Lost AC on a brutally hot Sunday (105°) and after calling multiple places, Cronus was the only company willing to send someone out the same day. Most HVAC outfits don’t even offer Sunday service, so that alone makes them stand out.

Alex arrived right in the 3–5pm window, very professional and polite, and even parked in my HOA’s guest lot instead of on the street. Before starting, he walked me through what he found and the repair needed. I had assumed it was a blown capacitor, but it turned out to be a burnt connector on the power supply. He replaced it quickly, and within minutes my home was cooling down again — a huge relief since it had already passed 80° inside. Definitely 5 stars, and I’ll be calling them again for any future AC issues.

Moving forward, I think this is the company I'm going to use for everything. I've never had an easier time scheduling someone to come out. We had a problem with our AC unit. Water was leaking in the HVAC control closet. I knew it must have to do with clogged drain pipes but we moved into a new house and I had no idea how to clean it. Tech came out next day. Found the problem, cleaned the pipes and was done inside of an hour. The price was also extremely reasonable. They then recommended another service for HVAC cleaning (which, to be fair, is necessary). No sales push or hassle. They just sent me the bill and estimate to my email. Low hassle, great service.
