My water heater from 2013 broke down. The technician from citywide came out and said that the control panel could be replaced but it would cost $800. I then decided to get a new water heater. The price was extremely shocking. My previous hot water tank cost me under $900. This one cost me over $2,100. I did some research ,and that's the way it goes -prices go up. The old tank and the new tank were both 40 gallons, with similar features.The technician had a new water tank in the company vehicle,and then he installed it in a very short time. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He had to install a larger flue,and everything was brought up to code.I highly recommend this company,along with the technician Mike.

I literally just called them yesterday and they came today! It’s 92 degrees and we’re finally in a cool home now we’re cold 😂 .I have been struggling since February with no air conditioner! Two other people came and actually made it worse telling me it was an electric problem not an AC problem. These guys didn’t make any excuses David told me they could fix it and did! I’m 100% satisfied I have two children one with Autism, who happens to be very sensitive to heat. If you’re looking for professionals, don’t look anywhere else 👍

City Wide Plumbing Heating & Air comes highly recommended by my family and me! They are professional, super friendly and the best part is they have very reasonable costs for supreme quality of work. They installed our new A/C unit last year, fixed an issue with our heater, and more recently fixed a plumbing issue with our upstairs standing shower. I highly recommend this company for AC issues. My ac stopped blowing cold air and it turns out I needed a new system because the compressor had gone bad. They were fast, efficient and very kind to install the best unit possible at a very amazing price!

The fan motor went out on my AC unit, during the hottest day of the year. I called David at 6:45 am and he answered my call, and had my AC working by 10:00 am. He was very professional and came prepared with all the parts needed. He en outraged me to get their maintenance plan, which will help maintain my system throughout the year. My experience with City Wide was exceptional. David was able to set me up with an appointment within 24 hours and Sean and Jake ended up arriving even sooner than expected! I was thrilled since a broken air conditioner in the worst of the summer heat isn’t any fun. They fixed it within 20 minutes, thankfully! They were extremely professional and kind. I had a great experience with City Wide Air Conditioning. After having water heating problems, I called David and he came out the same day. He was professional, knowledgeable, and had my new water heater installed the very next day. The whole process was quick and stress-free.
I also want to give a shoutout to Sean, who came out to service our AC unit. He did a thorough job and set us up with a yearly service plan at a really good price. It’s nice to work with a company that’s prompt, fair, and easy to deal with. Highly recommend City Wide Air Conditioning and their team!

Sean explained what he was doing and had me actually look at the burnt wire on my air conditioner unit. He waited to see if the house was getting cool before he left He's was very efficient, friendly. I would definitely recommend and use this company in the future

Great service,reasonable price, overall great company

Had a issue where in the summer, my home became an oven. I called this company and they were out the next day and found it was a broken fuse, and changed it and had me up and running in no time. 5 Stars.

I called them because our regular HVAC people couldn’t get out that day and it was over 100 degrees in the house.
Citywide came and charged $950 for installing a literally $30 part. But it was an emergency so…
A couple of weeks later we noticed the compressor was running even when the cooler was not running. It turns out they had not installed the part right. Oh and they didn’t do the cleaning of the parts they said they’d do. So another $175 down the drain.
Overpriced and incompetent. Go with someone honest.

Had an issue with our ACu it the nkght before, 85 degrees in the house and it wS u bearable. Very responsive and knowledgeable. Able to get our AC unit issues resolved and we're very open each step of the way. Will definitely recommend and use their work in the future.

I had no hot water and had a leaky hot water heater so I reached out to City Wide and they showed up within an hour of my call. Dave assessed the problem and determined I needed to replace it. They showed up at 9:00 a.m. the following day and installed a new one. They were super knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
