied with their work. I will be using them for all my future plumbing and heating needs.
